I got my facial done there by Yen. She is really friendly and professional. She’s always there on time and she makes sure you get the best service. She’s also good at skin care recommendations. I went to a couple of appointments and I definitely see a big improvement in my skin. I have less acne and my skin is healthier. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

First time here and it is by far the best nail salon I have been to! Yins bubbly personality sets you at ease as soon as you walk in she, just makes you smile. the place is also beautiful you feel like royalty with there thrown setting pedicure chairs and most important they do your nails beautiful ! I would give more stars if I could, this is my new nail salon !! Give Credit where credit is do

I got my nails done on 7/9/21 (mani and pedi). The pedi was with Yen and was relaxing and professional. She took her time. There was extra nail polish on my skin but overall good. When it came to the manicure Sophia rushed and the application was poor at best. Some of the nails were misshapen but I didnt have time to have them redone and without looking too closely it wasnt bad. On 7/19/21 the crooked nail FELL OFF. It didnt hit it or anything. The nail under isnt damaged from any tension because it came off completely on its own while I watched TV. I immediately see another appointment for today 7/23/21 2pm with Sabrina instead because the reviews says shes the best. I arrived at 1:55pm. At 2:30pm I was still waiting so I asked how long would it take and they said a while and instead they could give me a 6:15pm appointment. I was DUMBFOUNDED. This appointment was set and they wouldve had me sitting there for hours if I didnt ask. Needless to say I walked out. Id rather be a walk in somewhere else. I will NOT be back.

I get my facials done by yen. she’s very professional, polite and positive. my skin after just a couple of sessions has never looked better and i look forward to getting my facials every month. i can’t recommend this place enough!

Spectacular for ingrown toenails - my boyfriend goes (and will go) all the time. They are very accommodating to fit you in last minute, which is very awesome for such urgent and painful conditions.I went for gel extensions + mani. To my surprise, they did a full new set for me in an hour, which was very impressive - considering it typically takes 1.5-2 hours. I appreciated that they did everything so quickly, and if youre short on time - this is a great fit for you! I think I personally wouldve preferred that they slow down a little, the entire process felt rushed for me, a newbie. I know that professionals can do their job exceptionally well, and quickly, but there were certain details that could be even more stellar with a bit of extra time. Ill be sure to communicate that next time I book an appointment, and Im sure theyll be happy to accommodate.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The place is spacious, beautiful, and CLEAN! Jenny, Sabrina, all the staff are great. We’ve been coming to Jenny for years, we followed her form the other location. I get UV gel, no special designs. My daughter gets designs and fancy stuff, and Jenny never fails! Pedis are great too!

My first experience here was fine. I love how beautiful and clean the salon looks. I came in for my 3pm dip powder appointment today and after waiting a while, was kept being told it’ll be another 5 minutes etc. Well, after waiting 45min I needed to leave to get my kids. The receptionist suggested booking with a specific person instead of “anyone” in order to be taken in faster, so she booked me that night for Dorothy. I came at my appointment time and again, after a while of waiting, was told 5 minutes etc. after 30 minutes, I was seen. The actual nail job was good. I liked Dorothy. What I didn’t like is that I still needed to use the UV light, which is what I was trying to avoid by doing dip powder, and I know it’s not needed in other salons. Also, and this is good advice when choosing your color, the final look is A LOT darker than what you see in the powder container, which they did warn me about. So now I’m stuck with a shade I don’t like for a few weeks. Lastly, when it came time to pay, I gave $35 which is what I was told over the phone when I made the appointment when I asked how much it will be. Well, they charged me $45 and insisted that it was the price. The women from over the phone had left. I didn’t argue but I was very disappointed. I really wanted to like this place and make it my go-to, but after today, I can’t see that happening unfortunately :( update: after day 2, two of the nails chipped. Never had that before. Aww man!

Absolutely in love with my nails! I love the environment and the ladies. The place is very clean and organized. My nail technician Dorothy paid attention to every detail and even suggested this design since I was so indecisive. She was so patient with me and the nails came out absolutely perfect! Yen is their esthetician and she has the hands of an angel! Her facials are unbelievable and her waxing never disappoints. Overall a beautiful spa !

I’ve been a customer of these owners for over 10 years. They also own Sexy Nails in Garfield and I’ve been going there for years till they opened this Essence Beauty Spa in Fairlawn. Well for starters, Sabrina (one of the owners) has spiked up the prices ridiculously and now that she’s managed to expand her business, she doesn’t care to maintain her regular clientele! I’m usually Jenny’s client but since she was busy, I decided to go get my pedicure only with anyone available. So, I made an appointment for a regular pedicure at 5:30pm on a weekday and I waited till 6:20pm to be seated at the chair. They kept telling me that the girl (Sofi) who would do my pedi was polishing another client so that’s why I had to wait that long. I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes soaking my feet only to be ignored! When I got up and went to Sabrina to ask why it’s taking so long when my appointment was over an hour ago, she blew me off and said she’s busy and can’t do anything! She’s very rude and has absolutely no sense of how to run a business. She forgot that she managed to expand her business because of loyal customers like myself who’ve been going to her salon for over 10 years! Don’t waste your time and money here! There’s many other salons that care to provide good customer service and don’t charge ridiculous prices! Save yourself money and time!

Absolutely terrible. Had my appointment set. When arrived, was told the person who I had my appointment with did not show up and someone else will be available. Waited for half an hour for someone to come out or acknowledge my presence. Then was told this other person is still busy to take me, needless to say I just left. What a waste of time, these people on have no clue how to communicate with clients. I’ll pass.

Was my first time coming here today.... got gel French manicure 💅 it’s was 4* was under the impression tech was rushed? Well I guess I scheduled same day appointment 🤔 which I’m thankful they were able to accommodate me. But definitely I’ll be back!! A big +w/ protocol & pixel glass between clients chairs too( other salons just see pixel glass between tech& clients) prices are reasonable....cleanness💯

Hi I was there last week on a Friday night. My nails came out perfect. I am just a little disappointed 😔 that the woman that was giving me my gel pedicure asked me if I dance 💃🏻 or do Ballet 🩰 she was pretty much saying my feet were ugly and I didn’t realize that until I asked one of my friends and they said that wasn’t a Complement . First of all who says that to a customer who is coming for some pampering. I am upset and I will no longer use there services . I even recommended one of my friends to go there now because of the experience I had she said she will not be going there cause she doesn’t want that to happen to her .

Everyone was amazing and very welcoming! Sabrina is amazing! First time & id definitely go back. They have my service for a lifetime.

I got my nails Done on the August 19th. Initially I had appointment at 5pm, At 4:45 I received a call from salon to come 5:15pm instead Which is ok. I went to the salon at 5:15pm, Receptionist is like give 10 more minutes. I am like ok its ok. I was NOT helped until 6:15pm.They Made me wait for an HOUR, I had Two other people came after me for the same person. Receptionist Took one of the customer that came after me to different person When i asked why they being helped first She straight lied to my face oh They booked an appointment with different person. When you go in and check In the screen loudly says who we have appointment with.She did my nails fast, after putting the last Coat she didnt clean my hands, She said you are done.That Was not It. My Nails polish was CHIPPEDWith in Same Week. Before putting a review in here I had put the complain at their website Since No one Got back to me. Its Important people should Know. A Place that does not VALUE their customers Time, Does not deserve Peoples time or money. Another thing, Having a FANCY PLACE does not mean It takes care of the professionalism.Thank You.

A very nice and clean place. The nail tech I had was just not good. I got a simple regular mani pedi and there was polish all on the skin around my nails, filed my nails horribly, made her own nail shape when painting (on hands and feet), and painted onto my cuticles. When a nail messed up she tried to wipe it multiple times with her finger, was gonna leave it all messed up until I told her to wipe it with remover. I took way longer than it shouldve, almost two hours. Not pleased with the results at all, I will definitely not be going back.

I am so happy with this new place, glamorous ambiance, very clean, awesome service, price fairly with other competition and offers beverages. I always go with Dorothy, shes very nice, gentle and always takes pride in her work, she makes sure you are happy and content with her work.

Beautiful clean place. Technician i had just wasn’t good. Every finger on my gel manicure was super lumpy. I’m not picky, but it was crazy how she let me get up and leave looking like that. Hopefully all the other techs are more skilled but definitely won’t be going back.
