Complete trash, they will charge you whatever they want. Including showing up to a scene of an accident claiming they were dispatched to try and rob you. Then they hook up your car and refuse to drop it without you paying. Even though you or anyone didnt call them! They will show up and take your money! This place or the people should NOT be in business. Avoid at all costs...

Rude in person. Waited at their locked gate to the office for almost an hour before they finally showed up barking orders. The tow truck driver was really nice on the phone though. Its not like u get to pick which company impounds ur vehicle so rating and reviewing this place seems kinda pointless. But there ya go. :). No. My vehicle was not towed at all. i would not post a one star review for getting my vehicle towed for illegal parking which would be my own fault. making assumptions about me rather than considering what the review was actually saying is a great way to deflect though. :)

Did what I needed quickly and got me where I needed to go. Driver was friendly and chill.

RUDE people here. Nicely ask a question and the tow truck drivers scream back at me like I’m an idiot. I ask about how much would it be to get my brothers truck out he replies back in a rude voice “you can’t even pick it up for another 12 hours” I reply okay I understand I just was wondering if you knew. He then goes on to scream at me saying I can’t even pick up the truck because it’s not in my name. I said I was just asking if you knew about how much he then screams at me to leave. ??? Rude and a decent human especially an employee working for a company that should be representing that company in a good way he for sure failed, I left crying in tears because I can’t believe how rude this man was!

Driver went above and beyond for me dispatch gal super nice general manager a sweetheart and absolutely gorgeous!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. He was giving me an attitude all the time they charge me $500 for two days without the tax. I do not know what kind of ridiculous operation that they’re running here. It is unprofessional
