Came in needing only an oil change was pleasantly surprised they check other items to make sure they are in good running order. The service was professional and pretty speedy. They know what they are doing. Will come back next time.

The service members were efficient and knew their stuff. They did offer the standard extra treatments that you would expect with an oil change location, but they were also not pushy when I turned them down. They did honor the online coupon that I had. Great job!

On May 18, 2021 my daughters car was brought in for an oil change. Upon leaving, two blocks later, the car overheated, engine light on. I called Valvoline and Jesus came out and filled coolant. IT WAS BONE DRY. We drove back and Jesus filled up the coolant again. Their bill said the coolant was checked and was ok. Jesus proceeded to tell me it had completely leaked out within two blocks and that I needed to contact a mechanic. One employee was straight-up and said if there had been any leaks, he would have seen it, and that there was no leaking anywhere. Jesus, fast talker that he is, took absolutely no accountability for his employees work and shined us on. I am thankful for the one employee who had worked under the car and told the truth, seriously, that means a lot to my daughter and me. People make mistakes, but fast talking to cover it up shows the character of the person. I didnt catch the one employees name, he listened to us and stood up to the nonsense we were being told. To you, a big thank you and you are very, very much appreciated.

Pros: fast and I didn’t have to get out of my car. Cons: I chose Valvoline because they offered “contactless” drive thru oil change. It was not contactless, entirely, as I had to talk to them a lot and their card reader wouldn’t allow me to use Apple Pay so I had to sign things, etc. The most distressing thing though, was that the employee I had to work with wasn’t properly masked (didn’t cover his nose) and even took his scarf completely off at one point. Not what I was expecting and I was very Disappointed.

This place is great. The men were so nice and polite answering this old ladys questions with so much patience. I had an oil change there. They honored the discount coupon I had with no problems, ifs or but. They were fast, professional,and very thorough. Its a drive thur service so you dont even get out of your car. Its perfect for the elderly like me or Moms with children,etc.,etc. PS Im from out of state and was a little scared about having my oil change done someplace I wasnt familiar with but I loved this place.

Update: My latest visit took almost 1 hour (wait to get in and out). Im not sure if they are short on staff or inexperienced. I will probably go back again but I hope they step up their game!Rarely do I post stuff here but I wanted to take a moment to thank this shop for their quick service and professionalism. They changed my oil and identified all of my maintenance issues (replaced brake light, $11) and made appropriate recommendations (100k mile flushes). I live almost 10 miles away and will be back with all my vehicles. Wiper blade replacements are also affordable and in stock. I cant believe how quick and competent they are compared to those shops that claim to get it done in a jiff. Of course, the speed of service might change if too may customer find out about this place. Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I tried to get his oil changed yesterday 12/2 Sunday we tried to call twice before we got there to see how busy they were, no one answered. Showed up at 4:25pm and an employee came out and let us know they had just closed up for the day even though it says theyre open til 5pm. Dont say youre open til 5 if youre not and maybe answer the phone so we didnt have to waste our time.

Fast place. Never been to an oil change place, were you stay in your vehicle. I think it only took 15 mins. Very friendly staff members.

I have been bringing my vehicles, work vehicles, & recommending to my friends this location, thru many different brands, for an oil change for almost 15 years. I recently experienced an issue with my last oil change. & with out going into detail, I would like to say, as a store manager myself, I feel the owner, and the chains customer service handled the situation in the utmost professional manner & resolved the issue above and beyond what I expected. They truly deserve 4.5 stars for being slightly pushy, but the whole experience was smooth and quick. You just sit in the car and watch them take care of everything. The conventional oil was $40 plus $5 per extra quart. It goes up from there. Not the cheapest, but by far the quickest, cleanest and most professional. The prices arent unreasonable either. At least give them a try and judge them for yourself. They have more flexible hours than the typical oil change place.

Stopped today to get oil change. They were not busy as usual. They would not give me a discount without the coupon I had received in the mail, they have always given me the discount with no problem. I have been going to this location to support them as they dont get much business. I would give them a 5 rating on all my previous visits but not today! They were all just sitting around doing nothing when I pulled in. I told them, you would rather lose business over a few dollars. Wow.

This particular location had some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. I normally rely unraveling to change my oil and check my fluids when I am out of town. This location not only charged me extra but they were very rude I will not come to this location of Valvoline again.

Beware of this place! My daughter and son in law just got 600.00 stolen from their vehicle! They forgot it in their car when they were having their oil changed. It was their rent money and one of the employees stole it. Everett police were called but, of course, no one admitted to taking it. They have 4 children and work hard to make ends meet and then this happens! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place! I cant stand a thief! Hope karma gets them soon!

I had a oil change here and they refuse to top off my oil they sad they would if I had my oil chg there. I do have A BMW so no dipe stick but I know I have a oil pan leak so its irritating. No business for you!

Managers are drunk on the job, They act like they check all youre fluids but they never ever check the fluids they said they did. One of the worst Instant Oil change stores I been too. I highly recommend to go to a better oil shop.

Was the only place I ever got my oil changed. They cross-threaded my drain plug and told me the last place screwed up my pan plug. Cost me the $127 for the oil change plus $670 for my new oil pan.If you want it done right, I wouldnt go here.
