I was out of Jiffy Lube in about 15 minutes which was fabulous. Usually visit this location and the folks here are great. Very polite and professional and there always seems to be good morale between the employees.

These dudes were fast and they were respectful too. I got an oil change in just 15 mins and then I was out of there. 👏

The manager and staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and kept me informed with each step in the process.

I did not catch their names, but the lady with the poofy curly hair and her partner working in the morning went the extra mile to help me figure out an issue with my steering, and also helped with my oil cap too. Awesome!

Id give these folks 5 stars except dang $120 bucks for oil and filter seems mighty steep. 6 qts for VW 2.5 liter. With that in mind these folks are just great for service. If you pull in and they are empty you will be in and out in about 20 minutes or so! Oh and they do offer military / veteran discount. Just remember to ask.

This place is amazing! Yari and her staff were incredible. They are stand up professionals and very time efficient. Jakob was very helpful in letting me know what services were needed and had great knowledge about my car. Yari ensured that quality assurance was at its absolute peak. Since the pandemic outbreak you can no longer get out of your vehicle. They direct you into the bay and you have to sit in your car until they are done they take your payment from your window and off you go. Fast and easy... Nothing better.

This is my regular Jiffy lube locale. Usually pretty good for the price of around $70 to $80 for your standard oil change. Although after they adjusted the air in my tires, my TPMS should all 4 at different PSI. They also forgot to put windshield wiper fluid in and lokn at ky filters. Bitnotjet than that is was good service and Ill be back again when its time to get another oil change.

Day after oil change my car started smoking. Within 10 miles of driving it after the oil change. Not sure what but they did something while doing the oil change that caused that to happen. Not happy and highly doubt they will take any responsibility for it either.

Waited in line for 15 mins only to find out the car in the bay in front of me,was going to be a while.they were waiting for a part from the auto parts store.so we sit in the car and bake until my husband went in to complain.then they decide to tell us that.Not happy at all

I have been to Jiffy Lube three times, twice for an oil change and once to get the tread depth on my tires checked. Ive always had a positive experience! While they do try to get you to do other services, it is always in a non-pushy way, which is appreciated. They always have coupons available, which of course rocks! The location is downtown and very easily accessible. They are not usually busy during the week, but I have seen cars lined up on the weekends. There is a clean and comfortable waiting room that you can sit in and watch while the services are being performed. Cooooool.

I called Hyundai to find out how much to service my transmission, price was a little cheaper but that wanted me to leave my vehicle all day with the service department. Jiffy lube will service your transmission while you wait. The follow all requirements and recommendation from the car manufacturer so you dont have to worry. They have you sit in youre car while they are service your vehicle. Brent my service tech was very knowledgeable and gave me outstanding service.

The guys working were short and not very friendly. They didnt put a sticker in my window for when I should get my next oil change. All around just not a comfortable or pleasant experience. I wont be returning.

Came in for an oil change, Yari was exceptionally helpful with getting my vehicle top notch. The rest of the crew were very friendly and seemed like they really loved their jobs. All in all it was an amazing customer service experience.

$174 for an oil change and two lights replaced. In and out in ten minutes. $174!! Not happy at all and will be finding a new place to get oil done and any maintence needed.

Fast service! We did the Drive-Thru oil change and it was quick & easy!

They were very friendly and did a great job except when I drove off I immediately started to lose air in one of my tires.Took my car to a tire store and they said I had a bent valve stem. Well guess who just put air in my tires... Worst part, I was literally hitting the road to go out of town and this delayed me enough to miss one of my functions.

Had an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube. I got a high mileage oil change and they topped off all my fluids. They also vacuumed my car! I have never experience such incredible service. Highly recommended.

So, I just left the Jiffy Lube on 62nd and Evergreen. I was excited to have one so close to my home. So I sat there for five minutes on the level platform, asked them to check my oil and then the gal had me restart my engine and move my car to the side to make room for other cars that were apparently there for full-service and had my car nose pointing down and then she was going to check my oil. Doesn’t re-starting your engine moving your car with your nose pointing down on a slant give poor readings in accurate readings?

I always feel my car is safe for a road trip after service at Jiffy Lube

Brought the van in for an oil change. Staff was friendly. Facility is small but serviceable. Be aware if you bring a Groupon in you will need to have purchased it at least 24 hours ahead of time or you will be denied use of the code.

Really fast and polite service. Very straightforward in reviewing my cars maintenance schedule, without pressuring for up-sells. For example: I was due for a tire rotation, but when I told the manager that I had purchased the tires at Les Schwabb, he advised me: OK, theyll do that for free. That will save you $20.

I came to this jiffy lube (evergreen way) Saturday around 6pm for an oil change. I was told it would be at least 30 minutes until they got to my car. Since they close at 7pm, I figured I came at a busy time. I came to the same jiffy lube on a Monday at 5:15pm. I called ahead to ask about the wait time to make sure I could be helped when I arrived. When I arrived, there were two cars in the bay so I was next in line. I sat in the waiting room while an off duty employee took a nap next to me. One person was working on both cars while my car waited behind. 30 minutes later I asked why there was only one person doing the work and why it was taking so long. I was told they were doing their best. Another customer pulled up and waited about 10 minutes before leaving due to the wait. My car is now the only one on the entire lot and they are finally working on it. No other cars came for the rest of my time there, so all they had to focus on was my car. From start to finish, this oil change took 75 minutes. There is no reason why a standard oil change should waste so much of my time especially when I called ahead. I will never return here. This is the slowest service I have ever received for an oil change. I gave them a second chance, waited patiently, and was kind. But this is simply an unacceptable quality of service.

I was just there at this location a couple of minutes ago 5/4/19 at 4 :25 pm i got there and the guy came to me and told me that my van didnt fit i have a dodge sprinter van and have done the service there a cople of times before so i told the guy the same thing and he told me well that what my manager told me to said sorry he is the boss ... what a bad service never going back there again if they dont want to work just stay at your house

Im too lazy to change my own oil and the cost difference between DIY/ buying oil&filter vs paying someone to change your oil is inconsequential. JiffLube is THE place to get oil changed . If you are going to complain about a bunch of dumb stuff maybe either change your own oil ...or go somewhere else that charges twice the price (so you can have your bigger waiting room)
