They did a good job with my oil change and air filter change. But I had to bring my cat and she ended up needing to stay in the car while they did it. They were super accommodating to her and tho I likely seemed slightly crazy for bringing a cat I appreciated their flexibility so much! It didn’t delay them at all.

I was told that the reason my air conditioning didn’t work is because my tahoe is 4 years old and it needed a AC flush. Well it did NOT need a flush but I was then told I have a leak. But they tech didn’t test for a leak, but was told that if the flush didn’t work that I had a leak. So what did I pay for??? I just waisted almost $200 on a service that I didn’t need. To make matters worse I just got off the phone with the manager who had the rudest temper with me. He got hot and heated within being on the phone for a minute maybe two. I asked that he lose his attitude when speaking to me, but that did not happen and I had to terminate the call. Now has he called back to apologize? Has anyone tried to “right this wrong”? NOPE. I had been a loyal costumer for almost 8 years and now I will never go back. Danny Guston is the managers name and he needs to take a course on how to talk to people with respect in his voice.

These guys have worked on the last two cars Ive owned, and theyve always done a FANTASTIC job with basic maintenance from oil changes to the lemon scented window cleaner! LolThey are honest and friendly, so GREAT customer service. They are detailed and so good at their job, plus they let you know what offers are available online so you can get the best deals. I trust them and appreciate their reliability.

They are overall friendly and helpful while not trying too hard to sell you on the extras. They are a bit pricy in my opinion but they have some decent coupons on their website off oil change and air filters. They also took a bit longer than expected and got through two cars before they finished on mine. They couldnt vacuum apparently cause of corona but drove and stayed in my car for a bit. They also barely wiped down the windows so they still were covered in dirt. Overall they are okay but I believe there are better places for the money.

I got an oil change. The cheapest one they offered for my Mazda CX-5 was $76. I dont feel like they pushed additional stuff on me, though they did recommend I get new windshield wipers.The people working there seem very trustworthy, kind, and good at their jobs. Id recommend it.Also, go to their website because they have a button for coupons on the front page. At least at the time of this review.

Only came in because of a coupon I received in the mail. For an oil change and car cleaning for 37$. Ended up paying $75 and they only did the oil change. Stick to Firestone or anywhere else. Also I understand things change because of COVID-19 but they should have been upfront with their customers so they know what they are paying for and dont walk away feeling lied to.

I have been going to this location for 3 years now. Thats over. They have been steadily going down hill. After my last oil change, I received a survey from Grease Monkey and stated it took too long. The next day, the manager called to ask about it. He would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting and talking over me. He made all sorts of feeble excuses. I am a former customer.

They deleted my other review so here it goes again. Absolutely horrible service. They deleted my post regarding how their staff refused to adhere to any covid policy. No one was wearing a mask inside and no gloves or any sanitizing items were used. At all. They lie and waste your time and money.

I have appreciated Charles knowledge of my old car at this location and Donny and the manager are very nice. They do try to upsell as with every place but are fine when I tell them I dont want anything else. I did, though, have the transmission fluid change recommendation checked at my mechanic, and it was legit and only $10 more to do it at Grease Monkey- (the shop would have taken longer). Customer service is great!

I would drive 15 minutes to come here over Jiffylube/Valvoline. They were great. Its a shame that I have to leave a bad review due to their laziness for not wanting to refill my A/C. its an easy process, it doesnt require much work. They simply lied to my girlfriend saying they dont do that service. Very sad and dissapointed. You have lost a customer for life.

Dont get your oil change at Grease Monkey, or at least this location. I’ve gotten an oil change twice at this location and I always check how they do with my levels right after and both times at this location they overfilled. After the “oil changes” with them I had to drain the excess after getting home and both times the oil came out dirty, just completely black. I highly recommend going somewhere else or changing the oil yourself. Its apparent that they dont change your oil they just add more. Very lazy service all around. Stay away from this location.

Staff is really nice. Little bit waiting because of two lines of service only. Waiting lounge is good. Coffee is not bad. Pricing is not that bad.

I live a block away, tried this place 3x now. Decided today to never come back here. Bald guy, I think he’s the manager, was arrogant and costumer service was bad. He helped a costumer that came after me, after he helped him, he said he’s going to restroom and will be back. After 5minutes, I went into the garage and saw him attend to someone else, then realized I was still waiting, just to pay. No apologies. 2nd time I went, this place forgot to put the bolt back that covers under the engine and had to repeatedly ask which lights were not working so I can order them and change them myself. 1st time, guy in front was saying things that someone who doesn’t know cars would be sold to; when I said that all I want is what is manufactures recommendation, he was offended and stopped smiling. Last time today. I write this with the intention that they can better their service. I live a block away, but now, I have to drive further.

Been coming here for my oil changes since I got my first truck a few years ago, everytime I come in the staff is super friendly and lets me know whats going on under the hood, but what I like best is that they arent overbearing and scary to talk to or beat around the bush about pricing everything is affordable and done in a timely manner. Great job guys!

I paid them a lot of money to fix my car but it turns out that they did damage to it. When I requested a partial refund, they refused and blamed me. Completely unprofessional and they do not care about their customers at all. I do appreciate the kindness of the manager however the owner is terribly unprofessional to deal with and unfortunately controls refunds. I would not recommend them.

I live very close to this place. Unfortunately I have had to use them in a pinch a few times. The upcharge fear mongering is ridiculous. These places get bonuses for selling you services you dont need. Every time you go in there they will say your differential fluid and xmission fluid need changing. I expect a bit of this at these places but this place is the worst.

Great, fast service. Very friendly staff. Only downside is they stopped offering complimentary sodas because customers would just come and take armfuls. :(

Standard Grease Monkey setup. I always go for a basic oil change, so I am prepared for the upsell, but they were courteous and polite and didnt hassle me. Nothing has fallen off so far.

Super friendly staff only suggestion I have is they should have a hook in their bathroom for women to hang their purses on

10 days after having my oil changed, it was low and needed to be topped off. What this likely means is that they did not run the oil through the filter before finishing the fill. 2 weeks after having my oil changed, a brake pad fell off (yes, actually fell off in my driveway). Either they never did a brake inspection or they messed up my brakes while doing an inspection. Either way, I will not be back.
