Just to update on my review when I purchased the car to now after the deal was made. I had an issue with the navigation disconnecting from my phone, they tried to fix it and told me a couple of things to try, but didn’t work. I called the GM and explained and he sent me to the service department and they made me an appointment, a month away, not acceptable. The service department also said to call Uvo and see if the could help, I called and they said there was a software update for that, they sent me the link I had to go get a thumb drive download the software and then update on the car. It fixed the issue. Now I have the led taillight strip that is not working, called the GM again and will be going in tomorrow to hopefully get this fixed. I was hoping to get more help from Kia rob after the deal was made because the new car had issues that needed to be fixed ASAP.

I love my new Kia Sorento. The sales professional that worked with me was knowledgeable and courteous. The administration person was not only friendly and efficient but went out of her way to work through an issue with the title of my old vehicle. The location is easy to find and easy to access. The only reason I don’t give this five stars is the Harnish Group tactics for sales is in my opinion borderline theft. You need to be careful with added on equipment and the price of the car. They are going to squeeze you for every dime they can. This doesn’t just apply to the dealership. The repair facility will adjust the price you pay based on what they think they can get away with. Be careful, be knowledgeable,and good luck.Added later: no response tells you everything you need to know. I also had to pay off a balance on my previous loan because the dealership calculated incorrectly!The car came with three free oil changes. They ask you to make an appointment even though they say in the sales process you can just drive up to the “convenient” “express “ lane. I made an appointment for 7:10am. I received a text, a calendar reminder, and a phone call to confirm. I arrived 5 minutes early and they said the wait for an oil change is an hour and a half. This, in my opinion shows a complete lack of respect for my time.Update: called this morning to schedule my 2nd free oil change only to be told that appointments are about a month out! Who can wait a month for an oil change?! How can I use the “convenient express lane”? Never again with any of the Harnish Group!

Purchased my 4th and 5th car from Kia of Everett this past weekend. Douglas helped us with the process. They didn’t have exactly what we wanted in stock so the dealership worked hard to get it from another location and we got our cars the next day! There was a shortage of vehicles available and my husband was limited on Seltos models and ended up settling for a trim package he wasn’t thrilled with. I ended up getting a way better trim package than I initially wanted and my car (2022 Kia Carnival) is awesome! I’ll be the envy of soccer moms everywhere.
