I have been going to this Precision Tune for many years and Travis is very honest and does excellent work. Unlike other repair shops trying to do a hard sell and try to scare you into unneeded maintenance and repairs, Travis will always give you the bottom line on just what needs to be fixed and will do the best to diagnose your problem.

The mechanic, Travis, is amazing. I had scheduled a front brake and rotor replacement job for 9AM on a Saturday. After bringing the car at the scheduled time, Travis told me it would be 60-90 minutes before it was ready and took the car into the shop. Not having anything else do it, I waited quietly in the waiting area. After hearing the typical noises of the tires being removed and original pads being removed, Travis walked thru the door 40 minutes later. I looked out the window and noticed the car. I asked if it was already done and he mentioned that he didnt see the need to have me waiting longer than necessary. I paid my bill, which was less than the originally quoted price, and went out to the car. I noticed the new rotors were installed and then tested the brakes on the way home. They worked well and were a lot smoother than the previous brakes, which were vibrating when applied. I use this Precision Auto Tune for ALL my major car repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic. One of the best mechanics around and, if you want to buy custom parts for your car, they will install them for you and only charge you the labor. Finally, there is an Enterprise auto rental place next door, so if your car needs major repairs and you need a rental, they are literally a one minute walk away.

I became a customer of this auto repair shop in the early part of this year. I have to say Im very pleased with their service. During the pandemic my car has been in and out of the shop for different issues. The staff was professional and willing to work with me as far as costs. I recommend Evergreen for my family and friends.

One guy in the building that day! But was not a problem at all. He got my sensor switched out on my 2000 mountaineer very effectively and blazing fast. Furthermore I felt he charged me pretty well. I would recommend this shop to friends and family. Travis dose great work!

This spot was recommend from a mechanic friend of mine.They took care of my wife’s vehicle quickly and unfortunately one of the problems couldn’t be diagnosed because it wasn’t present when she was there but the staff was nice and I would recommend bringing your car into this shop if your vehicle needs to be looked at for any reason.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!UNLESS YOU JUS LIKE MEETING NEW PEOPLE THAT IS.Ill say this...they try and guy is pleasant enough, jus dont know what theyre doing. Had my car 4 days for engine light an noise in passenger front wheel he didnt get done first time they had car for 3 days ran into unexpecteds of course but in the end after more than 7 total days an $1500 I still have noise an yea check engine light off but they managed to activate antilock light an have find an pay someone who can actually fix without causing more problems.UPDATE: forgot to mention fuel gauge also out of whack after its stay there. In another shop getting repairs done precision tune didnt and repairing problems they caused. Will post again after I get new bill an find out what precision tunes does to reimburse me if at all.

We dont usually write reviews - but we have been using this Precision Tune for over 5 years now and have been treated with such respect and fairness by Travis that we wanted to let others know. He is always very fair in his pricing and does great work. If you are looking for a great mechanic you can trust Travis to be honest and do a good job.

At this point I don’t even consider taking my business anywhere else. Travis is upfront and honest about estimates and lets me decide what I want done based on my budget and time availability, and while he might suggest future work, he never tries to pressure me or upsell. I really feel like I’m able to use my best judgment about what to focus on and when, and completely trust his advice. Yes, sometimes there’s a wait for appointments, but that’s because this place has such a rock-solid reputation. They’re in high demand, as they should be.

Ive brought several vehicles to the location in Everett after leaving dealerships and doing my own troubleshooting to no avails. I can say hands down the Technician there is the best in Washington state. Terribly hard to find an honest Mechanic but hes not going to sugar coat the issues to get your business and will actually refer you to someone of expertise if the repair is beyond the shops capabilities. The prices are right and dont fluctuate. I go nowhere else.

I have relied on Precision Tune Everett, 3 times in the last few years. I am very in tune with, and totally trust, my intuition, that proves me to be right. I book a week in advance for an oil change only to be told when I come pick up my car that they cant do it because my car is too low, but they could do it a bit later. What a waste of time. I cant schedule my entire week around these guys.
