1st and LAST time I will ever go here. When you first go in its great...then they start on your nails. Took 2 hours for a full set cut me 5 times...Im not exaggerating! Got pink and white...she took so long because she wasnt paying attention the white acrylic dried...she had to soak it off and start that nail again. Then I go to pay and am charged $5 extra..for what?? I was told it would be $45 I go to pay and she tells me $50. I get home and see the pink acrylic doesnt even cover my entire nail. Never will I go here again.

My now go-to place for manicure and pedicure services. The salon is spacious, clean, and calming. Every person that touched me was knowledgeable, detailed, considerate and committed to doing a great job. Amazing color selection, very reasonably priced, and I look forward to trying out their other services.

Great with hands last very long very very very happy. The feet tho I try and tell them no use my feet get dry snd skin flaked next day. Ive tried to stay committed for both services but u think Ill just keep my nails only. Give them a shot amazing like I said about the hands and nails

This was only about the 5th pedicure Ive ever had and my friend (male) had never had one. Ive never had a bad experience at other places, but they were just meh.We really enjoyed our appointment at Bliss yesterday. Upon walking into the place, it was clearly very clean, smelled good and the the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable. The ladies who did our pedicures both had very pleasant senses of humor and were very good at guiding us through the process. It was lovely to enjoy the massage chairs while we got our pedicures. He received a regular pedicure and I received a French nail pedicure. They allowed him to sit in the massage chair until I was finished with my process since mine took a little bit longer. They both did a great job. We will definitely be going back. Instant love of this place :)

Everyone at Bliss Nail Salon is knowledgeable and does wonderful work. Prices are a little higher than most Everett salons, but having my nail dip last for weeks is definitely worth it!

I love the work they do here. I always see Heidi. She is easy to talk to. I always make an appointment which means I dont have to wait long. They have a pretty robust walk-in clientele.

My girlfriends and I went to this nail salon for the first time. We had a nice visit, enjoyed the service, and the staff was warm and friendly. If the visit is just as good next time Ill bump up the rating. I appreciate consistency in a salon.

The lady that did my nails was very nice and tried very hard to do what i asked for however i was in there f0r 3 1/2 houres and it still didnt look right... so maby stick with basic colors ambre didnt blend...

My mom is disabled and prideful, and she sees Vickie to get her nails trimmed she as she wont let us kids do it for her lol. They are so accommodating at Bliss Nails my mom doesnt even have to leave her walker! All staff there are amazing, and not hard to get an appointment

I made appointment and they had cpl walk ins and the lady rushed my appointment to do walk ins plus my nails werent straight filed them sloppy just really regret going there thought it was going to be good due to making appt but no they dont care they are money hungry rude people. Dont recommend them at all.

I came in to get my nails done for my wedding, the nail technician that i had, filed me until i bled, continued to use the bloodied file, then she nicked the edges of two fingers with her router. She was on her phone the entire time, didnt listen to what i wanted. My fingernails are not the shape that i wanted, she also said she couldnt do an ombre for me. 10$ off for her cutting me and filing me until i bled does not justify what she did to me, i will not be back

I was a nail client around 9 years ago & moved away. They ALWAYS did an exceptional job on fingers & toes. This time i needed a a fill on my new eyelashes done by another salon in Snohomish who cancelled on me knowing Id drove over 4hrs for my eyelash appt. THEN, i remembered the owner operator gal at Bliss and how id watched her at the forefront of when lashes started and how much knowledge she knew regarding her art of lashes. She was able to fit me in on short notice and I REALLY LOVE MY LASHES SOOOO MUCH I get an overwhelming amount of compliments from ladies in my county (out here in rural WA, we dont have skilled lash/nail artists-they make your eyes look cakey & spidery) they love my lashes so much that they ask for the salons address & considered driving 4hrs to get lashesike mine. Lashes are soft and very natural looking. Not a lot of lash fallout & i was my lashes every few days. *Highly recommend*

I used to come here regularly for bikini waxing but moved further away, Ive tried a lot of other places since, but none compare to Lindas skills, thoroughness and attention to detail. Im now returning despite the 30-minute drive, cuz its worth it.

They made us gave a reservation and when we got there the place was practically empty. But my eye brows are on point so totally worth it!

Pampered and fun. I go with my best friend and we really enjoy our manipedis. My BFF gets shellac and I get the dipping powder and our manicurists match our colors as closely as humanly possible. Speaking of our manicurists...they dont just robotically interact. They are more like family. Theyre real people. 👍

Place was clean before covid and is still very clean today. The staff is kind and skilled. Very nice environment to relax in. I have never felt judged there or pushed to have additional services done. I very much recommend you check it out if you are looking for a clean and pleasant experience.

Disappointed. I had my once per year pedicure and asked for sparkles on the nail bed part of the big toes only and showed them a pic from Pinterest. It was a really simple request and they couldnt do it. They tried to fix it at my request and rushed the polish application which shows. They did do a good job with my daughters pedicure though.

Most of the negative reviews on here are by people who were RUDE complaining about receiving RUDE service. Newsflash: if you dont respect peoples time, they wont respect yours. You show up 30 minutes before close without an appointment, request a service that will take at least an hour, and then complain about it?? Dont be a jerk! Ive been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years and Ive never had a problem of any kind. The place is ALWAYS clean, and Ty, Linda, and Vickie are always warm and friendly. Yes, their prices have gone up a little over the years, but thats normal, to keep up with the cost of living and doing business. Theyve expanded into other services that I havent tried, but as a nail salon (manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, and Shellac/gel), I personally believe they cant be beat by anyone in a 25-mile radius. Just be respectful of people and their time, like youd want to be respected, people!

I had my nails done for the first time st some other place. Leanne had to do a major clean up, and did an awesome job. I have been back 3 times since. Each time I walk out satisfied.I think I have found the right place....thank you Leanne!

My husband and I went here for our very first pedicure together and we had a fantastic time especially with the massage chairs. The two gals we had were so friendly and did great work! I was so happy with the way my feet felt and my painted toes were so cute that couldn’t stop starring at them. We just got the standard pedicure, my husband got the men’s pedicure.

This is my first time here and I’m enjoying it tremendously!! I got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I definitely felt like a valued customer! I believe I found my new nail salon!

Nice place, good service...quality wasn’t so good. Got SNS dip which is about $40 a set.. normally it lasts me about 3+ weeks and about a week and it started chipping off. Disappointing(No I’m not one to show up last minute, I had an appointment so it wasn’t rushed)

Great place. Clean, fast, great nail work. I got a basic manicure and set under the heat lamp for 6 minutes and I was ready to go. Nice Hard nails fast. No need to avoid touching anything for two hours after. I was really pleased. $15.00 for the basic manicure. Great value, great results!

I have been to this nail salon two times and have had great experiences both times. All staff is extremely kind and are very detail oriented. On top of that the massage chairs are incredible! I am very happy with my experience and will he returning.

I have been here before once and it was good. But this last time around I got a shellac manicure and the lady was rude. She didnt put the polish all the way to the end of my nail, so it started chipping off after 3 days. I am so upset.

My forest manicure & peticure; I enjoyed it. My wife who has had many told me to to well. So, I think they are outstanding.

We made appointments and there was actually an issue with mine but when I called they fixed it right away. We went in for standard pedicures and would absolutely go back. They were ready for us, spent about 40mins, werent jumping around with other customers because there were enough people there to take care of everything. Everything for 25 bucks which is hard to find.

Ive been going here to get sns nails since December of 2018! Everytime has been great, they really listen to what you want and have the most color choices Ive ever seen for sns. Ive had a couple pedicures as well that have been so relaxing and fun with friends. I cannot suggest this place enough.

Very Disappointed!! This was the fastest pedicure I have ever had...I have had many...in and out in less than a 1/2 hour and the rate was very high for the service received!! I will NOT go back or recommend to friends..you can find much a better value.

I came here because my sister brought me. The staff was friendly but the work was not up to par. I received a full acrylic set on Thursday and by Monday, they were already lifting. Tuesday the nail broke and I have cracks in other ones I didnt see until I looked at them. Unfortunately I wont return because I at least expected 2 weeks out of them and didnt even get a week.

Super beautiful inside! The people are always nice and theyve been able to fit me in every time Ive just dropped by. And I recommend them for any one with blonde hair or sensitive skin - they do wonderful waxing too!

Great and friendly service. My nails were done very professionally.

Got a set of acrylics on Saturday and they were peeling up by Wednesday. When I went to get them fixed on Thursday, the first lady to “fix” my nails filed all 10 of them down (only 4 were peeling) and re-polished them (badly, I might add). I left only to turn around and come back, for all 4 nails still showed signs of peeling. The second lady (the one who originally did my nails on Saturday) refused to fix all 4- she offered to fix the one that was really bad. She insisted the other 3 showed signs of grow out, not peeling. THERE ARE BUBBLES on the edge of my nails- I know what I am talking about. I couldn’t keep my cool long enough for her to fix the ONE that was bad, so I left. I will be calling to request a refund, for this has been an absolute hassle and waste of my time.

This is a wonderful nail salon. My husband and I dropped in for pedis and were told we may have to wait because they had an appointment before us that was set to show uot. I was impressed with that right away because my experience in making a nail appointments elsewhere was pointless endeavor since others will just seat whoever comes in first. The gentleman working the floor and front knew all the customers which showed great client service and repeat customers. Our pedis were relaxing and fantastic. My husband works on his feet all day and his nail tech really spent time on his feet. Our polish looks silky smooth and my nail tech even tried on my sandals to see if they would ruin my pedi. Lots of customers in for the different spa services too. We will be coming here again (with an appointment!).

I went here for 5 years. Linda was my go to girl for eyebrows. She burned me last month (pictures on their Facebook page in the review section) and this was not the first time she burned me... When I confronted her on the issues, she made it sound like it was my fault. She proceeded to ask me if I had taken ibuprofen that day, was taking any medications or on my period when I came in... She proceeded to tell me to remind her that I have sensitive skin and that she burned me... She should have tested the wax on herself FIRST, before applying it to my face, and this could have been avoided. This is what estheticians are taught to do. But she did not do this, and I should have said something to her immediately but shes the professional... I do not like how I was treated and will not be returning. Time to find a new eyebrow lady. :(

Friendly staff. I had a pedicure and was disappointed with the massage it wasnt a massage at all, just a rub. The stuff they used smelled really good!!! She also didnt even get the dry skin off my feet, my own pumice stone does a better job. The lady doing the pedi next to me seemed like she did a better job and she was so funny! I think with a dif person it would have been much better. Salon was nice inside and quiet making it easy to relax.

The service was horrendous. I had to wait over 30 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. Once they finally got me sat and started, I asked for coffin shaped nails with medium length. The technician that was doing my nails laughed when I told her she had cut them too short and said something to the other technicians. Which was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had asked for her to remove them, to start over because they were not the length that I had asked for. Not only did she not acknowledge the error she had made, she also was going to charge me extra for removing the set.

I had thin nails and the shellac pealed off within two days due to so and they fixed it for free. Very nice people and not loke the normal nail salon. If your looking for an awesome experience, I recommend these guys. PLUS they got in a bachelorett group on short notice!!

Ive been there a couple time, and went there again yesterday. Mistake. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done. I was so dissapointed when my appointment was over. While doing my shellac manicure tech kept digging her nail under my nail to clean up mess she was making, and still it didnt turn out clean, uneven color, uneven shape. Pretty bad job for $40 manicure. I will never go back.

I won’t come back. The place was dirty, they didnt even dust off the station were I sat to get my nails done. The employees used profanity when talking to each other, and they talked to each other in their language the entire time I was getting my nails done. I felt ignored.
