This is my first visit and I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. I had Kim and she was great. Did as I asked and made sure all my nails are the same size and my nails are not bigger than my fingers.

Sophia does an excellent job with my nails. My toes and fingernails never chip. She even helped my real nails grow!

The lady was so nice. She did my nails better than expected. She even had a conversation with me and I didn’t mind.

I came here and I felt so rushed and was not satisfied . She rushed my pedicure and manicure just so she could attend another client . I saw Tammy because I heard she was good but she didn’t so a thorough job on my nails or feet. The nail polished chipped the next day and I gave her a tip even when she rushed my service and she didn’t look happy . I do not recommend this place .

First time trying this place and it was great. The nice lady that did my feet had the same name as me and the one that did my hands was so nice. We joked and laughed and they did a wonderful job with both my hands and feet. The pricing is very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be going there from now on.

My first time here.I used to frequent a different salon but each time the young girl hurt me terribly..so much pain..no thank you.My friend gave a a gift certificate for here..I waited a long time hoping It have someplace special to go..have up on that idea. Im thrilled with the experience. She has the best chairs..messages perfectly exactly where Id needed..My technician was extremely knowledgeable..professional ends gentle. Very personable. Wonderful relax ing music and decor. U dont get the negative reviews. Please dont let them scare you away. Im quite honest in my reviews. CherPS its right near my house too!

Booked several appointments in the past three weeks and they never kept them. Came today after having an appointment and was to wait a half an hour and then was told to come back at 1pm. They have nice colors but. Nails chip anyways. Never going back

I never usually write any reviews or posts but I feel like I need to with this nail salon. First of all I felt very uncomfortable when the women doing my nails spoke to other people in her language that I couldn’t understand everytime I brought an issue about my nails up to her. Every one would just stare at me after giving me the most uncomfortable experience. Second the women doing my nail didn’t properly remove the prior gel residue off my nails before she was trying to dip my nail into a new product ( believe me the old gel was very visible still). When I tried to show her several times she would just yes me to death without fixing the problem so frustrating. That was not the 1st time I experienced that situation with old product not being removed completely it happened before with my toes. I figured I would give the salon another chance thinking maybe I just had an inexperienced person the 1st time being she seemed very young and still learning but found out no the issue. Also I noticed the prices have changed twice with in the 3 months of my appointments there. I gave this salon 2 stars mostly because they do keep it clean. But I’ve def learned my lesson no more visits to this salon.

Love this salon! I made an appointment the first week they opened and had Sophia as my technician.... she hasn’t been able to get rid of me since! Lol 😆. She is always willing to work with my crazy schedule and we always have some good talks when I’m there. Place is clean and convenient with parking! Love! Love! Love it here!

Kim is the best of you can get her. If they arent rushed you get amazing service. 95% of the time I am thrilled with the way they do my nails and I always ask for extra and they do it for me.

Tammy is an excellent worker, she always does the best work for me. She is very sweet, shes very professional and has patience which I love . However I choose to do my nails she does the exact thing, very clean and just perfect.

This is the best place in Everett to get your nails done, they are nice and take their time to do your nails . I was satisfied of their services.

They rush, and have you waiting 30 mins after an appointment was made even tho they’re no busy. All my nails are different shapes and the paint job is TRASH. Went to three different people there and I’m definitely not going back.

Never going back and that’s for sure. I would go d this place a negative score if it were up to me. Nail technician argued with me on how i would like MY nails. And refused to cut or file them before applying dip poweer onto my nails. Which made no sense. When i told her again i would like my nails short she gave a look and continued to apply dip. She finally filed my nails down and cut all of my skin while she was “removing “ my cuticles. Thought i would have a better pedicure experience but i was wrong. I’m 1000 percent sure used instruments were used throughout my pedicure and now I’ve notice callus growth on myToes which I’ve never had before. Thanks for the cuts, bad service and callus. NOT

Every time I went there I had an issue. I either had to come back hours later from being over booked and when I finally get service the products they use on my nails NEVER last a full 2 weeks. The last time I went, the nail tech baked my nails for the gel tip about 7 times! When I told her no more my fingers feel fried, she said no hit my hand with the filing brush and made go back in the oven... a week later my nails looked like trash.

I went about 5 times because I wanted to give this place chance and every time they messed up.First of all they take so long to actually start doing your nails the wait it’s horrible the longest I ever waited was about 50 minutes no lie. It’s was horrible and they weren’t even busy all they do is talk and laugh that isn’t what a job is about.Second of all they are so rough I asked one question and they lady gave the worst attitude like she needs to calm down. Third of all they grab your hand as if it was a toy they are not gentle.The way they do nails is decent but if the service isn’t good then it sucks over all, and they need to bring down the ornaments on the ceiling like it’s almost August people😒 I am never going backs that’s for sure I gave them to many chances and they screwed up. And not to mention I also made an appointment and they still took 45 minutes for them to help me😐

First time here and they were so nice I loved their work

I went there to get a mani pedi.they told me to seat. I waited and waited.one women finally call me to tell meno worry i do for you 20 mn later,i was told to seat to get my feet saok.the women asked someone to do it but she refused,instead she kept taking new comers.they kept on telling me no worry i do for you.finaly one came and pull my skin out till it bled.i felt like all that happen because i wasnt white.this is the worst place i had been to.they are not kind.

Terrible, inconsistent service, rude workers who only care about getting you in the chair then getting you out so they can mess up more customers nails. Unsanitary and dont be surprised if you get cut by the drill. Im done with businesses like this, and normally wouldnt have written a review like this. Hopefully this will make them do the job right, as theyre all capable of not being unsanitary and sloppy. All they care about is $$$.

I decided to try this place because it was closer to where I live now and there is parking. The place looks nice and the people are friendly but I didn’t like the way they did my mani and pedi. I felt like it was rushed and they didn’t really clean my cuticles at all. I basically just got a polish change.
