I came in for the first time as a special birthday treat for myself.Highly recommend this salon!Got a pedicure and dipped nails with a design of glitter and gems for a total of $90My feet are pretty sensitive, but the technician working on my pedicure was verrrryyy GENTLE.(Without me saying a thing)When it came to my nails, I got extensions with the dip. Coffin shape turned out amazing and I got the design I wanted! Flawless.Customer service was great, salon was very clean.

I’ve been here for several fills, pedi.And won’t be back!They play the “FELL SORRY” card every time I come in.This is the FIRST place I’ve been where my nails POP off!This had NEVER happened before, ( I have very dry nail beds)They OVER charge for NOTHING! I realize we are all in it to win itbut really! ..... Not friendly at all ....wish there were more nail places where they speak ENGLISH, SO RUDE!

Really great place. My nail tech was very attentive to my requests, he was gentle and efficient. Then my pedicure was amazing. Spend the extra couple bucks for the gal soak. Its worth it for dry over worked feet! I will definitely be back.

I love Adora nails! I have been able to show them pictures of nail designs I like and they are happy to recreate them. It is a clean salon and the employees are super friendly. The prices are standard for nail salons in the area.

Me and my girlfriend went there yesterday for a pedi and a mani, the tech obviously was feeling some type of way bcuz im always checking to make sure their doing their job not their way but the customers way, she got upset bcuz when it was time for her mani the tech was saying in their language she didnt want to do her mani bcuz I was looking at her feet. No matter how you feel bcuz the customer wants it done right you always always make sure the customer is Satisfied Period.

My appointment was at 9:30 didn’t start till 10 they were 20 minutes late opening had to wait for someone to come. finally I get started all was going well until the nail person cut my nails shorter than I told him to and kept telling me I couldn’t do dip powder with long tips on. they double booked and three more people came in it was very rushed I left with my hands dry residue from soaking still on very Unsatisfied. And now less than 20 minutes after I left the shine is coming off my nails paid 50 bucks for a service that wasn’t completed properly. Never going back here again.

This nail salon gives you more of a spa-like experience than just stepping into a nail salon. All of their products are new and last a long time! I hate getting my nails done and having it chip three days later because the product is old!! Every time Ive been here they have gone out of their way to make me feel like Im important and they want me to come back. And theyre not overpriced either! The picture I posted was only $36 for everything!

Although the facility is clean and seems like a great salon, I had a crappy gel French manicure done last week. My cuticles look worse after one week than they were before going, they didnt file my nails enough so the whites of my nails came through beneath the white tips where it should be pink/clear...and I had to tell the lady that did my nails to stop and soak my cuticles twice because it hurt so badly and I was bleeding from her cutting my cuticles.

My nails started lifting not too long after and it was extremely painful. My natural nails were ruined and one of them completely ripped off.

Started our appointment over 30 minutes late. We chose the best pedicure they had, which was $60. The lady who did my pedicure didnt go above mid shin - not even up to my knee. Little to no exfoliation. The massage was more like soft strokes. The paint on my toes is uneven. When the lady who did my nails went to remove my old SNS, the dremel tool was broken and wouldnt stay running at a steady speed... but she continued using it anyway. She did a lackluster job, and didnt even remove all the old SNS before applying the new powder. The shape is ok - more oval than almond unfortunately, but the texture is completely uneven. Ripples and dimples on multiple nails. Ultimately, the $200 they charged for my cousin and I was not worth it, at all. We chose this place because most of the other reviews are really good, so maybe we caught them on an off day. We wont be going back.

Very nice clean and comfortable atmosphere. Everytime I visit I am given excellent customer service. Very friendly and great service. I brought in a picture of the design I wanted and they did an amazing job. Will definitely be back.

I have been going here for a few years after trying every salon in my area. He is the fastest most efficient nail artist Ive ever had. He is really an artist! I have moved to Olympia and I still come to Adora for my Mannie Pedi

I really like this place. Ive been here a handful of times, and I always leave happy with their services. I love that theyre quick, and Ive only had to wait once when they were pretty busy. They still got me in quickly. Ive never made an appointment, but they do take them. Theyre always really nice, and their prices are fair.

AMAZING! We had never been here before but had the best service possible. We needed full sets last minute on a Friday, they got us right in. It was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced. I’m so impressed! The pedicure massage is all I care about and that was the best I’ve had too. They gave us tea and the set up for the pedicures was so spa like. Absolutely love this place! I have been coming here for awhile now and won’t go anywhere else. I have always been a pedicure lady and they do an absolutely wonderful job. They even have the gel spa pedis now 😉 My kids and fiancé also love the pedicures. I just recently started to get manicures and they talked me into getting the gel. Well this gel is AMAZING!! It helped me to stop biting my nails so I’m 6 weeks in with getting the gel done just twice, no chips and it has strengthened my nails tremendously. Highly recommend this place and that’s coming from a country girl who gets down and dirty.

I needed a salon closer to my house after just having moved to the area. I came there after having a terrible experience from a salon down the street. They were courteous and fast. It was nice and quiet and welcoming. They did a great job on my nails. They now have a new customer.😊

Very friendly and accommodating staff, clean facility and great service! They had my favorite shade of mood gel polish and after a week, my nails still look great! Most salons will start the polish the farthest away from the cuticles that they can get, thus causing you to have to return for removal and a new gel polish within 1 week. Not the case here! They take the polish as close to the cuticles as they can, so you get your moneys worth! The luxury pedicures are amazing as well!!! I will return and bring some friends with me!

I have been here several times over the years. The location makes me forget they are there, but I keep coming back after (too many to count) bad experiences elsewhere. Tracy is doing my pedicure as I type, she has been thorough, kind, thoughtful and done a beautiful job on the paint so far (shes only on her first coat.) I am making this shop my go to for here on out. Clean, kind, professional and timely. Extra bonus- Ive never had to wait.

Tried this salon for the first time today and it was great! The basic manicure included a hand massage, oil, lotion and a hot towel. $30 for shellac French manicure. The staff was very friendly and did a great job on my nails...probably one of the best manicures Ive had. Definitely would recommend.

I stopped by for the first time after going to the same nail salon for years!! The service is great and my nails look amazing, so do my toes but the reason I came in was for my nails which I care about the most! The location hides off the main road but when you find it it’s worth it!

Walked into this salon on a whim since my visiting niece needed a fill and it was across the parking lot where wed just had lunch. What s great find! The salon was very clean and modern, the staff was warm and welcoming and their service was definitely 5 star! There was a menu and selection sheet for your services and the different options they offered, including complimentary beverages. They easily accommodated the three of us for our fill, shellac manicure, and pedicure. They had many polish colors and the bottles and shellac samples were neatly organized and presented. The price was exactly the same as Ive paid at the dive factory salon I usually go to. I cant wait to come back here.

I have only had great experiences here! I get pedicures regularly and the occasional manicure. I always get great service, even when theyre busy!

Only been here twice but I love the way my nails have looked both times and the prices are really good for the quality and care that you get, you may have to wait a little bit but it’s so worth it. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do.

I came into adora nails not knowing what to expect and now I will never go anywhere else. Everytime they do my nails I love them more and more. They take their time and really pay attention to what you ask for. They make sure all the little details are perfect with not only the design but the shape and smoothness of each nail. I highly recommend them to be your new nail salon for basic or glamorous nails.

Bad experience. I got my toes and nails done, polish only. My finger nails are long and my own. What ever they used started pealing off the next day. Not chipping totally pealing off. I called and spoke to Mia told her this. She said come back and they would fix it. I went in, day 3 and now the toe polish was peeling off. The manager wanted to re-polish just the toe that was peeling with the same polish. I told him no, the rest would just peel. he refused to just re-polish using a different polish...that would last a few weeks. I checked with a gal I know that used to do nails and she said it was because they used gel. I did not want to argue in front of other customers and the little girl that was there. He wanted me to pay more money to make it right. I refused, I felt that they should have just made it right. I had given her a generous tip. I left not wanting to fight and argue and told him this is not good business practice. I tried to stop the payment from my debit card at my bank..but it was already processed. If this is how they treat people.. something is way wrong. I then went to a different shop and the man there could not believe she did not cut and manicure my toes good at all. He did a beautiful job,cut, shaped, pushed cuticles down etc. the proper way. This was a great shop in the plaza by Ace Hardware. I had used the first shop a couple years back and got nail fungus..At that time I had long nails glued on french tips. I tried that time to talk with them about the fungus problem and was treated poorly..it took almost 1 year of me treating the fungus nail until the problem cleared up. My review...poor management, poor customer service. I will be a loyal customer to second place I went to..There is a reason they were booming busy today..and the Adora Nails was not...do not go to them..fair warning. I am a senior on limited retirement income and now have gone out of pocket for over forty dollars just to get a good polish job...other than that I had a good day...I do intend to contact my bank customer service to try to get my money back from the first shop but doubt this will happen. Lesson learned if you have a poor experience and poor customer care once do not go back ...no second chance. Once bad always bad.

The salon was clean. But I went in to get a full set a while back and within the first 3 days one of my nails broke. Cheap quality for a good amount of money. When I went in to get it fixed they charged me money to get it fixed and they didnt even fix it right it was a rush job they charged me for the nail and the design. I was not happy and wont ever go here again.

I like the people here, they are nice, but I got acrylics and they were crooked and had dents and when he was drilling my nails he cut my cuticles and made me bleed on 2 fingers and it was very painful, I got normal polish and there was a hair in one of my nails which I noticed when they were done painting them. Won’t be coming back..
