Angela is a well trained stylist. She was very kind upon greeting me and once I sat down she was excellent as communicating. She asked questions and listened to the details I told her. The service was efficient, clean and of great service. Angela mentioned to me she’s been cutting hair for almost 7 years and it shows. She did an amazing job and I was super impressed as I’m picky with my hair. I am super pleased with my experience and definitely recommend this sport clips and Angela.

One of the worst hair cut you can get after waiting for 2 hours. This center is in deep problem from few months and hired low skilled workers i believe and surely not upto sports clip standard. Struggled for almost 2 weeks to get an appointment and never going to purchase season pass of this center. I would rate 0 if allowed.

Angela gave my son such an amazing haircut. She was super professional and so attentive and kind. She also was very knowledgeable with product and told my son the right way to style his hair. I would definitely go see her if you can.

Had a scheduled time and showed up at the time I was told to be there and my appointment was given to someone else. I had waited an hour and twelve minutes in the parking lot

I’ve been coming here for a while now and have decided to write a review. I love this location. Everyone here is skilled and friendly. My favorite part of the experience is the hot towel and head massage 💆🏼‍♂️. I always walk out refreshed and looking squared away! 😊

Highly recommend to everyone who is searching for a convenient location and great stylists. It’s not easy finding places with good barbers anymore. This location is better then the others my boyfriend has gone too. Clean and professional. Everyone was attentive and everyone i saw leave had a great cut. My boyfriend got his haircut done by the Hispanic gal and she did a detailed job. Made him feel relaxed and nothing rushed. I would give this place a try if you could especially because it’s not far. I live in Mill Creek. My boyfriend will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love this place. I have been going for a few years now. It is always clean and they always have some kind of sports playing on their TVs. I have been seeing Mindy for a while now and I highly recommend her. She is always polite and professional. She does a great job with my hair. Keep up the great work.

Amber did an amazing job cutting my hair! It looks and feels amazing! I wanted to go short, but wasnt exactly sure what I wanted other than to still be able to wear it up in a pony. And she got it perfect. I love it, my husband loves it!

Very pleasant experience today!! Ive not always had the best experience with Sport Clips in the past. Ive had grumpy stylists, mediocre haircuts, rushed me through etc... A lot of the time it just seems like the workers didnt want to be there and were unhappy. This is why I have been paying double what they charge to go somewhere else for the past couple years. Well, my normal stylist had a baby so I begrudgingly went to Sport Clips today for a haircut. The process went smoothly with online check-in, an awesome idea since you cannot make appointment. And then Mindy was great. She made eye contact throughout, pleasant conversation with genuine interest, very happy and courteous the entire time AND I got a great haircut. I dont know about any of the other stylists at this location so I cant speak to them, and I would highly recommend Mindy. Please go see Mindy so she stays at this location so I can get a good haircut from a good stylist.

This was one of the best haircuts I and my little son has had. Krystal is absolutely amazing. I have always like this location the best but now I will always come back and have Krystal cut my hair and my sons. I highly recommend.

MVP haircut experience for a new customer.Angela was quick and friendly. $12 for first time customers (need a coupon).She made me comfortable, gave me a good hair massage, understood what kind of hairstyle I wanted and just did it fine.I might return again 🙂 Online check-in using the mobile app was easy.My only suggestion is to improve the iOS app interface. The app should provide ETA when we can walkin to the store for a haircut!

The issue we have isnt with the quality of the cut, it is with the online sign up and check in once you arrive. Why bother with the online check in when nothing about it will be honored in the store? My husband signed up for a specific person, Erica, and when my husband was on deck, Erica took someone else who was there for the first available. After waiting an additional 15 minutes beyond the time we signed up for, Erica pushed my husband down on the list to wait another 25 MORE minutes. WHY BOTHER WITH THIS? The whole thing is a joke and a complete waste of time. Erica then told us that all of those times dont matter, they take people when they come in. Those times are estimates only. So, she basically told us that the online sign up option is something they dont pay attention to in thos store. Be forewarned, if you sign in online, you dont matter at this Sports Clips, Erica told us that herself.

Ive always enjoyed Sport Clips. I have never left unhappy with my new haircut; always feeling like I look great. This last time was a bit of a prolonged visit. The stylist was good, but took her time a little too much, hence the 4 star, rather than 5 star rating. Over-all, I love this location and this company. I will always take my business here.

This place was neat. They have tvs with sports on all the time. My son is 4 and they did a fantastic job with his haircut. They even wash your hair after the cut which is awesome. Highly recommend!

Mindy is who I trust for a good haircut. She is always happy and polite as well.

I clearly got not just a new employee, but also somebody fresh out of hair school. She was tediously slow. I had 40 minutes to give for a simple haircut and their extras. I tried my best to be patient, however 35 minutes in, I had to stop the procedure and get going. No time for hot towels, scalp massage or shampoo by then. Low rent environment. This business location wont survive long.

I got my hair done by Brenna, she did a fantastic job. She is so nice, and really listens to what you want done. She helped me chiose some great products for my hair, especially for a guy who knows nothing about that stuff lol She does the best scalp massage of anybody working there. I highly recommend her.

This sports clips is the best one to go to the haircuts are very nice and mine to lol. But this place was great you are never board there is a tv with sports on it wherever you look. Loved it.

Some hairdressers are better than others, learn which one(s) you like and stick to them. Love the head massage/hot towel.

New addition to this little shopping area. Its a great Sport Clips if you like Sport Clips. Definitely my preference over Great Clips or Superclips.

Much better quality cuts and consistency in the staff than the other chains. Prices are a bit steep. I like that I get a shampoo after-really help get rid of all the itchy little hairs.

Great haircut!

Waited 20 minutes patiently for the wait time then waited another 15 minutes while being on deck to get my haircut. I had no specific person to cut my hair just the next available person. As I was waiting the lady took someone who came in 10 minutes after me. Im beyond upset and I wont be wasting my time going to sports clips again.

I think I have had my haircut by every stylist here at this point and they are all Great! I finally found my go to place where I am certain to get a good haircut every time.

The girl that cut my hair was not just friendly but carried on a lovely convo aboubrye differences between the PNW (her hometown) and the Midwest (my home).

Son asked for a trim got a butch cut, good thing I have a hat he can wear. The art of listening is dead.

Love this place, they always do a great job ..other places were hit or miss...been here 3 times now and all 3 were great. Friendly staff, clean place, games on TV...so glad they opened here close to my house.

While there are not many options in this area, this place works in a pinch. It is not the same quality as a true barbershop and surprisingly it costs more than the real barbershops. No wonder nearly everyone that came in was using coupons. Hmm why do coupons exist?
