We are all at the mercy of our auto repair mechanic, and all we can ask for is trust in said mechanic and shop. Thats what I found at BJs Automotive. An honest shop. If you have a problem with your auto and youre not sure where to go, go there. All charges are authorized before they are started. You will pay the going rate for all services, but you can rest assured those services are necessary to keep your vehicle on the road. What else are you gonna do? Buy another car? I think not.

Not only they charged way more than other shops around to look at the car, their estimate was not itemized and it looks like they tried to overcharge me - took the car to another place and got it all done for less than half of what their estimate was.Then got multiple calls and texts from BJ’s asking if I’m satisfied with THEIR work, which was never done, do you not look at your records before sending the texts? Still getting them occasionally. Unprofessional.Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I Love Bjs Automotive! Sarah at the front counter made me feel comfortable, and made sure I understood what was being done to my car. Pricing was lower than dealership, and quality work. I drive a vw gti, so affordable pricing and quality work is a must, I will only take my car to Bjs now.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining everything to me. The services were completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I will definitely take my car here again for any maintenance or repairs.

Boh offers free 108 point vehicle inspection, reasonably priced synthetic oil changes and affordable financing for larger/ more costly repairs. They also offer 2 year warranty on the work they do on your car😁I highly recommend!

The storefront is small and easy to miss, but like all good things, once it’s found there is no other establishment superior to the customer service, price and work quality.
