So I was recommended to go to this location from a good friend and let me tell you this guy really knows what hes doing i have been to multiple shops and this was the first time I watched someone actually get the work I asked for spot on. He installed a muffler and custom fabricated my single exhaust in to a dual one on my 2004 f150. I have had other shops do this before and take days and still had to fix things that where wrong. Not only did he get it perfect on the first try he did it in only 2 hours. Owner was nice and answered any questions and actually got to chat with him during the whole process.

Been going to Jerry for years. He does good, honest work for a fair price. His dog, Bella, is pretty cool too and its a wonder that he doesnt charge extra to meet her. Whether you want an exhaust built or you need a tune up, a new clutch, or any other automotive repair, he will do it, and he will do it well. You wont regret checkin him out.

Jerry was professional and very kind. My catalytic converter was stolen the day before I was scheduled to leave on a trip. I needed my car fixed and ready to drive across country when I returned. It has never ran better. Whatever he did gave me 10 mpg more than I had been getting. AWESOME JOB!

I had my catalytic converter replaced here about 6 months ago, he didn’t call me to approve the extra $50 change he had to make so I was practically forced to replaced. About 1 month later my car began throwing a p0420 code so I replaced the oxygen sensor. Now I’m 5 months from that and now my car is throwing the same code and it has been verified that the car has multiple leaks at the weld and the mechanic could have possibly not even replaced the catalytic converter. Don’t go here. He’s a sheisty mechanic.

Had a muffler/tail pipe fall apart and fall Jerry’s mufflers. Jerry was spot on and honest. Work was timely and extremely professional and friendly. Prices were fair and up front. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs work done.

I brought my 1998 volkswagen gti to him, and asked for my headers to be put on, delete the cat, and put a new tip on the end of my muffler. he did amazing work, for a great price, and my car sounds great. he was able to re position the piping so it wouldnt rattle on my frame (im lowered) with out me even asking. cool guy, good work, and good price. 11/10 recommend this shop to anyone

Took our Rover to see Jerry after the catalytic converter got plugged up. It was a tedious job putting a new one in, but he got it up and running like a champ! Price was VERY reasonable and hes a great dude on top of that. Great work and fantastic customer service!

I seriously wonder if they know what there doing. On a Ford Econoline van the muffler is huge over 2 feet long. Job was to put new muffler tailpipe on. They cut the old pipes out that were Factory three inch. They reduced down in pipe size. And installed a 18 muffler. That only lasted 7 months before it blew up. It did not rest out. It blew up from too much pressure. They say this is not there fault ?Maybe they didnt have the right Muffler in stock so they put on a smaller one on?Either way they do not stand behind there work. Went to a new muffler shop had to pay for another Muffler tailpipe.

I would like to personally thank Jerry for being honest and helping me pass my emissions test on my old Honda. I was quoted way to high to have my whole exhaust system replaced but Jerry diagnosised my car and all it was my exhaust pipe was cracked. He replaced it and I was done under 10 minutes. Thanks again I would recommend him to anyone in the Everett area.

I just relocated to Everett a couple of weeks ago, and my car was making a noise and not knowing a auto shop here I went on line and found Jerrys muffler & auto Repair. Not sure what the other guys are talking about, I was quoted a price to replace my muffler on a 99 protege, I showed up with a custom muffler and it needed more welding and work to make it fit. He took it in and stayed with the original quote, fixed it and sent me on my way happy as a clam. Thank you jerry!

When I got there, some guy saw me an walked back inside. I thought that was a bit strange. So i walked inside anyway, i said i wanted an estimant, while holding a box. The guy cuts me off an says he doesnt fix my problems. Why be so rude to a customer with money? It was a bad vibe right off the bat, the guy didnt want to talk really or anything. I just dont understand why disrespect a customer. Not a good experience.

Called to get a muffler welded(I have on hand) he said I cant do it I gotta make money. $50 bucks for two quick welds is not bad. Id much rather pay someone else 75 bucks then take it to your shop anyways

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! After replacing my muffler, it rattled. I tried to have him look at it 3 times, but each time he told me to go away. On the third try, he yelled at me, held my car door open to yell some more, and flipped me off as I tried to drive away. He was violent, I was scared. I will happily pay a professional to fix his hack job.

Jerry has come through yet again, NOW he does motorcycle mufflers as well..I brought my 2014 Kawasaki ninja 1000 and he removed my cat and installed the Y pipe in its place.

This guy is a liar and nothing but lazy. He tried to lie to me by telling me that my axels were broken when they werent. Just because im 17 dosent mean i dont know about cars. Then he got angry with me because my cars muffler wasnt the stock one and said to me he couldnt do miracles. He didnt do the job the right way i wanted and i still payed him and he dosent do refunds. Stay away from this guy, hes a fraud.

I called ahead, to see if he had a slot open to have my 99 imprezas stock exhaust to have a new muffler welded on.needless to say, he said go ahead and stop by. So i did.And once i arrived, i instantly got a bad attitude when i suggested that i have the muffler and all the piping i just needed one weld to connect the muffler to the midpipe. He promptly told me to pack my stuff up and leave, and that he dosnt work with old or used stuff, only new piping.I asked him why he calls himself an exhaust shop if he wont simply use his welder to weld one piece on and earn 60$ (Which is outrageous for a weld, but i did not have a welder nor the knowledge to do it myself, otherwise i would have.)Heed my warning, he dosnt seem profession at all, general attitude, and lack of experience owning a business and general rude behavour drives me away from this place.Rather, go to buckys in north everett, they did it for 50 bucks no questions asked, and got me in and out in a hour same day.
