Car Hop Sent us here to have the transmission repaired on a lemon they sold me for my daughter. The guy at the counter is extremely rude and said he didnt want to hear what my mechanic said or see the paper of what my mechanic said was wrong with the car. He told me he had been doing this for over 30 years and didnt need someone elses input he could figure it out. He was coughing and not wearing a mask, inside the office was filthy as well as the shop and the outside where a homeless person had used their parking lot as a toilet made this even worse. The parking is very minimal and the place stinks. I personally wont ever be back to this business.
Jeff and Levi have always had our trust and do good work. We have brought over 10 different vehicles to Everett Auto Clinic in the past 12 years and never had a problem with a repair or felt the bill was excessive. I have recommended my friends and family to do business there. Being in business myself, I know that there are about 10% of the customers are going to complain about something, or any amount charged is too much. You can disregard the negative reviews here, you can see they were way out of bounds with the reviews. A car is a piece of machinery with many moving parts. I found that with some maintenance, ( money spent before you break it) works the best. They do their best to diagnose the problems and most of the time they are right. It is impossible to be perfect on a car or truck all the time. Dont even hesitate to call them.
Jeff at Everett Auto Clinic is a great guy. He helped me get into the car I wanted. He gave me a very fair downpayment cost as well as fair monthly payments. The car runs and looks great. He offered free diagnostics for 6 monthes! Very nice and understanding. The process was very quick and easy.
Jeff and Levi are both extremely professional. Just bought a car and couldnt ask for an easier transaction. Highly recommended
Jeff and Levi do great work. I really appreciate their diagnostic skills. Their ability to diagnose beyond what the computer says helped find solutions within our budget to get us safely back on the road.
The guys were really nice, and it was fair price. I have a car hop car ended up needing at least my calipers replaced, where is another shop was telling me that I needed my whole brake system in the back replace $2,000 pirate with diamond only cost me four hundred cuz CarHop paid for the parts. I had to go back to get my car seats the guy was very helpful and carried them to my temporary car. They said it would be done Tuesday and it was, happy to have my breaks working, thank you.
Great service and affordable pricing. I would recommend Everett Auto Clinic to anyone that wants an honest mechanic here in Everett.
Dropped off my car today. Levi helped me out. He made sure I understood the possibilities of the issue. Explained it well and took good care of it. Hoping to get back on the road soon.
Owner was belligerent and swearing out a driver stopped for an emergency. Completely unprofessional. I support local businesses in the community would never use this business based on the owner’s response to a fellow human. Total lack of awareness and compassion!
Jeff was very unprofessional, I called about my car repair and he hung up in my face multiple times and told me I was wasting his time because I had multiple questions for him. I asked to speak to someone else and he hung up again. Do not recommend anyone use their services.
1st time here. Knowledgeable staff. May visit again. Brought our truck here. They do good work 👏
Jeff was able to get my car in the shop to have a few things looked at that same day.Levi was super helpful and checked everything that I had concerns about with my car! He made sure everything was in tip top shape! He also answered all of my ridiculous questions! Will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the great service guys!
Im impressed with their service and honesty. Thanks Jeff.Lisa Micheletti
After reading these reviews it had me a bit scared that AAA was referring me here, truck died while at a gas station, figured the fuel pump went out, had it towed to Everett auto clinic and it was diagnosed and done same day! Great service, great pricing and no BS like in these reviews. Thanks again guys!
Have bought a few vehicles and one has had issues but even months later are still doing the work to fix it up for me, happy with the service.
Great experience. Not only did they do work on my previous vehicle but while I was fixing it up I actually found my next vehicle there and purchased it. Had it for 6 months now and I am very happy with my car. Thanks guys!
I have used Everett Auto Clinic exclusively for the last few years as I needed auto repairs. Today like always they did quality work, for a fair price and complete the work much quicker than expected. Great people!
They did a great job fixing my van. Will go back
We bought our 2000 Chrysler from these guys at an amazing price, and they were more than helpful with fixing anything that was wrong with it. When we picked our kids up from school the day we bought it, they had to screw a piece of the seatbelt back in, and did it easy for no cost, as well as changing our brake lights for free. These guys have given us excellent service all around, from the car sales side to the mechanic side, and I will absolutely recommend this business to anybody looking for either a vehicle or repair.
I found myself in an extremely unfortunate situation where my car broke down in the middle of moving. The wheel bearing went out and took a bunch of suspension parts with it. They had a cost break down with a great option for a non interest payment plan within two hours and even gave me a ride to the bus station! Only took them two days, which is impressive considering how hard parts are to find for my car. A terrific experience, and they made the whole process incredibly easy for me!
Levi (the mechanic) was great during the initial repair, and when the repair failed a few days later was more than willing to help, The owner on the other hand was not so kind. When a Tweaker steals 500+ dollars in property or posessions from you its grand theft and they become a felon, when a shady auto shop owner does it, its business.
What an awesome experience I had with these great people buying my Ford Escape today. Levi and Jeff are the two I dealt with, and they are great wholesome people. The price and performance of my vehicle is beyond expectations, these men are masters of their craft. I would highly recommend them to darn near anyone.
Great service, fair prices.
Expensive, but good service. I give it 4 stars instead of 5, because while consummate professionals, the staff really tries to upsell you on say, new tires. However if youre in need of a patch job or other things, they really are a decent choice.
Best shop around 10/10 would recommend to my family members and friends its a small local shop that will help you fix your car for a decent price Levi helped out with my Chevy van the other day got it back run in no time If you need an honest hard-working shop to work on your car I would highly recommend this shop
They did great work and delivered as promised.
This place sells almost broken cars and ripped off my fiance who bought an SUV. Told him they would help with the repairs and then didnt even after it was written and signed by a manager at checkout. Dont buy a car from this company. Full of fraud in my opinion. Id give no stars if i could.
I bought my car from car hop and this is one of two places in everett that is approved for service. They were as quick as car hop would allow and went to bat for me with car hop when they tried denying coverage of parts for my transmission. Would easily go back for other problems!
Ive been coming to this place since 1998. Jeff has always been fair & honest with me and over the years has earned my trust & respect. When times were tough he has worked with me financially but most importantly he & his crew are very knowledgeable at what they do. Nobody is perfect but in my 45 years of driving I have been in & out of several auto repair shops because i prefer older cars, older cars break down. This shop tops my lifetime experience as the best.
Felt like I got the run around and made several trips to get my car fixed they didn’t do it even after I paid for the repair. Then when I called BS they gave me another bill for another 700. WTH. Definitely felt because I am a women they could pull the woolOver my eyes. Not happening. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Got it repaired for 1/2 the cost from a business with more integrity. Beware!
The staff was very professional and got us in and out quickly! We bought a vehicle from them and it was in great condition. The paperwork was handled within minutes and we were able to hit the road with no hassles. We would highly recommend them.
I purchased a vehicle there about 2 years ago now. Derek Collver should be in your records. My payments of over $3000 should show on your transaction history. It took over three months to even repair the car to be drivable. Remember me now? VW golf white. The car didnt even last six months. Thanks for nothing but a big chunk out of my money. Youre not welcome.
Treated my family with respect and answer questions honestly and fair prices
Bought a vehicle from here and right away it had unforseen problems, but the shop was quick to check it out and went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe running vehicle. (My last vehicle was from here as well)
The guys at this place are great! I bought a commuter car from them a little while back and the experience was awesome. Ryan was patient and let me test drive as many car as I wanted, knew about each car in detail, and let me know if and what kind of work they did on each car. They rode in the car with me, let me take it to my personal mechanic, and even ended up staying past closing hours on a Friday to finish paperwork so I could drive home with it that day. The kicker for me was that they are an auto shop as well so they said if I have any trouble with the car in the next few months after buying it that they will do the labor for free. Honest, hard working, down to earth guys.
Levi and Jeff were great. Bought an Altima under carfax value and very pleased with it. Customer service was very good. Couldnt be more pleased.
The service I received was excellent and fairly priced. They didnt do any unnecessary work and finished the work when they told me they would.
Great, fast and great service!!!!
We had a transmission go out on our Pontiac Grand Prix, and Jeff and the guys at Everett Auto Clinic did a phenomenal job replacing it at a literally unbeatable price. We can’t thank them enough for their quick service and quality of work!
I recently moved to the area and I needed a new mechanic. I went online and purchased a seemingly great deal for annual auto care service from Autocare Centers of America and Everett Auto Clinic was the shop closest to my my new home. I decided to start them off with a simple oil change which was to be included in the price that I paid for the annual service. When I dropped off the car, Jeff said that if I wanted synthetic oil it would be an extra $25, as I have a diesel engine. Then later he called to say that it would cost me $65 extra for my oil change due to the type of car I had. I said you knew the type of car I had when I made the appointment and again when I drove up, parked it right in front of you, you again asked me what type of car I had. I explained that my normal oil changes cost $65, but I had already paid for a standard oil change, and you said the different oil would be $25, so why is it Im having to pay so much extra? He answered, because thats how much it costs. Jeff laughed at me, cut me off several times while I was talking and treated me like I was some ridiculous girl. He was arrogant and rude. I feel like this shop utilized a marketing scheme to get me in the door just so they could charge me more money. So glad I started off with a simple oil change. Next time I will definitely read the reviews online first, so I dont have to be leaving a bad one instead.
Literally hung up on me, while I was asking them a question...
They charged 300.$ to look at radiator.nothing fixed or repaired or replaced.tried to talk us into a new radiator for over 1000.$ apparently we are not of value as a customer.????
Got a new catalytic converter and oxygen sensors. My van runs much better. I appreciate their communication, and speedy service. Ive been going to Everett Auto Clinic for two years now and havent had a bad experience.
I went here for all my auto repair needs for a couple years. The staff was friendly...but after a while I began to notice that the bills were always greater than what they quoted me, usually around$800-$1000 and they rarely actually fixed the problem and if they did fix it it would break again in less than a year. Now, I do my own tune ups, put in my own spark plugs and whatnot...I noticed that the last time I took it in they changed out my super pricey spark plugs for cheap ones even though I only brought it in for a fuel injector cleaning...Did they take them for themselves? I dont know. All I know was that in January I bought good quality spark plugs and in June when Id given up all hope at finding out what was wrong with my car I discovered that nasty old crappy spark plugs was the culprit the whole time...How did those get in there? No one else but me and Everett Auto ever touched my car. I dont trust them anymore. Im tired of their bills, and I dont like that I cant trust them...So, now I go to Manila Auto in Everett. Its a family owned business and they let you buy and bring in your own parts to save money, and you pay what they quote you no matter what. I have a PT Cruiser that is a pain to change out belts because of the compact engine so I took it there and they quoted me $500 for a few hours...but they had a lot of problems getting to all the belts. It really is hard! It took them 10 hours! I still paid only $500. :-D
I had a Starter problem with my vehicle and had it towed to this shop since it was a AAA rated shop. They replaced the starter and charged me $470. The next day the car wouldnt start again. I had it towed to the shop. Jeff said it must have been a bad starter (he uses remanufactured parts without telling you), and he replaced the starter for the second time (with another remanufactured part apparently). The next day the car wouldnt start again. I again had it towed to the shop and he again blamed it on a bad remanufactured starter. I asked him if there was something else that was making the starters go bad. He likes to use the term rocket science, and brag about how long he has been in business and how much knowledge he had and he said it had to be the starter...this time he stated that he replaced it with a new starter and that it was good to go. So, to recap, three starters in three days. And guess what, on the fourth day, the car wont start. So clearly there is some rocket science that Jeff and his crew are not competent enough to figure out. Save yourself some money, and a lot of aggravation and take your car somewhere else. In that particular neighborhood I recommend ONB, because believe me, I wish I had had my car towed there the first time, I expect it would have been the only tow I needed. Three tows in three days, a lot of money, a lot of hot air from Jeff, and I still have to take it to another shop to get the non rocket science problem fixed. I called Jeff to let him know how shoddy his work was, basically the response was...too bad, take it somewhere else. I plan to do that, and you should too...UPDATE: Well, I had the car towed (again) to a Technet shop here in LA. They diagnosed the car within a half day and determined that the issue was not the starter itself, but the cable, and that this was likely the issue from the outset. The owner of the shop here actually laughed when I told him how many starters Everett Auto Clinic put on the car and the car kept failing. He stated that it was easy to diagnose that the problem was with the cable and not the starter itself, for any competent shop. Technet stated that since Everett Auto Clinic misdiagnosed the issue, and kept needlessly replacing the starter, there was no coverage under their warranty, and that I am liable for the repairs at the shop here in LA. Their warranty coverage is only for the work that is done, i.e., the starter, and that theyre not responsible for the competence (or lack thereof) of the repair shop. So, after almost $500 and four tows, I have to pay another $200 to have the car fixed correctly. Everett Auto Clinic refuses to take any responsibility. You should consider this very carefully BEFORE you decide to take your car here for repair. Jeff sounds very reasonable and professional, but thats all it is: sounds...MORAL OF THE STORY: It wasnt the starters that were FAILING, it was Everett Auto Clinic.
Excellent communication and wonderful car care. They use tons of common sense and tried to save me money every step of the way. They are my go to car mechanic.
Ok, well I didnt read reviews prior to purchasing a car from them. Hope I made the rite choice. I have talked with Jeff, who I believe to be the owner. He has always been polite. It did take a while to wrap the deal up. Some of my paper work got oil spilled on it and had to provide more. The finance company was told I never provided the documents. All and all we are all humans and make mistakes! I am very pleased with my car, I have had no mechanical issues with it, only been couple weeks. I think the business has great potential, it just is in a bad location. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing a auto.
These guys have been my goto stop for all the problems with our 4 cars. They always charge under dealer repair costs. They are quick on the turn around and are pleasant at the counter. I highly recommend them.
Great service, knowledgeable and friendly
Been going to Everett Auto Clinic for years and have never had a bad experience. There is nothing like having a pleasant, knowledgeable mechanic you can trust!
Had a major issue with my vehicle, so bad in fact that it needed a new engine. They referred me to a guy that sells engines and he actually had the lowest price around. Everett auto repair actually towed my vehicle to the shop free of charge. They had the repairs completed in only a few days. They kept me informed with the repairs, and did an excellent job. Thanks Jeff, Tim, and Austin.
Just bought a car a couple weeks ago. Was a bit nervous because I was taking it out of state within a few days. I was nervous because any time you buy a used vehicle it can have issues not because of the guys at Everett auto clinic. They accepted my lower offer than what they were asking. Anyway, it runs like an absolute dream. I didnt get to meet Jeff because he wasnt there. But I called him today to thank him. The guy who did my transaction, Ryan, was phenomenal. I would deal with Everett Auto Clinic again in a second, including repairs in the future.
My car was having trouble and Everett Auto Clinic was able to see me and fix it the same day. Nice staff and quick service.
Love this place. Fair and honest auto repair
Honest mechanics. Straight talk and no extras or surprises tacked on.
Fast and not to expensive, weld I had done was alright and you can do some financing if you require.
Today I had my first experience with Everett Auto Clinic after my car broke down on my way out of town. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable going anywhere for car issues because I feel car professionals think Im an idiot when in reality I have a masters degree and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I know basic things about cars but am no mechanic. I called AAA and this was one of the preferred mechanics so I thought I would give the place a shot. I had already looked in my hood and had seen SOMETHING came loose and that it was overheating but that was the extent of what I knew. I called before I was towed there and let them know what I knew about my car. Austin was so polite and I felt I was taken seriously. When I got to the place, they took care of me super quick, knew who I was when I said my name and were very polite and accomodating. I felt comfortable leaving my car because I was being treated with respect. They called me not too long after and told me what it was I saw that came loose and told me how much it would cost to fix it and take care of the fluids. I found this to be fair. I didnt feel like they tried to up sell me or rip me off or tell me there was something wrong that wasnt. When they called me and let me know it was time to come pick up my car (same day) I ended up coming ten minutes before closing and asked Austin to show me what they had done. He was totally willing, did not complain or grunt just came straight out to my car with me, opened the hood, and showed me what had been replaced. They even helped me get my car out of the lot! Excellent customer service, I trust them to take care of me and my car in the future. I only give it 4 stars because it was a little pricey compared to what I was expecting BUT not unreasonably so and if it holds up it was worth it. Thank you for the excellent service!
Just dropped my Jeep off with no working side brake lights. Jeff seams like he knows what he is doing and I will update with experience soon!
Recently purchased a car from here, said they had fixed a vacuum control module and changed the oil, this was done by super glueing the nipples back onto the vacuum control module wich made it about 260 miles before it broke back off. Been going through the car and just about everything was loose and or fastened improperly. Next is to re do the oil change since the oil filter is leaking heavily. After sing this work I would not personally take a vehicle here for anything unless super glue and duct tape is how you expect a vehicle to get fixed. I give 2 stars because the vehicle I cot is otherwise in decent shape and I paid a fair price, not a steal but it was fair. Just wish I had been told it is only a 40$ part but its 2 weeks out to get one and I could have ordered it right away. Seems shady to me in my opinion
Good place to get your car fixed
Con artists and dishonest business practices...do not buy a vehicle from these people nor get any work done. We paid 11,000.00 for a truck that worked for less than 5 days...and they wanted to charge me to fix the broken vehicle they conned me into buying...I give this place a negative 20 stars... as of 03/31/2018 one day after purchasi g this vehicle its needed 1000.00 worth of brakes. 6 days after purchasing this vehicle its a lawn ornament needing 2331.00 worth if engine work. Jeff is a liar and a cheat and when I called and spoke to him he was a total jerk telling me to never call his shop again . DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM EVERETT AUTO CON..because thats all it is..a ship that lies and steals your hard earned money. -2000 stars isnt negative enough for this disreputable shop and owner...BUYER BEWARE... Check out the yellow pages reviews ..the guys a con artist.
I had a good experience. They seemed reasonably priced and honest compared to others in the area.
We got home thanks to these guys awesome service
Dont go there bad experience. our vehicle ran worse when we got back then when we brought it in
Went in first for an alignment, fast and friendly service from Austin. I called the next week about drivability issues, and Jeff was very friendly and helpful.
Wow. Tried to schedule an oil change with a coupon, next one available was a week out and wouldnt work. Everything else was after that. Got told off for using the coupon, and when I started asking if they had anything outside of using the coupon, they hung up. This was all after waiting on hold for 2 minutes.Yeah, not using these guys. I dont need to be punished for using a coupon.
Bought a tri0ck from them, 2 days later $1000 in brake work. Week later the truck was dead on my driveway. They touted the work they did, but they did it wrong. Then completely blew me off. Stay away, they are incompetent!
Jeff and Kerry helped me and my husband with our maintenance service. Lovely people with good customer service and affordable price.
My wife and I tried to buy a car from them a few weeks ago and had the worst experience with the owner who was condescending, unhelpful and lied. I was told by him that if I secured financing myself that the car would be one price, but if he did the financing it would be $500 more. I secured the financing and brought him the paperwork, to find out that he expected $600 in down payment that was not negotiated or expected and that the car was being sold for $300 more than his listing price. I tried to talk with him and find out the details and he just got angry, condescending and turned and threw out paperwork away and said he wasnt going to sell us the car... luckily there are thousands of places to buy a car and I would recommend any of them over this place
Very good friendly service
They got the problem fixed for a fair price in a good amount of time
Always does a great job when I take my vehicle in for maintenance.
Was not there.
On December 6th 2013 at approximately 11:00am my 1996 Toyota corolla was dead. I got a jump and it still wouldnt start. I then called the Everett Auto Clinic via phone book. I talked to Jeff and he informed me that they had a contract with Dougs towing. I told Jeff I thought it was the starter. He informed me of an approximate of $382.00 for a new starter. Jeff said hed have the car ready by 5oclock. Approximately at 4:45pm Jeff called and said it wasnt the starter. Jeff tod me they checked everything including my battery. Jeff said the recharged the battery and cleaned the terminal. Jeff told me that my battery was only at 60%. He informed me that I had an after market alarm on my car and this is disabling things, so that would cause the car not to start. He said it would be cheaper being that I didnt need a new starter. He said by dismantling the after market alarm this would clear up my problem. The new price was now $324.00. Jeff then said he would have his electrical guy come in on Saturday 12/7/13 to fix this problem. On Saturday 12/7/13 Jeff called at approximately 10:30am and said the car was ready. Jeff was informed that I wanted to pick up the old part. When I arrived Jeff did not have the part. He said there was nothing to give me. Jeff said it was all wiring. I paid and left.On 12/9/13 at 8:00am I went to start the car and it did not start. I called Jeff he told me to have the car towed back to him and they would look at it for free. I was confused by him saying they would only look at it for free. I told Jeff that Id given him all my money two days prior. Jeff was very unprofessional and rude stating the car started when I left. Around 1:00pm I tried to start the car again and it started. I called Jeff and told him the car started again he said bring it in in about 30min and they would look at it and make sure they did everything properly.
Dont ever purchase a car here! I wouldnt even let them repair my car. Sold us a lemon and then offered to fix ON OUR $. I get buyer beware, however, where are the ethics? I would suggest he watch the movie, Matilda.
Yes, thats was a very bad experience with this people. that was my first and last time, I have them work on my car (Chevy Impala), for some electrical issues. they worked on the car for five days, It was estimated with 600 dollars to get my car fixed, but no they end up charging me with 1200. it was very expensive and nothing got fixed. I told them about my car having the same issues and they told me that whatever my car was having it was totally different issue and they tried to charge me again to do another diagnostic. If it was a totally different issue then what did they tried to fix, I end up taking my car to a different shop where they charged me 600 dollars and finally they were able to fix it and they were able to fix it, very quick they only worked on my car for only two days.. please do your self a favor and do whatever it takes but dont take your car to EVERETT AUTO CLINIC, The manager was very rude and no customer skills at all I think his name is JEFFf
Super great service
If i could give a zero right now I would! ! Had my radiator replaced here and had to go back three different times due to issues with still losing radiator fluid. Different excuse of why each time. Start losing fluid heavily again 2 months later and now its my water pump? ? OK, so i have to return because its making a nose like something hitting near the engine. A mechanic friend just looks under without disturbing anything (dont wanna ruin warranty) and said he saw screw missing that holds the pump down (pulley i think he said even showed me with flashlight) and when i mention to the EAC front guy he gets all huffy and says maybe i shouldnt let other mechanic friends monkey around under there cuz my radiator cap was loose and almost lost when i brought it in to get the water pump done! No one had touched my radiator except them!! And if he means reservoir, that was ME filling fluid that kept leaking out!!! First cant get the job done correctly and over, but gets huffy and makes accusations at me? ? Very professional!!!!!!
Today i took my car from them after week of back and forth just to reseal a leaking injector on E320 diesel which is supposed to take ONE HOUR ONLY basically they saying we dont have proper tools first and second they said we did not work on diesel for last ten years so why you guys took my car in and charge me $154 on promise to fix it then you end up saying i cant do it just pay me the diagnose fees .. its an advice dont use them please for your own good .. no manner no professional just collecting money
Very nice people and great service. Jeff is very kind and i felt that my car was in great hands
Just called to get a price and the guy kind of snarked at me and then put me on hold and left me. I sat there for about 10 min then hu....Not a good way to run a business, Lost a potential customer. Just think how many customers are lost with bad customer service.
THE WORST REPAIR CENTER EVER!!!! RIP OFF CENTRAL!!!!CHARGED 0VER $4000 AND DIDNT EVEN FIX THE CAR. THE SO CALLED SPECIALIST THAT WORKS THERE IS A 600LB GUY WHO CANT FIT UNDER THE HOOD OF A CAR AND EVERYTIME THEY CALLED & TOLD US THE CAR WAS READY HE WAS SITTING AROUND EATING AND THE CAR STILL WAS NOT READY AND WHEN WE FINALLY GOT IT BACK 3 WEEKS LATER IT BROKE DOWN 5 BLOCKS AWAY BECAUSE THE FORGOT TO RECONNECT A HOSE . DO NOT EVER TAKE A YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!!!! SAVE YOUR $$$ AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..
Great People and Great Service
Sorta expensive . Not coming back
Diagnosed coolant leak and changed heater hose assembly the same day.
They said they corrected a problem in my 08 Saturn aura but there is still knocks and rattling in the front wheels.
Great people and work
Im not even going to call this a business, its just a shady operation.
Love the people there
Good people.
Kerry is the best!
Warning! Do not take your car to them!
Love
