One of the worst customers service I have ever seen. I used to go to mell tires in Lynn but I lives in Everett and I thought it is closer to my home . But the installation guys was very rude even I spoke to the lady at the desk she said yes he is.But the bad part was I left the key in the car and when the guy finished my work he said to me you didn’t left the key in the car rather blame me you get in the car and took the key in that argument the front desk lady gets in and asked me what happened and I said her the same story but the key was keep on abusing me but lady was calm and she found my car key in his Technitian table but he never accept his mistake even said to me don’t come to our shop anymore the lady spoke to the owner about it
