I bought 4 new tires from this store about a month ago. These guys did an awesome job. I didnt have an appointment and they were busy. I didnt wait long and they got it done in no time. the installer answered my annoying questions and was kind about it. I left impressed and happy. Forgot who it was but thank you! Everyone there seemed equally nice. Not sure if this protocol, but I tipped the installer. I told myself that I needed to write a review...which I dont do often. I forgot until today.This morning I got a flat and was coincidentally a mile away. Pulled right in and was told about an hour and a half wait. Not ten minutes goes by and they got me in. Again, tech (I remembered to notice installers name. Thank you Nicolas!) answered all my dumb questions and helped troubleshoot a computer glitch that he found out about. Found the nail, fixed tire and they (other tech - I didnt notice name, but thank you too!) reprogramed sensors. less than hour total. cost me zero.This is why Ill keep coming back! Ive had an equally pleasant experience at all 4 of the different Discount tires Ive been to! Thank you everyone!

Wow these guys rock!! I brought my car to get a set of new tires on Sat morning and they killed it! I was in and out in 15 minutes!! I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their service from the desk to the shop. Also they had the best price on tires from several places Id called. Well organized with quick check in and good customer service. Its better to have an appointment. But I had a nail in my tire and needed a quick tire repair. They got me in and out very quickly at no charge, even though I did not have an appointment. I consider that great service.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Thought we had a flat, did a quick consult after I made an appointment coming here, and in that consult determined no flat so we just checked our tires air pressure for freee! Thanks guys!

These guys are really great. They checked my tires and found out my tires were unsafe. I did have to buy two brand new tires BUT, they waved some fees and gave me a two for one deal. The humanity here really was unmatched compared to some other tire places. Highly recommended by yours truly.

So, my review will be weird, because I went there to get the used tires for my yard. I had a great experience, picking out tires that I wanted for my yard project. I spray painted them and I really enjoy how they look. Customer service was great with my oddball request.

Davin was a lot of help finding me some tires for my new wheels. He kept me updated on the situation of my order since I needed a special tire size and were hard to find. I cant remember who installed the tires on the wheels but he was also awesome. Ive been to other shops where they arent careful and they end up scratching your wheels. He was very careful with the wheels. Not a scratch on them, and the tires look amazing. Ill definitely being buying tires from these guys again. Thank you very much.

I was super nervous about having my new set of wheels that cost 5000$ mounted and balanced especially with the fat tires with low profile on a large 20 wheel. Well I had absolutely nothing to worry about these guys took care of my wheels like they where little babies. I will absolutely be having these guys mount all my tires.

Needed some custom size wheels ordered up for a hot rod project I was working on and Jason the manager took care of me and kept me in the loop with everything. When the wheels came in the were perfect and at that time I ordered tires for another project. Again Jason went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. When the new tires came in the got me into a time slot that worked for me and got me in and out. The whole crew here is on point and professional. Definitely be buying tires for more upcoming projects.

I hate leaving bad reviews. But I honestly believe you and your crew tried to con my fiancé out of money. She bought brand new tires from a Michelin dealer out of state. She hit a man hole cover and it destroyed her two tires. They were four months old 6k miles. You only can pro rate her 53% on new tires?? Glad to know tires only last 12k miles these days..

Yo I appreciate being trapped in my car after I had mentioned multiple times the reason I brought my dogs with me so was that I could walk them. They didn’t say anything when they came out, just started securing my car. Had to roll down my window and ask the guy if I could get out so I can go walk them. He said “you can stay in if you want.” Then walked away. So thanks for trapping me in my car after I told you multiple times I wasn’t going to wait here. Maybe next time before you start working on the car, talk to the person inside of it????

I will never go to Discount again and I will personally do my part in keeping other people from using them. If the manager Jason reads this he will know exactly who I am. I will try to keep this as short as possible. I’ve been buying tires from DT for over 25 years, and one simple task I ask them to do every time I go in for a simple rotation is to clean off the old balancing strip adhesive prior to placing the new strip on. Apparently that task must be the most difficult things to do there, when I’m spending close to $2000 for wheels and tires the last thing I want to look at is dirty tape residue. On two different occasions they attempted to clean off the residue only to scratch one set of rims and buff the paint off the rims (all four, you think you’d stop after the first one) down to bare aluminum and in both occasions DT replaced all four rims, but only after sending two complaints to the corporate office. I bought a new vehicle recently and I’m looking for new tires and rims but will not go to DT, I highly recommend contacting their corporate office, I’ve found this to be true with all businesses I deal with.

They talked to me and my mom like we werent intelligent enough to understand their macho talk. Also I got 4 new tires not very long ago and they never mentioned that they. Dont also do balancing or alignment so my front tires were rubbed bald about 3 times faster than they should have so hence why I had to go back and get new ones. But they brushed off my concern about my previous experience faster than i could say it. Pretty rude in my eyes. We also got charged $100 over their actual final price. They did correct the mistake later but thats not a few dollars thats alot to be over charging someone whos probably already struggling tough as it is.

She then walked past me and handed my boyfriend our change instead of me, she actually walked out of the store past me and walked all the way out to the parking lot to give him the change and receipt!!! Good prices, great customer service, only lacking was when I was dealing with a balancing issue with large tires, didn’t seem like they were able to resolve my problem kept blaming it on the vehicle, the wheels which were only a year old, other issue was wheel lug but studs had binding issues they didn’t go on easily or come off easily Indicating thread damage or thread wear from unknown cause. Had to change them out. which took time out of my busy schedule to replace them, they however did compensate me for it.

Terrible customer service. Prices are slightly cheaper than Les Schwab but with Les Schwab you only pay for the mount and balance 1 time. Discount charges almost $100 every time. I will not buy from Discount again.

Well as far as I know they did a good job, I was quoted an hr of time and my car was done in 15 mins. Had a tire rotation and balancing. The first time of doing so. Is 32.94 with tax, then I think they charge more, or they charge a certain amount per tire, something like that. I was in and out within 30 mins.

I couldnt have been more impressed. I was in and out in 25 minutes. One person removed a screw from one if my tires and fixed that tire. The other person balanced my tires, rotated them and added air. All I can say is wow!!!!

We had a frustrating situation that turned into a nightmare. We have a 4 wheel drive and had a screw in the outter row of tread next to the sidewall. Les Schwab says no way and tried to sell a set of 4 studs for $1200! Not something we can afford right now. Went to discount tire and through some creative thinking on the sales persons side, swapped 1 with the warranty replacement and the other 3 were discounted based on the wear of the tires. What we had was discontinued and with a 4 wheel drive, you really should replace all 4, especially with the newer vehicles. $660 and half an hour later, we were on our way again. Thank you so much for all the creativity and trying to work within a budget.

I purchased tires here for my KIA Sportage and I return here for all the servicing to keep them performing at their best. The staff here are very nice and everyone will greet you with a Hello. The service was quick, clean and they explained that was done. They also ask Do you have any other questions? I really like their email service reminders.

As a long time customer of this place Im so disappointed. Apparently unless you buy something otherwise you will be ignored. My type air pressure came on, stopped by hopefully to get my air check, a few employees just walked by and looked at me without acknowledging that I was there at all. Waited for 10 minutes nobody ever said hello, went over to Les Schwab got my air almost immediately.

Entering the building is COVID19 safe, my experience was quick and easy, they checked me in and had me pull in the bay, once I was in they did a quick tire change and it was done within 10 minutes . Awesome. Excellent service hands down! They deliver what they promise. No hidden costs. They tell you a hour you car will be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Some observations I have noticed. I have had two tires now get screws in them. They repaired them free of charge. They only have about 3 different tires manufactures to choose from. Thats ok I love michellen tires. I believe you could order other tires but again I am a michellen fan. Due to covid they are taking appointments only.:( I made a appointment to get a tire fixed had to wait a few days but they fixed it free of charge!!! Normally you just drive in and a hour later your all set!!! Nothing bad to say about them. Great place for cheap and good tires!!!

We placed an online order for tires on a Monday with an appointment on Wednesday to install. When I arrived, they only had two of the four tires in stock. They substituted tires that were twice as good and twice as expensive for the same cost. That is great customer service folks!

I have done business at this store for years, was satisfied until this morning. 45 minutes and my car has not been started on 1 tire- to check what was causing it to be deflated fast. I was not warned it would be long. Told the guy at counter I will just come back, He was not even curious why I was leaving. Will look for another tire store who will not waste my time. Changing my review because they were unable to detect the leak our tire had, sent us on our way. 2 weeks of us filling it with air daily till we went to Alonzos tires in sultan. They found the leak immediately and plugged it. Only charged us 20 bucks. Sorry guys, you are no longer our go to.

So I went, but the 3 hour wait was not worth it to me. In fairness Discount tire does a booming business and they are very popular, I went elsewhere because of the wait. I have purchased perfectly fine tires from them in the past. I did not want to hang out in the waiting room for 3 hours. My time is more valuable then the savings.

As many locals know. The first week of February has been hit with snow and ice. Which leads to a mass of people suddenly realizing that their tires are due to be replaced. I indeed found myself to be part of this crowd. Not shockingly, Discount Tires was flocked with a winter panic frenzy. All the chairs taken, a long line and what clearly meant a long wait. However, as busy as it was the staff seemed calm and collected. (Working customer service something I admire seeing) they helped handle everyones concerns and did so in a timely manner. However, catering to the individuals. While everyone on the staff team seemed to be doing a wonderful job handling the mob. I would like to say a shout-out to Jason, who helped me twice and did a great job on understanding what I was looking for and could afford without making me feel self conscious about my requirements (aka cheap). I have been a customer of discount tires in many states and they have always been wonderful. This was by far the best experience Ive had though. Thank you very much for your help and amazing attitude. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Staff is very helpful. Theyll top off and rotate and balance your wheels free of charge although you may wait awhile. Cant beat their price.

Great luck with tires and service there. Only issue is the prices have crept up but they’ve been willing to match Costco. Last time they dropped the price for a set of tires about $200 to match Costco. I’ve had problems with Costco though. Costco Tires Dept are super slow in general and the family has had installation problems requiring return trips. Maybe you get what you pay for?
