Great RV service - for your engine, steering, chassis and generator, that is. Usually quick, too, depending on the time of year. Recommended!
Took my 2019 Winnebago Outlook Class C there for an oil change, alignment, and top off the propane. the work was done on time, and for less than I expected. its so hard to find a place that will work on the chassis section of a motor home, to find these guys who are professional and reasonably priced... Ill keep coming back to them as long as I have the need.
I called Chucks about diesel in my fuel tank and they quoted me a price over the phone. However when they completed the work it was actually UNDER budget! I appreciated that so much I had them perform additional work for me as well. The service was amazing! I will definitely use Chucks again and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys! Dennis and his crew took such good care of my whole family! We were visiting from Michigan when our RV broke. They worked tirelessly to find what the problem was. We were all stumped for a bit but Dennis never quit. He took so much time out of his own day to run so many tests and trial and trial and errors until he got to the bottom of our problem. He was even so generous as to let us stay in our rv in his fenced in shop area so we didn’t have to pay for a motel while he worked on our rv. He waived several of the fees and costs until he was able to pinpoint and fix our problem. He knew we were in a bind and could have easily taken advantage of our situation but instead he was extremely empathetic to us and took extremely good care of us. I cannot say enough good about this place. I’m thankful that God put Dennis in our path. True integrity through and through! Thank you so much to the whole crew at Chuck’s!!!
Used to work here and have been a customer since. Get my propane filled and RV serviced. Great owners
So originally I wasnt happy with this place because they had my motorhome for a month I stead of the week it was supposed to be and also they wanted $100 more than they originally quoted me to fix it but when I came in to pick up my motorhome I voiced my disappointment about this whole experience and they made things better by taking off the extra $100 and then gave me an additional $100 or so discount. I was kinda dissatisfied at first but Bucky made things right. I would happily recommend this place for repairs.
My family and I have been going here for years. Honest and affordable. They had the opportunity to charge for services we didnt need (simple disconnected wire, bad gas tank cap, etc) and never did. Always satisfied with the prices, work, and service. Bonus, you can pick up your car from their safe, fenced area even later in the evening, just pay, and get your keys from the cashier at the mini mart attached. Five stars!
I needed someplace that could purge and fill brand new propane tanks. I didnt realize how hard that was to find, especially at 8pm at night. The lady that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I was on my way in no time. Thanks for the great service, Chucks Chevron!
Cheapest propane around! Great service, too: I walked in without an appointment with a busted headlight and they had it fixed and me on my way in about five minutes! Im new to the area and so glad to find a nice, reliable, affordable local mechanic.
I meant to thank the mechanics who worked on our car for our oil change. They did amazing work and they even rotated our tires and checked to make sure of no holes. They do have the best prices around. I love that this is a family owned store. If your in need of a mechanic defintley go to chucks. (:
The work that was done was beyond expectations, in a good way! The price was more than fair! And most importantly the customer service was FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! Will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. I will continue to come here for auto service!
Great service and fair prices!!
All the mechanics and staff here are so great! Very helpful, and nice! They all do a great job at explaining every service you need. Ive recommended everyone I know to chucks for years. They are fast, and reliable with great customer service.
Nightmare experience. These guys made me wait 2.5 hours just to tell me they cleaned my airflow sensor and charged me $100+ bucks for this job I could have done myself. Ontop of that, they were bad at communicating the issue to me as the clerk did not speak clearly and was trying to dristract me from watching what the mechanics were doing. They then tried to quote me for about $600 on a muffler change, no official quote prepared. A quick Google search states the part was only $300 bucks...
Excellent RV service. Chuck’s crew has serviced my RV for three years now. They have always been friendly, professional, and highly competent. I always ask for a call with the estimated price, and they always call back with a fair number. All work has been performed properly and completed on time, except when they found other problems. Their mechanics know what they are doing and have always worked with me to design the best repair. Very highly recommended. PS, I am a former mechanic myself.
Wouldnt take my car anywhere else unless absolutely necessary. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and . . . honest! I cant think of anything more important when doing business with a mechanic.Ive been going to Chucks for over 15 years, and until I get a car that never has problems, I will always be ready to find a seat in their waiting area -- and happily drink their coffee as I read a good book. (For caffeine-free, mechanically disinclined customers who dont read much, they will give you a ride home and pick you up when your car has been serviced.) What more can you ask?[This is an unpaid, completely voluntary, spontaneous commercial.)
Broke my key to my Cadillac lied about it ( In the Ignition didnt figure it out till I got home and only half the key came out), now to my RV they tried to charge me a $100 to wipe off corrosion on the top of my battery terminals 5 seconds I took care of it(told me I need new cables yet they were brand new), Tire got a nail in it in their parking lot charge me to repair it then tire blew out on a road trip in the middle of nowhere, $650 to put a Brake controller on my RV then blew out my break switch and try to say it was faulty work just fine on the way there, Charge me $600 to run a power wire from the battery to the back said it was very complicated. They hire a bunch of young kids that dont know what the hell they are doing, lie about things that they break or they dont know about yet charged to customer for any fault of their own, do not double check their work, simple to say given them so many chances spent so much money yet impossible to go back to this place again.
Great guys I had a very hard to find leak in my AC and had to take it back 2 extra time and they didnt charge extra because it was a defective hose they replace originally. THEY GUARANTY THEIR WORK.
I work at Chucks and I would have to say this is an awesome place to work and the crew is just awesome. Its like family!
Just want to thank the hard work that Dennis did for me today and let all of you know that if you want a better, honest, more reliable mechanic to work on your car or truck, this is the place to go. Very friendly front desk as well. If i could give them more than a five star rating I would!!!
I had a noise coming out of my car due to a dent on the rear wheel. While many mechanics didnt bother to even see whats wrong, the people here agreed to take a quick look and fixed it in 5 mins. Definitely a trustworthy mechanic.
Good ol chevron fuel!
We sent a family member in distress here. They fit her in on very short notice. They did an outstanding job on her car and even noted a few things that needed to be addressed. I cannot express how thankful I am for Susan getting her right in.On a side note, Im tired of hearing people complain about pricing. It is what it is. You try paying the rent and taxes. Mechanics have to spend countless hours staying up to date on the latest cars and buy very expensive tools to do the job. These guys have the tools and the training. The prices are in line for the services they perform.
Not very helpful seemed like I was bothering them by asking prices.
Have been coming here for close to 20 years, they ate always helpful and friendly. They remodeled recently and it loss talky nice. This place is family owned. Best part they fill propane and save me lots of money by not having to exchange bottles.
Overall, the BEST and most RELIABLE service center in the area. Experienced and certified too!
I had a pre-buyers test done there before purchasing a used car. Dennis was great. He talked to me after the test and let me know what the car may need in the future (only a few minor things). Susan called afterwards when she discovered the door clicker didn’t work, which I already knew. I appreciated her taking the time even though it wasn’t part of the original test. I would definitely get work done here if I lived in the area.
I have used their services for over 25 years, and family members for many years before that. They do good work and are prompt in getting it done. I have found them to be fair in pricing
The mechanics do good work and strive to make sure its done right. Very friendly service.
We did not have a good experience here. Brought in vehicle for oil change and generator service beginning of September. We are on an educational tour, going to a new city every 2-3 days, and did not have time to wait for them to order the particular part they said we needed. They had taken our generator apart, failed to put it back properly, and did not include several of our parts. Not only did they not tell us they were still holding on to our parts when we found out three weeks later (emails and calls initially went unanswered), when asked why no call was made to tell us they had the missing items, the answer - our tech was just waiting for you guys to come back and get it.OK, we get it, mistakes happen... but lack of action and urgency to do right on their part was questionable. I requested they mail our missing parts to another shop by a specific date, assuming they would overnight the parts to get them there as fast as possible. He agreed to have it there by that date (10/3).Our missing parts did not get there until 3 days after the promised date. Not only was our vehicle stuck in the shop for a whole weekend, we had to rent a car so we would not have to cancel a tour stop.We were extremely disappointed. This shop ultimately cost us a LOT of time and money from their lack of diligence.
Quick service from knowledgable technicians at a decent price for the quality of parts that are used, and amazingly enough still owned by the same family who began the business way back in the day. I would highly recommend Chucks to all of my family and friends and finally have found a mechanic who wont just tell you somethings wrong with my car just to make an extra buck, I will defiantly always be bringing my cars here, thanks for all your hard work and dedication to your customers guys!!!
Watched them work for a whole day on the company vehicle and they did a good job. So, I make an appointment for my personal vehicle. Was very satisfied with their work and their price. Would go there again.
These folks are very helpful and professional. I had problems with my propane tanks, and it was suggested that I take them to Chicks. The folks there kept the tanks over night, fixed the problem and refilled them. Cant thank them enough.
Pulled in with a flat tire and they helped us take it off and tried to repair, when the tire couldnt be fixed, they put the spare on and we were on our way. Clean waiting area, nice staff.
Brought my SUV in which was having some basic electrical issues. Called Friday night, made an appt for the following day. They had the the problem fixed by 5pm. All said, it cost me $73. Other places gave me a quote of $100 just to diagnose the problem, and were all closed on the weekend. Prompt, professional service, and after-hours pickup (anytime before 10pm) earns Chucks excellent marks in my book. Thanks!
The team gave accurate estimates and performed quality work quickly.
Poor service - took my RV in for an engine and generator oil change and basic service; lights check, tire pressure, fluids...Quoted me $350 and charged $450. Said they aired the tries and when I check they had not. Said they checked the lights and when I got home and checked one back up and three running lights are burn out. I checked the oil filters - they are new.I called to complain and got a hollow apology. The resolution was to have a chat with the mechanic.
My go to for propane....
Nicely Done (as usual)I get my ride serviced here when needed (always faster then I expect, and cheaper wich is cool!)But I popped in for a tune up and scored a crazy low price on propane! and now these guys have microbrews?! NICE!
Completely change price after I got the car in.it was a simple job changing spark plugs and wires, quoted the price on the vehicle brought it in almost doubled the price these people are crooked!! however long they been in business we can see why they dont have very many cars in the shop.. and now one less that will ever be in their shop I will never figure the store again not even for gas!
The right place to get your car, truck or rv tunned for the road. You can even get propane here.
Very conveniently located.... but overpriced. Good service though.
The prices here are very reasonable and I love the employees
Great service get propane filled here all the time
Always go there to get gas everyone is very pleasant!!!!
DONT TRUST HIS PRICES!!Out of date... trying to sell service and better part quality to offset his over priced business. The repair shop at this location is over priced!! The time that was charged to install a part was unreasonable. The time to find/ diagnose the issue was ridiculous. The cost of the part was twice the price; not just one business, 3 businesses were half the cost of his price just for the part. This was not a new part, a remanufactured part. Just to make sure we were comparing apples and apples, he gave me the part number and still less than half that he quoted.I know that WA businesses can charge a percentage above the retail price, but they still have a cost way below retail that gives them that margin to profit off of. He said there is no way that I can find a retail price below his cost... I gave him 3 examples some local some not; all with free shipping or less than 10 for shipping; which still kept the price below half his price. I even offered to buy the exact part # and bring it to him; He said he could trust them... its the exact part # with the same warranty!!I even requested to meet me half way, and he did not budge. The shop manager handled himself very well, polite in everything he said. He ended with I have heard what you have said and will take it into consideration. HAHAHAHAA Well done customer service scripted statements!!
I have been using these guys for years. They get it done right the first time. They may not be the cheapest in town but anyplace with ASE certification and good diagnostic equipment is worth the bit extra to me.
Had a E 150 Ford 1994 in told me was Full pump to change 900USD.Took this to other repair shop found vacuum leak - save me 700USD.Peopel dont care any more sad
Do not trust there priest!!!!! People are not honest!!!!!! Told one pries of $600 i agreed to, when vehicle is ready price was 1200$ !!!!!! Money i didnt have and didnt agree to !!!! No star but i must do 1.
Great place to grab gas and propane
