Nails are not even. I have a couple of fingers that the tip of the nails have dips

I went to get my nails done. I asked for my cuticles to be cut and cleaned up, didnt get, I asked for coffin shaped nails, I got square instead. I asked for sharper edges, I was given round edges. Everytime I mentioned that wasnt what I asked for they replied happy now, no still not what I asked for. They missed a spot with the acrylic, when I pointed it out, they huffed added some to the corner on the tip of nail, and replied, there be happy now. I will not be back. By far the worse service I have ever received.
I love going in and seeing don always good to me never have trouble with my nails
