I have lived here just over a year. The grounds and my unit are greatly maintained. Valet trash service is provided. The community is very quiet. Sheila is phenomenal and very personable. In the time Ive lived here the only maintenance issue I had were blown bulbs and were replaced minutes after I had a brief conversation with Sheila about how much ibwas enjoying the unit. This property is close to shopping and schools. I would suggest this property to anyone looking for spacious accommodations in a quiet area close to everything.

This is NOT a LUXURY apartment. You can hear EVERYTHING from televisions and washing machines to loud voices and bathroom noises.The apartment manager (Sheila) is nice until you question her, then she is awful. Called yelling at me several times, cornered me in the apartment yelling, too, when a utility bill was questioned.Finally, the state of Indiana has a 45-day law regarding the RETURN of apartment deposits. The deposit was NOT returned in accordance with the state law within 45 days.The north side of Evansville does not have many places to live, but if you choose this complex, be ready to hear everything, and be sure to WRITE everything down, keep copies of your Move-In/Move-Out report, and ask for signatures and receipts for ALL payments. Sheilas word is not to be trusted...

Spent 4 and a half years and almost $45,000.00 with them and they still charged me a $470.00 cleaning fee when I left, clearly they dont care about leaving a good impression or about return business. I will never rent from Goebel Reality again.
