Its turned around since the new management

Zero stars if possible all they did was give me the runaround. they processed my application and denied it and keep telling me to call back to have my app fee refunded and no one has ever contacted me. it has been months. Dont rent here and dont apply here they will TAKE YOUR MONEY (review subject to change if someone gets ahold of me)

The new management is awesome! I love that theyre trying to clean the area up. Theyve been helpful, since Im adjusting from my move and new job. The apartment I have, is definitely bigger than the 400 something square ft. unit I had in my old town too!

I got a apartment of Fairmont apartments. The lady I talk to was very nice. She was very busy but took the time to show me the place she also told me she was sorry. No apologies was needed she was awesome very helpful. Thank you for your time. Jerry Lay😁

Theyre alright apartments but they charging way too much for very little. They Could definitely have more to offer for as much as their charging

Since I’ve moved in this April management has cleaned out my building due to they don’t tolerate the drug activity and etc.. they have made 3 units move out in a month!! Management is really good here and very friendly!! They are really cleaning up this place!!

So far my experience living out here is ridiculous neighbors don’t respect other neighbors at all!! Management is awesome!! But the other tenants have all kinds of drug activity out here!! I already want to move due to I don’t feel safe!!

Hallways looks cheap...inside apartments must be cheaper

Homie and neighborly

Living there now the drug problem is real and been trying be to get my refrigerator and furnace fixed because the apartments that Im in have gas and electric its been in a half weeks and still no one has came to fix my furnace or my refrigerator. You can report the drug problem out here and they still wont fix it and there a security issue out here where people come out here and sleep in the laundry rooms and sell drugs and nothing is done about it and on top of that being close to the strip club doesnt help because they Park in our parking lot and they make noise all weekend overall the worst experience I have had living in an a apartment complex other than when I lived in lexbrook apartments would not recommend moving here.

The old management of Fairmont Apartments used to be fairly decent. However the new owner and management absolutely does not care anything about its residents or security. All they are concerned with is the almighty dollar. They have no interest at all and living conditions for the residents or there well being. When I lived there I found out the person living just down the stairs was on trial for 72 counts of child molestation and was convicted on for the other 68 were dropped in a plea bargain so the kids wouldnt have to relive the experience. What kind of people do they allow to move in at Fairmont Apartments simply ridiculous. Especially when theres so many kids in that apartment complex.
