I have lived at AP for almost 3 years now, this is my first time living an apartment and I really enjoy it. The property is well taken care of, my neighbors are wonderful, the leasing office communicates well, and the location is amazing.

I have lived here for 16 months. It is very quite, comfortable, and minimal criminal mischief. I highly recommend this community. Maintenance is A 1 top notch. They are easy to get along with and very timely. The office staff are the greatest. Even through covid they have been communicating issue with all the residents issues with the property and are always welcome for questions. I love it here.

This complex feels very homey. The office staff is helpful and maintenance is super quick to respond to orders. This is my second time living here and it is definitely the nicest complex Ive lived in.

Do NOT rent at these apartments youll highly regret it! Management is disappointing

I have been a resident of Ashley Pointe for two years and had very pleasant experience. The apartments are value for money and did not have any problems at all. They by far have the best supporting staff in Evansville. Perry, the maintenance manager and his team have been outstanding when it comes to any service requests. I have seen several changes in the front office over the past two years, but they have all been very personable and helpful. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

They always ask if there is anything else they can take care while they are here. The entire staff goes above and beyond. When I moved back to Evansville, I had an appointment to move into Ashley Pointe. I showed up on the morning designated to see the unit, but the manager said that the people in that unit decided to stay on another year. A phone call to me wouldve been nice, but I didnt received any notice until I showed up for the scheduled appointment. I think of that whenever I drive past.

My family and I moved to Ashley Pointe this summer and we have never loved a home more! We immediately felt welcome by the kind and warm staff, our neighbors are super friendly, and the entire atmosphere just feels more like home than just an apartment. We live in a three bedroom town home and we pay the same price we paid for a tiny apartment on the west side. If you are looking for a safe and inviting place to raise a family, this is the place to go!

First time apartment resident and I absolutely love it. Very pet friendly, conveniently located, staff are amazing and supportive and responsive. My dogs are very happy which I was worried about coming from a home but it has been a wonderful transition. I have reccomend to friends already and hope to be a long time resident

This is my second year here. Rent significantly went higher.I dont like that this place gives less than a days worth of a vague notice to come inside the apartment. With the quarterly filter changes, among alarm/dryer/paint checks, you can expect the apartments maintenance or contracted companies to come inside your home about 7-10 times a year. It is always difficult to get a guess from the apartment when the people will come. If you can manage to trust strangers to be in and out that often, then good for you.I do like the location; how it is conveniently close to most grocery stores.There is a school bus stop at the apartment entrance and parents seem to protectively look out for each others kids.

My girlfriend and I moved into Ashley Pointe in June. We have enjoyed our time at Ashley Pointe. The things we enjoy about the apartment is spaciousness of the apartment, the outdoor patio area, and the responsiveness of the staff. We enjoy the homey environment that Ashley Pointe provides. The main issue that we have experienced in our time at Ashley Pointe is one of the residents that lives in our building.Caleb Drennan

Lived in Ashley Pointe for 2 years - we had a loft and we loved it. Management is very laid back and easy to work with. No silly fees moving in, no problems during our stay and I had no trouble moving out, meaning no ridiculous charges or ridiculous move out check lists (unlike some other rental properties in Evansville). We just cleaned like reasonable people should (wiped down everything, cleaned appliances, vacuumed) and we were good to go. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an east-side apartment. I would def rent from them again.

I have loved living here since I moved in back in 2015. Very friendly staff, maintenance workers stay on top of everything, I feel safe when I walk out and around the apartment complex, and I have been fortunate to have great neighbors! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of my favorite locations on paper but no one kept the appointment for a tour. In fact, at 4:00 no one was in the office when they werent supposed to close until 5:00. Im sure this is a nice place to live but I wouldnt know.

When I lived here it was great. However, when I moved out, it was quite complicated and aweful. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill which was fine. The remaining balance was $26. They sent a paper in the mail stating I would be receiving a check for the amount of $26. The check I received was for $126 which came with a phone call that said they made a mistake and wanted me to deposit the check and take out a $100 money order. Here’s the reason I can’t do that.. I don’t have a bank here so if I were to cash it, it would cost me, plus the cost of the money order. So I tried to return the check but they refused with the response it was already submitted to me. So I shredded the check in front of them to void it and told them they could just send me a new one with the correct amount. Instead of it going that easy, they said they were taking it to collections because I owed them $100. Which is confusing since I declined the overpaid check, so they still owe me $26. Im not exactly sure where their mind set is with this issue, they were just absolutely no help what so ever. Good luck when you guys move out!

We have lived here around 15 years love the location close to Walmart East, Sams East, Laundale, Washington Square. .We have a one bedroom, spacious rooms and storage, fenced in patios, pets welcomed,a pool, play area for the children.. Our yards are well kept and staff is fabulous, .Maintenance crew is the best, very knowledgable, and always available to make sure you are comfortable in your home.

Guys i went to Evansville and i have visited more than 7 places believe or not this is the best place i have seen
