Its affordable. Beautifully decorated apartments. People are nice. Staff and maintenance very nice and accommodating. Pets allowed. Laundry facilities Nice grounds. Playground.

The owner is amazing, he is willing to go above and beyond to help with anything! Great place and great price!

Was visiting and the older people are very upset about eviction notices. There rent is taken out of their bank account automatically but Carriage house made a mistake. and didnt take it out. How are these people supposed to know unless you communicate with them?

How long is the average wait to get the call that verifys your apartment is ready or close to being ready? I have been waiting 1 year as of next month. Ive had couple friends only have to wait 6 months for the same size apartment. Can any one help me out and explain.

Carriage House is friendly safe clean community when searching for a place to live I had so many challenges The Carriage House worked with me gave me another chance to become self sufficient.I have a 1 BDRM apartment it is so big nice and clean love my new apartment I certainly recommend The Carriage House if ur on a fixed income or no income at all Carriage House Has there own Section 8 thru HUD

Hi I just want to say what an AWESOME Maintence staff we have here at Carriage House! When we have bad weather Ice and snow they are out here cleaning the walks and pathways. Even when its the weekend. Also when we have the bad storms and tresses or big limbs come down they are out here working to get all the downed stuff picked up within the hour of the storm! This means a lot to me as for I am in a wheelchair or walker and need these sidewalks clear, I never have to worry cause I know they have done a Wonderful job as to see they are clear. Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I appreciate it more than you know!

Ive been here since 2014 and its a descent place to stay but they have many flaws and no swimming pool but they have 2 lakes, it took me 2 yrs and my apartment to catch fire before i got a dead bolt when everyone else had gotten theirs a yr before. And they halfway fix things. Some maintenance staff are ok and others need attitude adjustments. Other than that its alright. Thanks(=
