Terrible experience. We took our out-of-town male family guest to U.S. Nails for a pedicure September 4. The manicurist was rough, leaving his toes and ankles scraped and bleeding. He was in pain all weekend. When we returned to speak with the owner he tried to dismiss it. The manicurist was there and acknowledged a problem. He gave us $30 back and told us to leave. We were less concerned about the money than wanting him to know. Beware! We don’t want this to happen to you.

I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time I go for a pedicure! After we were allowed to go back into the salon the owner was absolutely on top of every practice to be in compliance and protect his clients. I highly recommend this business!

US Nails went above and beyond, making time for my mom and me to come in and get our nails done last minute, staying after their normal closing time on a Friday evening. Kevin did a great job on my pink and white fill and the ladies that did our pedis were friendly and efficient. They even had the cutest little princess pedicure chairs for kids. AND prices were reasonable! Overall great experience, highly recommend!

I thought it was very expensive in relation to the service .. I paid 55 dollars and they were not able to remove the cuticles, or clean the edges of polish and glue .. they did not use hand cream or any moisturizer to finish and the nails with untidy edges

They talk behind your back in their language which is pretty rude but thats probably every single nail shop in town

Great Customer Service

So disappointed. Went in with a wedding group and got a gel manicure. The techs rushed us through and didnt even finish filling or trimming cuticles on one hand. She left very rough edges. The gel was peeling off on two fingers within 24 hours. The wedding was out of state and there was no time to go back to fix it. 😐

What can I say yes Im a guy who likes a pedicure. And a great place to see and talk with women. But dont tell other guys that, I would like to keep that part my secret. Yes, ladies I have a great job that pays good with family style benefits 😀

This review is ONLY for one service; eyebrow threading. I did not have any other service done.Shevi is AWESOME. Theres no other way to say it. She is professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. $12 for eyebrow threading is really inexpensive and shes really under charging for this service. I was so pleased with my results!!! And shes really fast. I cannot recommend her enough and will certainly come back to her.

I have been to this nail shop a few times and the result is always sub-par. This last time, about a week ago, I went to have my nails done for a family reunion. I just wanted a nice coat of clear pink gel, pretty simple. First the technician (a female) hacked my cuticles to shreds, then she failed to properly prep the nails for the gel treatment. I had to keep reminding her to scratch them more or the polish would not adhere. Well, she was totally distracted and did not listen. Within a week the polish had all peeled off and my nails look horrible. As I mentioned, she was distracted the entire time she was doing my nails. The polish was all over my cuticles so it peeled up in a day, then continued to peel. I went back 2 days later to have them mended and they didnt have time, too busy. I will never go to this shop again. Terrible manicure, terrible polish job, terrible customer service.

Recently got my brows threaded here and she did an amazing job. Having recently relocated to the area from So Cal it’s nice to have a new place take good care of me and my brows!

US Nails was a great first time experience. Havent had my nails done since Nov 3rd 2018 due to Paradise Camp fire, so it was nice to walk in and get a little pampered. Daughter treated & I accepted ♡

Great place! I have adverse breathing reactions in many other nail salons with their chemical odors but there were no problems here. The place was bright and airy and very clean. The owner and his assistant were nice and accommodated my ticklish feet. My toe nails were beautifully trimmed and cleaned followed by a relaxing leg and foot massage. My friend got a lovely polish and thoroughly enjoyed her 2nd ever pedicure. We will be back!

The people are very nice but their quality of work is pretty lousy and the prices are similar to much better salons in the area. Theres no real reason to go here unless youre in a time crunch and just have to get a quick gel or repair. They do get you in and out fairly quickly and are centrally located.

Kevin hart the owner very races I set an appointment I told him what I wanted I showed him a picture he told me that Fhia agreed to it he completely stopped in the middle of filing my nails and told me he couldn’t do my nails anymore or my feet and refuse any of his other workers to do my nails because he just simply feel uncomfortable he told me he couldn’t give me any other reason but he just bought a comfortable then after I told him that I was going to record them and put them on the Internet he told me he was gonna call the police on me the police came and gave them a statement and it turns out he’s the manager..I’m sitting in video to the news

Came in for appointment, and while I was getting mine and my daughters nails done guy decided he no longer had time to complete my manicure anymore because a walk in came in he said while I cant wait for you to finish your toes! Like he couldnt start while I was sitting there?!?

The worst pedi ever...nails not filed ..weak foot rub..looking off into space and worried about the next person in the door...sloppy polish job..I just had to redo them at home...and the price went up.

They were great

So thick, they were lifting as soon as I left. When I tried to correct them as I was still there the guy argued with me! It was unbelievable. The people next to me said they were never coming back on the way out! I sadly have to agree. I did go back the next day when I had more time and the lady fixed them the best she could but they were so far from perfect still. And they last way less time than acrylic from other places!!!

I use this salon regularly they strive to satisfy my mani/pedi needs and have great chairs

My lady went there w no apt.. they sat her right away and did a fantastic job w her pedicure.. they did however squeeze another $10- extra out of her original price.. oh well, typical nail salon i guess..

Worst nail experience ever so rude there. Short with myself and my mother hurried through our nails. Didnt get the color I wanted but didnt want to have them fix it met I had to stay longer. Will never go back or recommend to anyone else

I got a great pedicure for $25, which seems a better price than most salons. Only draw back is lack of communication do to lack of understanding English.

You get what you pay for... Cheapest price = cheapest quality. Kevin is always rushing to get the next client so he doesnt take his time. Cuticles always look a mess. Nails look like they are popping off. Then he will argue with you instead of correcting his mistakes. Ive been there a few times and it is always a rush and the nails always look 2weeks old when you got them done that day. Its not worth it you should just pay the extra money to go somewhere else, you end up paying more anyways when you have to keep coming in to get them fixed. 😒

Clean, friendly, good service. Very satisfied, except the price addition for gel polish is high, it seems. Pedi with regular polish $25, pedi with gel polish $45. $20 more for the gel, Ive never paid that.

The owner is rude, i asked him to even out one of my nails and he sighed so loudly it was embarrassing. They do lousy and lazy work because they are constantly rushing. The owner needs to hire help, instead of keeping revenue, they have the buisness, and it hurts the quality. Limited gel colors. Pedicure is ok,pretty basic( no massaging) and you pay $20 more for gel.....gel polish is not thats expensive. So to soak in a luke warm tub, toenails clipped, hot stones and gel polish...$40:/. Honestly these cheap nail places are a dime a dozen, i would save my money for a place with better coustomer service.

I paid $55 !I usually pay $35. I got French nails. The tips he only did one coat I usually get two. My nails were still sticky and I have a couple of nails that are messed up. I will not go back.

Paid 55 for pedicure came out like a child did it :( lesson learned
