Ive visited three times already and I dont have any bad to say. Very friendly and good customer service.

Update:We went back to the nail salon to give them one more try and we had very good results with our nails being done in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly when we walked in. The service was above par. They are also one if the only places around that do color changing dip nails. We had Kelly and Nina this time and they were amazing. Nina always does a fantastic job. This was my first time with Kelly but I would definitely go back to her. I have changed my review from a two star to now a five star because I do think that the rest of the salon are very good workers. I just had the one issue with the one lady Chery and I think that they deserve now the full five stars for the way that they treat their customers. They have won back my service. Excellent job ladies!!•••One of the nail technicians (.Chery .) were not very professional. My mom and I both got our nails done here. She was started before me and finished almost 30 minutes after me getting the same exact thing. I’m top of that when she pointed out that there was a dark color underneath her light dip color the nail technician replied it’s fine. It looked tacky and she would’ve just let her walk out that way.That’s like me serving someone food and they did not want pickles then, give the food to them with the pickles and just say it’s fine. Afterward when my mom told her “no I do not like” that she noticeably had an attitude for her mess up. She also sat back pulled out her phone with her attitude while my mom was still sitting there, I was ready to just ask someone else to do it. After we sat staring at her for a few minutes she got up and walked away. It’s a good thing she came back because I was ready to go off. She has also paid the same amount every time she’s went there and some magical way it was now $5 extra.I would not recommend this technician. It would make sense if her slow working took so long because she was making the nail perfect but she had to see that mess up while she was working. I saw it and I was with another technician in the seat right next to her. Come in and get your nails done but not be her. You will leave frustrated and irritated. I would just leave this at one star but my technician was polite and did a good job.PS this is the second time she’s worked on her nails and both times she took way longer than the others.

I had a very unprofessional nail tech. She kept trying to upsale me and pressure me into get gel nails when I repeatedly told her I was uninterested. She tried to rush the service and her work was honestly subpar. I would not recommend this place nor return. Also the price for acrylic nails keeps changing. One moment its $30 then another day its $35. This place is pure trash!

Nails look good...they’re just too harsh on the cuticles. Got my nails done Friday and my cuticles are bruised, never happened before. It also hurt whenever I would wash my hands or use hand sanitizer, but overall looks good.

I have my own nail tech who I go to now, but my mom and I wanted to go here for a quick pick me up. My nails were so cute. I got basic acrylic square shaped pink nails and my mom got a pedicure. I wouldn’t trade my tech for anything but they reminded me why I went with them for so long.

We all have those moment where we see our friends nails and get curious to get our nails done by whoever they go to... I tried that a couple times and each time I regretted it!!! MS NAILS is right down the street and they are AMAZING. I never once had a complaint. Not only do they treat me very well but they also great my daughter like family. She loves hanging out there. My go to nail techs are Crystal and Nina and my go to person for pedicure is Kelly. But they are all great at what they do! I dont know the name of the other two ladies I got my pedicures from before but they did great. My mom got hers done randomly by two ladies there and she loved the outcome. Ive been going here for 6 years. I dont always get my nails done... But when I do... I know not to go anywhere else! Ill even be there today lol.

My mom and I went to have our mani/pedis done and it was her first time. She enjoyed her pedicure and wants to go back again asap LOL.I definitely loved the cucumber pedicure. The wax and hot stones felt great.

I have been coming to Ms Nails and Spa for 4 years and I wont go anywhere else! They are always nice and welcoming! Very clean and everyone works hard. My favorite tech is Nina she is the best! She does my nails every time. I love this place and I have brought many of my friends here too. Look no more this is the best nail shop

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. If ever a issue ask for Nina (my nail tech) and she will make it right. Great quality work!

I scheduled an appointment at 230 for a pedicure. I arrived at 230. I was told which pedicure chair to take a seat at. I sat there for 35 minutes. 35 MINUTES with nothing. No service, no “sorry”, no time estimate. Not even water in the bowl. Biggest waste of time.

Overall I was a little disappointed by my experience. Long wait, streaky manicure, and $20 extra for gel polish - whole bottle is $10-$20 in stores. Other places charge you $10 at most. Didn’t feel like it was worth the total $115 spent when I look at my nails.I called ahead for the wait time of a walk in. They said they could take me right away, but I was left waiting in cold water for nearly a half hour for my pedi... I could have lived with that because the lady who did my pedicure was fantastic. But, I was left a bit short on time for my manicure which didn’t go as well. Again the next lady was really nice but my manicure was extremely streaky and uneven. When you file down the nail ridges and put the foundation (base) on there’s really no reason the color shouldn’t be smooth and even. If you can get the color smooth and even on toes... you can do so on fingers. She then filed the nail tips again after which I find makes the color chip easier because it’s no longer “sealed” at the edges which bears the brunt of daily wear and tear.

I have been going to this salon for years but after today I will never be back. Went in for Pedicure and a new set of acrylic nails. This is certainly not the nicest in our area but their prices have always been reasonable and they did a good job. Today, pedicure was less enjoyable than usual. Then when the Tech, Nina went to take off my old nails she took off a big hunk of my fingertip. She wasnt paying any attention because she was talking to the Tech next to her. I pulled my hand away and there was a lot of blood. She reached over and before I knew it wrapped it in an alcohol soaked cotton swab. No apology at all .., she did get head Tech who I think is an owner to come finish. She promptly picked up the drill and started to continue to sand the nail to prep it. When I checked out and suggested they make the acrylics - not the pedicure complimentary she acted like I was crazy. She said oh it not bad. She jystnlist a good customer

My overall experience for a pedicure was simply okay. I have been here before for a full set and a pedicure but previously, things went well. I had an older woman perform my pedicure and the experience wasnt what I was expecting after a long day. She was rough, wasnt attentive, missed important things that I am used to experiencing and overall seemed disinterested in her job. When I pointed out additional things that I would like addressed in my service..it seemed like it was an issue. I came to the place because it was near by... but never again! At the end of the service, I felt happy because it was waaaay over due... but I really felt like I shouldve waited and went to my regular spot when I had time.

I have been coming here almost every two weeks for over a year now and I love it!! Nina is the best... she works fast, gets the job done and is very neat with her work. Kathy is also a great pick, my hands and feet are sensitive but I dont have to worry about neither one of these ladies being rough. A-Recommend :) although the service could be a little more quicker with the other ladies

I live over an hour away from this Miss Nails. I started coming to this nail salon just to have some girl time with my mom. At first I really expected it to be just a like other spas that just gets you in and out. I was so impressed with their skill and care that this has become my preferred nail spa and I wont go anywhere else. Absolutely worth the drive.

What a 6 star rate needed establishment. Went for a pedicure and a lady told me about a MALE MANICURE. I am a plumber, My tired abused hands where rejovenated and brought back to life. All I could say is wow. Ladies BUY your husband or boyfriends one. YOU WONT WANT TO LET HIS HANDS GO... They might hesitate but once done. They will love you even more. My hands and nails where clean and very impressive after the male manicure. Thanks for blessing my game!!!!

I have been gong to this nail & spa center for over 8 years. The nail techs are extremely courteous and helpful. I have NEVER had a bad experience and I ALWAYS call and make an appointment. So if you are like I am and dont want to wait, please call ahead and make an appointment. The spa is always clean and fresh, they offer water, soft drinks or wine and I have 1 technician that has done my nails. I have moved from Euless and continue to come here to get my nails done and get the BEST spa pedicure ever!

I had tried it a couple of times because it is so close to home and it was just passable. Last time, though I waited 45 minutes while I kept hearing well be right with you. The utmost disrespect. Took my things and left after that and am not planning on coming back. Not at all worth the trouble.

Asked for coffin shaped nails, told the technician that the nails were too fat but she assured me she would shape it later. After another 30 minutes nails still did not appear to be coffin. When I tried to explain this to the tech she argued me down, was rude, then picked up my card and swiped anyway. I only left because I realized I was dealing with a very ignorant and rude person who refused to listen to the customers opinion of what they wanted. In addition she laughed in my face when I told her I disagree with her. I would never ever ever come to this nail shop again! This was by far the worst experience at a nail shop that I have ever had. Please do not waste your time at this shop. To disrespect your customers over $5 is truly ridiculous!

I started working and moved in the Bear Creek area about 4 months ago.I am notorious for taking off my own nails if they are not done the way I like the pink in white fill. I have not had to do that since I started going here. The customer service is great and the Owner is the best!! I am a property manager, and as I keep going here I find that more and more of the residents go here and like it too. I am so glad I found this place.

I have been going here for years and honestly its not my favorite, but its convenient. I took my mom in last night for a pedicure and the lady charged me an extra $5 for taking off my nail polish. Never in my 20 years of nail salon experience have I ever been charged for taking off nail polish if it is followed by a service. I have gone in JUST to have nails/polish removed and happily paid the fee but I was not happy with this extra fee that they through in this time, and come to think of it I always pay a different price when I visit this place. But not again, I will not be back!!The funny thing is that my mom had nail polish removed as well but they onlyCharged me for one🤔Even when I asked why the extra charge? The lady couldnt even understand me so I just didnt tip her.

Visited the establishment on yesterday. I received the tackiest looking pedicure. The technician tried to make corrections which was impossible to do. The bottom line is the polish should have been removed and done over. Brought it to the owners attention. She looked made some sort of comment. I told them that I could have saved my money because I could have done a better job. Unhappy with service and posted picture on their website.

I have been going here for at least 3 years since we moved to the Bear Creek area. The place was great and it just kept getting better as they kept upgrading. But last week, mid afternoon on Friday, I was told to have a seat in the pedicure chair like they were about to do my pedicure. Have been here seereal times and love it! The service has always been excellent. The ladies who work here have always been very pleasant and do beautiful work. My granddaughter loves the panda chair and her manicure and pedicure.

I went in wanting a simple full acrylic set regular color. I got asked several times to do dip, gel, and powder. Every single time they asked I nicely declined. As she was shaping my nails I asked her to do a certain length we get one length right on the hand and on my other hand some of my nails are shorter than the others, so my nails were uneven. I let it go. I figured I can just wait another two weeks just to get them redone. Asking for a basic regular polish she clumped up my nails and missed obvious spots on my nails, when I asked if she was done she said yes, I asked her if she would pay for this and she said yes, I told her I wouldnt and I asked her to nicely fix it. She made it even worse, so I just asked her to take them off, the color that is. She charged me $25 to put some tips on and put their powder for the acrylic. I will never come back to this place and I would not recommend it to anybody.

I love this place. All of the techs are very friendly and give great attention to detail. Their prices are reasonable and the surroundings are nice. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, even when the place was busy.

This is a crappy place to get your stuff done they over price everything and rush to get you out . They are rude and unprofessional they charge you by shape and by length when that should be included in the fullset it is 5$ extra for coffin shape if they ask you how long you want them they have to be short In order for them not to charge you more. They tell you prices and add on things with out telling you and the owner doesnt even care they that they have horrible reviews I paid 85$ for a horrible full set and a deluxe pedicure my pedicure was great but full set was priced and then added on money for shape and length when they arent even long do it go here they are the worst in HEB AREA !

Went for the 1st time this past week & my experience was not great. My pedicure was the worst, polish left all over my toes. The person that did my fill in took over an hour on my nails. I was hoping to like this nail salon because its around the corner from my apartment but looks like Ill stick with a longer drive for better service.

Ive been coming here for 2 years now and rarely have complaints. I just moved to Fort Worth and will make the drive to get my nails done. I like the environment and they have really good techs...especially Nina!

I should have paid attention to the stars but the nail shop I normally go to was closed due to vacation and I was trying to go with convenience since I get my eyebrows done next door but didn’t. Customer service was not good I went for a get toe polish change today and sat and waited from the the front to then waiting in a pedicure chair for 45 mins seeing other people being taken and done with services before me then being told another 15 mins. Other people were offered drinks and with me waiting nothing was offered. I should have been told of the wait when I came through the door but wasn’t I’m guessing due to just trying to get money but I will stick with Angel Nails that is across the street may be not as nice appearance wise next to MS Nails but they do nice work and customer service is way better and great prices as well.

This place is great for a pedicure. The staff is always nice and courteous with exception the manager today. My toes were nearly done & hadnt even left the chair when the lady manager came over and asked for payment. This has never happened before today & Im really not sure how I feel about it. I want to return but I feel this was terribly rude and unprofessional of a business.

I was looking for a new nail spa and wanted to relax a little bit as well. I looked up this place and found it was close by and open on Sundays. I went in, didnt have a long wait and plopped my weary self in the pedi-chair. First off, the place was CLEAN. It didnt smell like a lot of nail salons do. The pedicure was one of the best I have had in years. The tech took the time to massage my feet and legs and I was a happy camper when I left. I will most definitely be back for more.

I usually go to Angel nails but they were real busy so i came here and since i only needed a pedicure and a fill i didnt think they could mess up a fill...never will i go back. The pedicure was good but my nails looked better before the fill. Now they are all lumpy and the lady even cut my finger and luaghed because the piece was new...$70 for some jacked up nails and a cut finger...ill be going to Angel nails with Nancy to fix this ugly mess.

Just moved to the area and have been here twice. The girls are great and super nice but when I went to get a fill the girl didnt do a very good job on blending the old to the new. Probably will try somewhere new.

I love Kelly and will definitely be back to see her!

My daughter and I have been going here for a few years. This is the 2nd time IN A ROW that we were dissatisfied with the service. I was seated for a pedi and forgotten about for 35 minutes. The job was rushed and after being there 2 hours, they wanted me to come back to get my nails done because they didnt look that bad. 😔

The staff at MS Nails and Spa always do a very good job on my nails and there is a good selection of pedicure packages to choose from. Only problem is on my last two visits the massage chairs didnt work right.

She filled down my right thumb like there was no tomorrow, all the nails were crooked and i told her about it and she didnt admit it was her fault. I just finished removing them and my nail are brittle and disgusting. They should have a zero star rating, never get your nails done by the older lady.. rude and disrespectful

I have a tendency to have ingrown toenails -- this is one of the veryfew spas who make the effort to prevent such! It was so funny to see that oneclient griped about taking not taking clients in order. Evidently, they do NOT realise that clients with appointments take precedence, as they rightly should. Perhapsshe should consider making an appointment. I say that because I work by appointment, not as a nail tech, but a tax preparer from the office next door!

I will no longer go to MsNails after recieving horrible service!!! While being serviced my session was interrupted 3 times, the lady stopped and serviced other clients that walked in after me. After that I was over charged I was told one price but then was charged a different price. I will be letting all my friends and family not to go to MsNails!

They took me as a walk in and provided excellent, detailed pedicure service. The technician even applied additional lotion to my feet and put my shoes back on for me after their fan completed the drying process.

My nail tech did not provide the service I requested. I was told they were sorry but my nail tech didnt understand due to a language barrier. I was clearly unsatisfied with the end result and yet I couldnt get a discount. How unfair! I wont go back.

I went in for an overlay...they charged full price for a full set $25 and another $5 to remove the tips. I signed my receipt for $30 and i just checked my bank account...they charged my card an extra $5 without my permission. These people are rip offs, the nail tech did not listen to what i said i wanted done and she did not do a good job. I will not recommend these place to anyone.

Lady said my nails would cost $22 as I showed her the exact nails I wanted. I pay and it ends up being $30.

Was told the wait would be 25 minutes and did not get service until 45 minutes when they were taking people who arrived after me. My friend asked for them to fix her nails as she did not like them (polish was not opaque enough) and they said it is supposed to look that way and didn’t fix them. Also the back massager on the pedicaure chair was broken and the pedicurist made me bleed. Will not be back.
