I would give this ups store 6 stars if I could honestly. The workers there are the kindest people ever and will make sure your needs are met when it comes to your packages.

This specific business and the guys in it are absolutely amazing. I moved here from Utah and I was spoiled by my mail lady and expected the same treatment when I moved here. It’s been hell dealing with the post office. I have a small business that uses the mail carriers and have nothing but issues. Every time I drop off my packages they always get to their destinations in a timely manner and they aren’t destroyed. I’ve not actually used their services yet but Bryan #2 is always super sweet and welcoming and just makes me feel confident when I leave. Never any judgment but rather laughter and knowing that myself and my packages are in great hands. At first I felt guilty about using them but I was assured not to feel that way. It’s been one heck of a year for me personally but to know that I’m welcomed makes each time going in way more positive.

Brian is the greatest guy ever and was SO helpful to us when we had to drop off a large amount of heavy boxes. Best UPS store we have ever been to. Thanks for making our day so easy, Brian!

Have you heard there’s a global pandemic and the governor of Oregon is requiring all people to wear a mask? It would be very nice if you would ask potential customers to vacate your premises when they are violating the regulation and putting other customers at ris!. There was an gentleman probably in his 50s there today with a blue mask who was working the counter — I’ve never seen him there before, and oh by the way we have a yearly agreement there for our PO Box. Not only did he condone a non-masking customer demanding she get in front of me (too much for here but trust me) he did not address her not wearing a mask when she was coming in and out to bring packages in. He probably was the owner and saw $$$$. The whole scenario was a mess. Another customer commented to me on the way out about how wrong the situation was. I was put in a very uncomfortable position ( because a public health regulation was not followed) which I did not appreciate and I will absolutely not be recommending this business to others as I have in the past.

I live out of the country and LOVE this store. So many things are a hassle, no matter where a person lives, but dealing with this UPS Store is easy. Sure, they make mistakes sometimes, but a phone call and a conversation is all that’s needed to sort things out.

Always efficient, knowledgeable and friendly at this location, I don’t usually get giddy about UPS and shipping stores in general but I always walk out thinking how easy they make things at this location.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I go in there nearly every day during the week to get the mail for the business that I work for. Brian will see me coming, sometimes, and meet at the door or the desk with our mail.I was getting a lot of copies made this morning and so I was there for awhile. There was a steady stream of folks coming and keeping the staff hopping. Plus, having to help me when things needed to be done to the copy machine.Thanks to Brian, Brian Jaime and there is another new younger guy. You all are doing a great job.P. S. Ive noticed several complaints about the price of shipping either UPS or USPS. Having done quite a bit of shipping myself, you all need to know, the UPS store is neither UPS nor the post office. If you want UPS shipping prices then you need to drive out to Glenwood or out West 11th to a UPS shipping hub. If you want USPS shipping prices you need to drive to Springfield, downtown Eugene or River Road to an actual post office. If you want convenience, then a UPS store is what you want, however, you will pay more for it.

I love UPS!! This store and the shipping building off Henderson Av are the best!! Ive used both places and the service was friendly, quick and affordable. When I send anything that is really important to me, like birthday or Christmas presents or tax documents, etc, I always use UPS. I can always rely on them! Good job to UPS employees for working hard to do their best to give us the best service!!

I am disabled have difficulty walking and standing. Brian the manager has been consistently insulting to me because I ask for help, he is patronizing, talks 10,000 words a minute, makes me wait longer just because I am old and disabled and he completely lacks any sensitivity to me as his CUSTOMER, prioritizing instead to defend his emotions and his unprofessional staff, most of whom are just like him. I am 20 years older than him, he needs to grow up. Emotionalism and addiction such as he appears to manifest do not belong in shipping, he seems incapable of any attention span more than 30 seconds and although he works hard, hes a lousy manager, you could not pay me to take any more of his horrible abuse, good riddance, have a nice life, Brian. --AJO

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in on a Friday morning to OVERNIGHT a package to son guaranteed to arrive Saturday. Checked the status today, as son said it never came. The package was never even sent! I paid a premium to have it sent overnight and they didnt even send it out! pretty unsatisfied with the service. would never us this location again and if UPS doesnt fix this there will be trouble. I will not be quiet about this.

This location has been more than helpful as I have shipped estate items through them. They also happily receive shipped items for me when I am out of town. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive had a mailbox there since before it was the UPS Store. Brian and his crew are always there with a smile. They take good care of the mail and packages that arrive. They take good care of the mail and packages when sent out. Their attitude is always, How are you today? That makes me feel like they take good care of me, too.

The customer service at this UPS Store is fantastic. I will drive out of my way to visit this location because I know that the staff will go the extra mile for me.

From the first time I went there, the nice guy opened the door for me. He was very nice and friendly. Very helpful in helping me find the address I needed.The next time I went, he remembered my name and asked if the pkgs were going to the same location as last time.The third time, I walked in, he said hi and addressed me by my name, again.I feel this employee and others at this store, really know what customer service means!They have earned my business. 😊

My little brother passed away two months ago and my mom and little sister had to fly up to Eugene to do the dreaded task of cleaning out his apartment and shipping his stuff back to where we live. They had a little less than 12 hours to get everything done so I called the store a few days beforehand to make sure they could ship some heavier items that were sentimental to us. Brian was so nice and helpful on the phone. I gave my mom and sister the address of this UPS store and told them to go there. When they got there Brian took amazing care of them. He said he would do his best to get everything back to us at the best price. He didnt know what our family has been through the last two months and he was kind and caring. My mom texted me as soon as they got to the airport telling me what a great experience they had. Thank you Brian for making a dreaded task a little easier. You have no idea how much we appreciate it.

Went into this place to ship a couple of items that were not yet in a box, but were in plastic wrapping. The guy who manages this place, Brian, held them up and inspected them in a creepy, invasive manner...he was trying very hard to peek through the plastic and see what was in there. He said, what are these? I replied, does it matter. He then slammed the items on the counter and said, right. I said, Im asking, does it matter? Brian then said, I just wanted to know.First of all, you do not snoop into peoples items. People could be shipping something that is private and it is quite uncomfortable to watch someone peer into your property and then have the nerve to get upset with you when you dont placate their curiosity. It feels like a violation. And then obviously, to slam my item on the counter is wildly inappropriate...good thing it wasnt fragile.

I shipped a shadow box with military medals, etc. to my home in Savannah, GA. Unfortunately the box was broken and medals scattered. It was clear to me that the damage was caused by handling during transportation. Brian could not have done a better job packing unless maybe he used a metal box....... Fortunately, Brian was very helpful and professional when I contacted him. I highly recommend this UPS store to everyone in the Eugene/Springfield area.

They without telling customers charge double on USPS postage. Oh it’s “$1.20, must be heavier than I thought” I say to employee. Yeah...he answers. This was the perfect time to tell me, but no I paid $1.20 for $0.68 w/out knowledge or consent.I think this may be my first Google review. I am so over this place. Earlier this year I sent a tracked letter which took over 7 days to reach the destination, only a few cities South. 3 or 4 days would have been long. My certified mailing to a judicial address was not of importantance.Today, when I WAS told it would be mailed 12pm tomorrow I went back and retrieved my card. No way, not again. This is when i discovered the price differences.The manager came out asked if I needed anything, I asked do you charge double. He replied he HAD to, he has to cover labor (for putting on a stamp/for the job of a KIOSK), defensive BS. He seemed like a jerk. I will never go to this place again even though it’s a short walk & in theory, convenient.

I packed up and shipped my sons apartment contents from Eugene back to Connecticut. This UPS Store made the process absolutely pain free.From the moment I brought several loads of plastic storage bins to their store, they could not have been more helpful.They helped me carry all of the bins from my car to the front counter, weighed, shrink wrapped and shipped my packages.They disassembled a mountain bike and shipped that as well.All in all I couldnt be happier with their service.I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone in the Eugene / Springfield area.

Its terrible at this location. Whenever asked for the cheapest option they will reply with the most expensive option and only admit a cheaper one exists after you complain and even quote prices for other services. The new manager appears to be an iron-fisted tyrant who wont allow his new employees to work without standing over their shoulder. Hes been rude and dismissive to my girlfriend and has been pushy and negative every time weve gone in recently. After years of patronizing this place we have decided to go elsewhere for our shipping needs.

Maybe update your hours if youre not going to open until 9 so people dont show up thinking youre going to be open.... And even leaving your open sign up..

The worst experience Ive ever had at this branch. I ask to send a package ups the clerk said ok Ill take care of it. She gave me a receipt and charged me a fee, never gave me options. I left feeling satisfied until the package was returned to me. They decided to send usps which does not send to that address . The manager handled the situation terribly, I ended up with no refund . It is easy to miss read the receipt from usps and ups. My complaint is the counter person never gave me the options between ups and usps. Beware of that branch.

I went there today (4/4/16) to ship a USPS FLATE RATE package! Emphasize on the flate rate because it is set by USPS already; for a small flats rate box it is 5.95, but this UPS store has a 4 dollar surcharge I guess because they said it would cost about $11.50 for USPS and over $12 for UPS ground. I said Ill take the 5.95 flats rate and the guy who helped me said That is the flat rate. What, does he think Im stupid? That this is my first time mailing a package? I grab my package oh the scale and said Ill mail it somewhere that has the real price the guy just said okay and I left. Seriously this place likes to charge more than the actual value of shipping.I do all my shipping at Office Depot down the street anyway but I move recently and thought Id use The UPS store because it is litteraly across the street from my apparment but never again! Better customer service at Office Depot and they do USPS, UPS mailing and FedEx drop off only, so all my needs are covered. Thought UPS Store could be competetive but NOPE! Okay, rant done haha.

Whoever sets their prices is a crook. 3x the USPS rate for a mailbox, 60% increase over published USPS and UPS shipping rates. The only way I will do business with them anymore is as a drop off point for pre labeled UPS packages.
