High Street location-I didnt expect the shipping store to be so much fun! Awesome staff, the lady entertained my kiddo and packed my gift beautifully. Great place ill be back for sure!

I left some expensive items that I didnt have boxes for to be shipped. They made it to their destination safely!Ive been here a few times and have always been met with great service and can trust these folks with my business.

I want to take a moment to thank Megan and her team for all they do. I use them for my PO Box, and because I travel constantly their help with my mail has been invaluable. I literally could not do business as seamlessly as I do without them. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

This lady is completely out ofout of her mind she notarize the document for me and then made a shipping label to ship it and then I guess shes scan to label and then threw everything away. files of formal complaint against me trying to say that its my fault she threw away my divorce paperwork..even though she has a tracking number for scanning them in like she sent it and the notary of 20 minutes before the tracking number was even produced. just watch her and dont leave stuff there for her to finish up and mail out for you will not work

I’ve been using the location on High Street for years and I really appreciate the staff there. I feel my mail and packages are dated for and secure.

After a minor crisis and missing my fingerprint appointment, Megan was AWESOME! She was patient, kind, and made sure I still got in same day without having to pay again. As I waited in line, I overheard another woman in line expressing her gratitude. Cleary they are in the business of helping others! Pakmail is great!

Long story short - do your shipping at PakMail. The staff is friendly, helpful and they make it easy to ship stuff!Long story long - I had to ship a 65 pound 10,000 btu portable air conditioner back to Amazon. Brought the AC unit, the dilapidated box it was shipped in and a shopping bag full of ac parts to PakMail hoping for the best. I expected that the shop would make me pack it myself and pay for shipping supplies, but they didnt! I was really impressed, they helped me print the return label and I left the whole mess with them and they said they would handle it. I was stoked as the kids say.Do kids say that?
