Been dropping off packages and buying mailers here for years. Truly the nicest, most helpful staff! I actually prefer to drop off my packages here simply due to the customer service. Plus, it feels much more local than a FedEx or UPS store.

Utter disgraceful treatment !!! I will NEVER patron this business (the two locations) ever again. The woman at the Barger location was extremely rude when I asked her for a FedEx envelope. She refused me service, discriminating against me for my disability. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was enacted to protect people from discrimination. Apparently, this business chooses to violate this law and all state and local anti-discrimination laws. Disgraceful!!!!

Got a box for 3 months not knowing where Id end up. Well, its almost time to renew and Im going for the 1yr option this time.

Had a box there for years, and if I need one again, I’ll be back—even though they’re across town from me now. If I could give them more than full marks, I would.Affordable, with super friendly and helpful staff. Everything you could ask for in a mail center and then some.Bonus points for the warm community vibes.It’s like the Y, but with extra snark. ;)

There is absolutely NO excuse for me being frowned at for wanted to see if my mailing label was correct. I shouldnt have had to ask to see it to make sure. They generally act like youre putting them out of their way. In short...they are rude and arrogant!

The owner and his employees are some of the friendliest and helpful people I have worked with. They served me well during the three years I had a mailbox there and when I moved out of town the owner took care of me with much grace. Thanks you for your service!

A++ My go to post office for any and all shipments I make whether its for business or personal letters or parcels this post office always takes care of me. Theyre open until 5:30pm during the week in comparison to most federal offices that close at 5pm, so Its a lot more convenient for me to come in after work some days in order to get a package out in time. Every package Ive had mailed from the Eugene Mailbox Center has shipped safely and on time since day one. The owner is extremely nice and courteous and always makes sure Im 100% taken care of before leaving. Great place to ship!

Bad bad. I send a computer on a Monday and it was supposed to be at destination on Thursday. On Thursday I call them because my package was still not there and they say that it will be there on Monday without giving me any proper explanations for the delay. I stayed calm and waited till Monday. The package did not make it to destination till Tuesday. I really had high expectations for FUL thats why I paid $312 because I thought it was the fastest way. I never write review, this is my first one. I just felt I had to write this because they service cost me a lot.

I have been going her for a Lo-o-o-o-ong time (in fact years) and have had excellent service EVERY TIME. They help me pick out the best packaging, sometimes they package for me, they are polite, efficient, and know what theyre doing. I dont go anywhere else and havent for years.

Mailed out a item threw Eugene Mailbox Inc. and ups shipped the package on a incorrect truck and Darren personally came to The Stereo Store with a letter of apology and my cash that I paid to ship the package and a credit to his store for there mistake. Thanks for the amazing customer service Darren!!
