The warehouse workers are rude and aggressive. The company is to be avoided at all costs. They sent me a quote for $527, I paid. There was some problem with them picking up my package from a business to deliver to Eugene, but the company didnt notify me. After they delivered, they sent me a supplemental bill of $5,800, discounted to $3,000.Ive been negotiating this issue down, but they keep referring back to their terms and conditions about bids being expired, therefore it can be charged at what rates they wish to determine.Avoid this business at all costs.

I cannot believe that this company would leave a 400 pound chair outside my front yard when I was not even here! They called my office and asked the receptionist if it was ok to leave a delivery. The receptionist had no idea what he was talking about and gave his name. Next thing I know, the package was delivered and approved for by my unwitting receptionist! I called the company and they said “you should have ordered the white glove treatment”. I cannot imagine in what universe they think they should dump such a heavy, unmanageable piece of furniture into my front yard. Crazy beans!

Reading over these previous reviews, the only issue that I saw was mentioned was delivery from the Eugene local headquarters to a specific address. However, if you simply just drive to the local headquarters and pick up your own stuff everything is great. The staff was friendly, quick service, loaded my order onto my truck without any issues at all and I had a great experience.

As a whole the company seems like they have a lot of issues with communication and patience. We had a driver named Trent Miller show up with my kennels on his truck and basically refuse to offload them.He wanted us to figure it out on our own, because he said it wasn’t his job to offload the actual cargo, just to transport it. He also told us he didn’t look at the contents of his truck to make sure it would be loaded or unloaded properly, he had 0 concern for actually doing his job, he just wanted a reason to leave. The guy was rude and told us he didn’t have to be verbally assaulted and drove away with my $3000 purchase in on truck!!After many calls to both the company local manager and the company I purchase the kennels from re delivery was scheduled for the next day.The driver that came that day was Super friendly and helpful and quickly aided us in offloading the entire cargo with a smile on his face.I would fire Trent Miller and give the other guy a raise.Wish I knew his name.

Okay, I cant stand YRC Freight, see the rest of the reviews...they are correct. YRCs business model is awful because they are super cheap. Calling their 800 number, good luck! You get what you pay for. HOWEVER, I have had problems so I went down to their actual dock and talked to their office people in person and they were top-notch. Went out of their way to get me my stuff so that jobs could get done. YRC bad, this branch good.

I can’t even explain how bad these people are. They are the worst shipping company. I went four days with them telling me every day it’ll be on the truck tomorrow and it finally got delivered the next week. Then the truck driver broke it in the back of the truck and looked at me and said, looks like you’re going to have to call and order a new one. When I called and talk to Chris and Mark they did not apologize at all and they said call Amazon and order a new one, that’s the way it works.

This is the worst freight company our business has dealt with. For some reason they let things sit at their distribution centers for weeks prior to delivery. Then, even when you finally track it down, they will give you date after date and still not deliver.

I misjudged the weight by about 100lbs. They had to relabel for an additional $90 on what was supposed to be a $135 shipment. Never again

Ordered a grill from Calelas. They picked it up on 4/27 with estimated delivery 5/4. Didnt arrive to their local place until 5/11 and said earliest delivery would be 5/17. Thats 3 weeks of them having it in their possession. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to a tax place. Not sure Id have anything shipped from Cableas again if this is the company they use.

Worse shipping company I have ever had to deal with, waited on hold for 35 min, then waited for the chat for another 30 min because I got tired of being on hold, just to be told my package was 2 streets behind me but wouldnt be delivered until the NEXT DAY. They have NO PHONE NUMBER. Terrible business.
