They accept an order then make up lies to not deliver the freight. 1st driver Justin who said he had a bad back told me he couldnt drive up my driveway. I said fine we could put it behind entry way so it wouldnt get stolen. Justin then said pkg 12ft, too big to unload on his ramp, if he got it off it would stay where he dropped it. Steve who is a Mgr said he would get package to me, did not just another lie. I finally drove an hour to Eugene to uncrate and bring home. Pkg not 12ft, only 8ft and fit in my truck, Steve again lied saying he would come help unload it. Never heard a word after I picked crate up.

Awful communication, customer service and IF you can get through to someone and inquire abut your delivery? They lie. Our window was noon-4pm. At 3pm, made a status update call. In such and such town, two other stops ahead of you, we cant get a hold of the driver, well let you know. IN fairness, I was impressed someone DID call back but it was to tell us our truck was in another town approximately 30miles away and theyd be there at 530.Its 845 now and we havent heard a thing, not even a courtesy call to say Hey, we missed it. Well be back tomorrow...something. Our items were in Home depots system as being delivered June 9th. We called to ask and they said the items hit their dock on Wednesday/the 9th. Their deliveries service my area daily by their own admission. SO nothing Thursday and then the run around today. If its not going to happen? say so. Dont lie to people that also have to work, have things to do ya know?

Its a great place to pickup freight. The crew is helpful and friendly. The freight is always on time.

No call, no show last two deliveries from them.

No idea how they are still in business.

Still waiting for delivery. This company keeps telling us tomorrow. Very inconvenient to stay home waiting and it never comes.
