Their printing is mediocre at best. But it’s annoying how much the clerk person complains. Complaining about file type. Number of files. Number of copies. I’m not a new employee being trained to work here. It’s like I’m being trained to do their job.

Fedex has always taken care of me.Whenever I need to print, ship, or copy they have me covered.This location was great.Very clean, several different stations for various services.A shipping station, copying area, and work stations.An employee greeted us quickly and helped us get out package shipped.The whole process took 5 minutes.Great service!

On a 7000 page job for 26 250 page complaints I got them down to six cents of copy it was worth getting printed there they were already on time only one instruction wasnt followed it was for 40 page bundle they were collated and shouldnt have been. But I definitely had a problem that they charge me $18 for that because it was ordered separately theyre going to charge me 6 months standard price is 20 cents per copy 25 or 30 cents for a two-sided copy.

The customer service here is awful. Employees are rude IF they acknowledge you at all. They are just rude, in the cuurent climate they should be happy to have jobs. The way they treat customers, I havent met one oerson there that deserves the job they have. Makes me wish there was still such a thing as Kinkos.

I’ve been here a few times, and each time is a worse experience than the time before. The last visit I will ever make at this store included extremely poor customer service at the print desk, a crashing self service machine, and a distorted image of anything I tried to scan. Will not be back, but would highly recommend The Copy Shop. It’s just down the street and local and super user friendly!

Each time I visit this FedEx location, I receive exceptional customer service. Just recently, Joel, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me find the best printing options and prices for a large project. The prints turned out perfect, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how efficient and easy the process was.Thank you!

Recently came in here with a friend to make some prints for their art. We attempted to use a self-serve machine but the art didnt come out correct. The machine did put a $10 hold on their debit card for a $0.65 print though. Apparently printer ink is on par with petroleum now. My friend then took their files to the counter to get their assistance printing the files at the proper resolution. The staff member assisting us told us that the printer defaults are set to a higher resolution and they didnt know how to change that setting. They then tried to tell us that the higher resolution wouldnt matter. The staff member then became clearly irritated and frustrated because we insisted that was not the case. Printing a file saved at a lower resolution at a higher resolution will make the image look fuzzy and pixelated. Go somewhere else. The staff here cant even assist with basic print tasks.

The staff here are always helpful. Their customer service is great for both printing and shipping. They have good suggestions on improving the look of printed documents and shipping delivery time versus cost. I have also had them produce large format scans, which is another excellent service. They are good at printing large format and non-standard sizes by printing larger and trimming sheets down exactly, whereas other printshops in town have flat out refused to do this. They also are open later in the evening, which is nice for when my day runs long producing a document that I still want to have printed or prepared for shipping the same day so that I can focus on other tasks the next day.

The people here are very kind and helpful. We often come in with complicated requests and they work through them with us. We have relied on the for shipping out of the country, creating many prints and scans of artwork and turning that art into lovely greeting cards. They have always been wonderful.

Im writing a review specifically in regards to the print counter. For the past year or so I have been sending them large format documents to print for school projects. I email them the night before and theyre usually ready well within a 24 hour window. The prints are always good, the service is professional, and they make me feel like my jobs are important to them. When I have important deadlines and presentation materials that need to look great, I can rely on this store to get my job done when I need it, and with a high degree of professionalism.EDIT: I want to mention Brandon, specifically, as a standout representative of this location. He makes my printing cycles, often times on unusually short timelines, a lot less stressful. Thank you Brandon!

I just had an amazing FedEx experience.I had a very difficult problem, needing to get some original documents sent from the Philippines to Thailand, while I am in the USA.Id been trying to find a solution to this for the last month... but due to the bureaucracy in the Philippines, I had hit nothing but stone walls.But tonight, I met Dan at Eugenes FedEx Center (0902)... who despite the late hour and heavily flow of customers, he took the time to listen carefully, and get every detail correct, solving the problem that Id been wrestling with and losing sleep over for weeks!When he was done... I shook his hand, and frankly I wanted to cry.I quietly asked him if I could give him a cash tip... but he graciously declined.Im so relieved now... and I know where I will go from now on, with all my shipping needs.Thank you Dan! I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this FedEx. I have needed to print multiple very large orders for work in the area and have been consistently impressed with the very rapid turnaround time for last-minute orders and the friendly, helpful staff. I cannot speak to their shipping but the printing services have been excellent.

I like this place but it needs a bit of sprucing up staff wise.I went to this location and arrived with 5 minutes to spare before they closed(according to my phone and the clock on their wall). As I ran up, a representative walked to the door and locked it. Just before I got to the door, the rep hurriedly went to one of the machines on the floor and started to fiddle with it. A representative at the cash register said something, but the rep continued to work on the machine. After about 3 minutes, it was obvious to me that they werent going to unlock the doors. I noted the time on the clock as 2 minutes to 12 midnight, upon leaving.During the day, the service is Great! I have printed brochures there, and the customer service representative was extremely helpful in fixing a lot of errors and aligning everything the way I needed-I even learned a couple things!They definitely could use a couple more representatives on the floor to help customers at the self-service machines. Additionally, the pay machines (in the self-service area) would benefit from a speed boost, as they take a good 5 minutes of your time (for a simple black and white copy job) before allowing you to proceed to a printer etc.I will return to this location because I like the day time service, but I will be talking to a manager about what happened tonight.

I can say I am appalled at the condition of the store in every sense of the word. I am a graphic design student (frugal but technologically savvy) and this store was nothing but a headache. First, the self-serve machines took a good five minutes to process a simple black and white print (I had four documents, mind you), then, I printed a color document on paper that was sub-par. While that was understandable, I wasted over $4 (11x17 double sided) due to operator error in not flipping my document correctly. I would hesitant about which direction, but none of the dozen employees once asked if I needed help, even after me looking for someone to ask. Then, I approach the secondary register where I asked for a better paper for my re-print of the mistake copy.While bothering this employee with my troubles, an elderly man with a caregiver begins having an intense seizure. The caregiver hastily, yet politely asked the employee for a chair to which she responded Yeah, alright. Just a sec with an eye roll. It was unbelievable. Other customers were helping the man while no employee was helpful at all.Then, I reprinted my color document and needed to use a paper cutter. As a graphic design student, I know how they work and can cut a print confidently. However, it ripped the edge CROOKED. So, over $8 down the tubes at this point. My other documents were poorly printed and I can say that I am appalled at the response to the disabled man and I will not return. I would love a refund on my trip. I believe I spent around $10, if not more. I cant say considering I couldnt get a receipt! This entire business is an awful place and a total scam. I hope something can be done so future customers are not ripped off and the disabled arent scoffed at in the future. You can find me at the UPS store where they understand busy and helpful can go hand in hand.

Waited in line 20 minutes to buy a sheet of card stock. The girl working had zero sense of urgency. Every movement she made was at a snails pace. She was even trying to upsell and explain the business program to the guy she was helping, with 5 people standing in line for 20+ minutes!

Ive been very happy with FedEx, which I often use for printing color intensive school assignments and projects. Only problem I have had was a PowerPoint project. I was told that whatever was on my flash drive would print. The rotated images did not print, though they would print elsewhere, and an image with 25 point soft edges printed without the soft edges. It also printed correctly elsewhere. So it appears that the printers there may not like some advanced formatting options, and possibly the associates on the floor were just unaware of that. Basically though my experience has been very good. (Rotated images from Word work fine). Thanks, Shoepuppy

I have never had a poor experience here [occasionally frustrated at how busy they are]. But todays experience was the best yet. My fiancée and I went in to have our personally [at home] designed wedding announcements and invitations printed. They were willing to help us format the files, clean up the images, gave us recommendations for how best to go about the project, and had them back to us within 2 hours.

Another patron walked ahead of everyone and acted like an entitled a**hole and bullied the poor employees till he was served first. This did not go over well with the other customer. There was an exchange of words and he degraded the women who was first in line. I am leaving a one star review because of this exchange related to how it was handled. I don’t think the employees knew how to handle the rude customer and that IS Fed-Ex’s fault. The manager came out after the exchange and after the bully left; they filled the other customers order for free because of having to wait. Thank you to Samantha and Megan for being genuine and understanding. Dont cater to bullies Fed-Ex, empower your people to know how to handle it.

I called in with a special printing request about an hour before closing on a freezing cold dreary Saturday evening and Anna was very polite and accommodating. I left early and they were already printing out my small job which was on a few different sizes of large format paper, one of those jobs that they dont make much money on, and it would have been really easy to just tell me they cant do it until Monday. Both Anna and Evan helped me move forward on a project with their professional assistance and willingness to help.

Easy spot to go in to. Always parking even if it’s off willamette street. The staff does need some sprucing up. I’ve had to wait for help every time I go in, even with multiple staff members around, doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other. Some won’t even look me in the eye or say hello when I walk in. It’s kind of sad and has made me super uncomfortable in the past. Walking into a store and feeling like you are actually unwanted in there is really odd!

The incompetence of the crew on duty this morning Sunday 9-11-2016 was stupefying. I needed 2 over-sized prints which should take 10 minutes start to finish. The first woman tried to send to info to the printer but it wasnt responding so we walked over and inserted my UBS into it and she pressed the reset button, 10 to 15 minutes went by before she unplugged it and it took another 5 minutes to reboot when finally my 1st print was completed. Then my second print was cut in half. After getting the gal to look she found it was out of paper. She walked off with the roll and I waited another 10 or 15 minutes and I caught her eye as she was helping other customers. She said she didnt know how to install the new roll, but if you looked at the screen on the printer it showed how it was to be installed.....DUH!!!!!!! So she said she told the other gal that it was needed and she was helping other customers so I finally stood in line AGAIN to get help. When my turn finally came she installed the other roll.I was there for an HOUR!!!!!!!!! A WASTED HOUR.

I am so frustrated with this place! I went in early January to have my fragile package wrapped and shipped with no shipping label. I was impressed with the person who wrapped/boxed it up and I felt great when I left only being charged 8.99. I went in today with a prepaid shipping label and had to send the EXACT SAME ITEM (literally the same thing) and was charged over $16!!!!! I told the guy who packaged and boxed it (who happened to be the EXACT SAME PERSON) that I was only charge $9 last time and he said Not if it was packaged right!This place is awful and FedEx is a ripoff! Never again!

Outrages prices! 26 cents for a single page, double sided, black and white print on a super thin, low quality, page! Compared to 8 cents at best impressions printing at Almaden and 6th. Then the machine printed without an ability to cancel the 40 dollar print order. Go to the local print store. Dont reward corporate greed!

Its always horrible. It is the only location that is convenient for me and luckily I dont have to use them often. It is never by choice, but I deal with a business that only accepts FedEx shipments, so I am stuck. I have to use them tomorrow and I am contemplating going way out of my way to go to another location. At the shipping counter, I typically get employees that really seem to hate their job. Never smile, act like it is a chore to answer your questions, have no interest in making it a pleasant experience for their customers. It has been this way for YEARS. I always have the hope that it will be different the next time I go it, but I think it may be time to boycott the place.

Waited 20 min in line nobody helped me and when someone finally did they said someone else would help me. 10 min later the other person came and told me they couldnt scan my 11 × 14 drawings without cutting the edges of them off and couldnt tell me what the difference between gloss, 80 lb paper and 100 lb paper. I left upset beacause ego the time wasted and lack of knowledge the employees possessed.

So Ive been using this location over the past 5 months with incident here or there. But today was the last straw. I needed to print out and adjust an image slightly for a tattoo. The picture was a little too small and Id done this a few times before. You can email your image to them and they can adjust it for you and print it. The past few times Ive done it it was pretty painless and cost me change to do. So, i go in there today and ask to email them my photo and have it printed. The older women behind the counter precedes to snarl at me and say in a snarky manner well a resizing fee is 5$ literally the last time I resized my image it cost me 22 cents. CENTS. Now its five dollars? Is it just some arbitrary amount now? She just brushed me off about my concerns about it. Ill never go back. The staff is always rude and hesitant to help anyone. I dont know how theyre still open.

SERVICE WITH A SNEER. The customer service at this FedEx is about as bad as it comes: unacceptably rude, extremely unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Dont bother going to the front counter unless you have a big order and can afford to wait. Dont bother to complain to management either, unless you want to be talked over and condescended to.Theres a locally-owned place about six blocks away, The Copy Shop. After I told FedEx Id be taking my business to their competitor, I went there. Although the young man at the Copy Shop was obviously busy, he dropped everything to help me and was friendly and polite. Ill be going there again and again.I may have had a small, quick job today, but as a professional designer and illustrator, the business I bring to a print shop adds up over time. FedEx lost me as a customer today.

Horrible customer service. Ive been taking my printing business here for years (with frequent problems), and after today, I am no longer using this Kinkos. Ive wasted my time and money here. Bad scan quality on an art print with no resolution (after all day of going in and out, trying to get this resolved). When I finally walked out with my art to go elsewhere, the manager was sarcastic and rude. I recommend Central Printing on 5th st. Its a small local business, and already, I can tell that the customer service level is far superior.

Every time I try to print, it becomes a fiasco. When the USB-to-printer machines actually work, my image is shifted off center and cut off (my image is exactly 11x17 and only about 3 MB). They try to help by printing one, from a different printer, and copying it. This produces an unusable, degraded image. They then tell me to simply go to the front desk where the job printers are backed up two days.This happens EVERY TIME. Well, no more. Im done with this poor excuse of a print shop. Thank you, that is all.

This Fedex location is not capable of accomplishing even the simplest of tasks. We offered to pick up our booklet (only 20 pages) at 10 p.m., 12 a.m., and then 6 a.m., a full 12 hours after dropping the project off. They couldnt figure out how to print a .pdf in 12 hours. I could handwrite my project on papyrus scrolls in that time.

Just terrible. They charged me to use a computer to print a jpeg...And then they couldnt even print it! I had a fedex goon burning time/money on my debit card trying to convert a jpeg to a pdf for 10 minutes before I yanked my card out of the machine and walked out.

I needed to print 2 pages at the do it yourself station. Color printer broke and it cost me an extra $5 of time before customer service fixed it. Customer service offered a refund but only after they reprimanded me for logging off my station earlier than they wanted. Wont go back.

The manager Brad provided excellent customer service. I dropped off a package to be shipped and ran into problems figuring out where the package was. Brad put in extra work to solve this mystery which I very much appreciated. Thankfully the package ended up where it was suppose to, thank you Brad!

I vote 0 stars for this place. I sent golf clubs via Ship Sticks from Mpls. on 09/14 with expected delivery on 09/21. They finally arrived on the afternoon of 9/27. My daughter (the recipient couldn’t pick them up until Sat. 10/2. The store was closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday due to Covid. My Ship Sticks rep was able to communicate with management and they assured him no packages would be sent back through 10/9. On the morning of 10/6, I received an RTS message from FedEx. This time my Ship Sticks rep contacted them and they assured him she could pick up the package before 8 pm closing time. When she arrived they told her they had been shipped back to me. The guy was obnoxious and said no one had communicated a hold to him. I called FedEx customer service. They have no scan codes on where the package is currently and believe it’s still at the store. Can I change my rating to negative stars?…….Today, 10/7 my daughter was able to pick up the golf clubs from the store. It’s in the same box that she pointed out to the same guy last night, but he wouldn’t even go over and look at it yesterday. I filed a complaint with FedEx customer service.
