Ive rented mailboxes from a couple other places in town and this has certainly been the easiest and most convenient. Its less expensive and better service. They send texts and/or emails each day that I receive mail (letters or packages). Its absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Postal Stop for private mailboxes.

Great spot for shipping literally anything. These guys are my go to, way better than going to any major places. Support local places! They are authorized shippers for usps, FedEx, and ups. Maybe more. But that all I usually use. Thanks again for everything!

Easy going great customer service and got everything set up quick and easy. Better than the post office itself. Yes its a separate entity so they from my point of view put a little extra effort to get people to come back again and again. They do have PO boxes though there not called PO boxes and copies and mailing theres lots crammed in this little yet accessible store front

Both gentleman, especially (Anthony) who assisted me with my high maintenance transaction was extremely compassionate and helpful! USPS told me flat out go use postal stop and just like a 45 min debacle with the last place, was resolved for 3$... I saved a significant amount of money, and they both were friendly and I know my mail will get where it needs to go! Thank you folks!

Central location for Eugene with easy parking and an addictive Boba Tea place next door. We are beyond pleased with choosing this as the place for our postal needs.

Bought a box that was too big for my needs since they didnt have the correct size. Was not able to return or exchange unused box. No discount offered on the purchase of a smaller box. Not a fan of this small biz.

Ive been going there for years and theyve always been awesome. When I was just starting out, I shipped everything through them. Even though I now have daily pickup service from all the major carriers, I often have a few stragglers that need to go out after the scheduled pickups have been done, and the Postal Stop guys have always made it very easy to drop them off before the deadline.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Its nice to be on a first name basis and have quick service when I stop by the box to pick up mail and packages. Maybe the negative reviews are due to previous employees because all of my interactions have been kind and professional. I dont write many reviews, but this place doesnt deserve a tick under 4 stars.

Wouldnt recommend this place for Notary needs. My wife has documents in German notarized a couple times a year for the past 20+ years and has used Postal Stop as well as other places for this purpose; never a problem. This time the notary refused because he couldnt read the document. Sorry, thats not his job. His job is to validate the authenticity of the signer. He was nice enough about it at the time (not so much next day when I called).and seemed unaware of his role as well as the inconvenience of his refusal.

Ive been going to this establishment for a couple years now dropping off packages for my business. I often bring heavy packages. I was asked to bring them around the back so they didnt have to handle them. Fair enough. Then Im told we are bringing too many and should just call UPS for a pick up. Then due to security reasons we cant bring them to the back any more. Now, they are setting a 70 lb limit. Im not going to break my back for a package Im not making any money on. Seems like its part of the deal for being an authorized drop off location, especially when Ive made every effort for them to not even to have to handle the package.

Stop crying and being lazy, there are a few reviews here with people dropping off packages (for work) and multitudes of them, these people are lazy and need to schedule a pickup or drop off at the hub. Just because Postal stop is a UPS DROP OFF CENTER and shipper does not mean you can drop off all your stuff all the time thats pre labeled. it equivalent to a Free Sample at a store, but someone goes in that store 5 times a day every day and gets a Free Sample . as far as shipping centers go they have always been great for me, i bring in heavy and large items often and never a complaint.

Ive been going to this establishment for over a year now dropping off packages for my work. We have our own UPS number so I didnt think anything of it until today when he made it a point to tell me I wasnt a paying customer. Fair enough but he was very rude to me when I asked him if it was a problem for me to drop off packages here since he is an agent for UPS. His answer was yes. Im sorry I wasnt a paying customer today. I have purchased tape from him before to get a package ready to ship. but that ended today. Someone who is an agent for a large company like UPS should be more appreciative of someone coming in to his shop even if it was to drop off a package. I was thinking about using him for my personal shipping but will never go back there again.

This is a bad place to go. The man that manages this place is very rude. He doesnt give refunds when you have the receipt. He just says I did my job. Do whatever you can to go somewhere else. PLEASE!!

A great postal shop to deposit and prepare UPS packages.

December 23 and it was 8:45. The store opened at 9:00 and we needed something notarized. The owner opened it up early and took care of our business. Then we walked out and he followed us out and turned off the opened sign. He said he saw us and wanted to help us before he went to get his cup of coffee for the morning.We will be back!

Very friendly and helpful, one mistake on notarization, simple mistake...fixed it and gave my money back.
