Absolutely wonderful staff, friendly and upbeat. The office is clean and welcoming. Able to get in for an emergency extraction same day when every other office couldnt help. Fees were out of pocket but affordable,10/10 would recommend to anyone.

All the staff at Sunrise are extremely nice. They were able to get me in quickly when I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed. We drove up from Medford and I will absolutely recommend them to any of our IBEW brothers and sisters needing dental work down here.

I went to sunrise today and I was surprised by the care I received. It had been 4 years since I had gone and I can tell that its going to be a better experience now. The Dr/ owner introduced himself to me, he let me know he bought the business in 2018 and made me feel way better about the care I would receive. The front staff have always been great and the dental assistant ( young blonde) was so informative and kind. There was another assistant that kept ragging on the younger assistant which was very unprofessional and annoying; if she had to deal with something do it in private not right in front of patients. Great experience other than that!

We absolutely love this dentist office. They are efficient,kind and affordable. Our hygienist, Shannon has changed the way my children take care of their teeth and made a huge difference in their mouth :) I have stubborn kids and one who doesnt like people and she has gently managed to change their oral care and get them thinking about their teeth. A piece of my tooth fell out on a Thursday, at lunch time. So I started calling around, and the soonest I could get in anywhere was the next Tuesday (5 days later). When I called Sunrise Dental, they were able to see me immediately that same afternoon. I went in and Dr. Lee took a look and outlined the plan of what needed to be done.Dr. Lee and his dental staff were great. They all had good bedside manner and answered any questions I raised. The procedures themselves went well (root canal, build-up, crown placement); Dr. Lee did his best to make me as comfortable as one can be in a dentists chair. And I now have a new crown and a happier mouth.The staff at the front desk were friendly and easy to work with--even when I had to change the date of one of the appointments. Throughout the process, they even took care took care to ensure that my insurance would cover as much as possible.I would recommend Dr. Lee and Sunrise Dental. Ill be returning to them in the future for other work, as the need arises.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and inviting! I didnt go to the dentist for over 4 years (I have always HATED going to the dentist) and made an emergency appointment when a few of my teeth were really bothering me. I ended up having a ton of cavities and had to get two wisdom teeth removed. I feel like I spent half my winter in the dentists office! After my great experience with all of the staff and the work I had done, I chose to make this my regular dentist. Shannon has been my dental hygienist for the last two visits and she is awesome! I work for a local nonprofit that serves at-risk youth and she has given me bags of toothbrushes and toothpaste both times to pass out to my clients. I highly recommend Sunrise!

I have never raved about a dentist before but Dr Lee has impressed me. He is extremely good at what he does, quick, and has a fantastic bedside manor. Surprised to see all the positive post actually!!!! My experience every time was annoying !!! Had to have every thing I ever had done, redone multiple times, by multiple dentist within the facility !! Finally I just stopped going back . Now have a root canal that’s failed . Seemed unprofessional. First impression I had was bothersome cause it was filthy. They didn’t clean after patients. My chair was nasty and full of the last patients debris 🤢. No plastic protector on headrest or paper over chair ... first time I haven’t seen that at a dentist office. I watched a dental assessment drop my moms crown on the floor and then just rinse it off in the sink and put it back into her mouth !? Seemed like the assistant was stressed and in a hurry . Dropping tools and constantly reaching over me . Ugh 😑 had to repeat every single piece of work I had done . Way time consuming and irritating 😠 they say well you won’t be charged for the next visit !!! That was becoming a every visit statement!! Well my time is worth something. Service was unprofessional feeling . Crows and temporary caps falling out. But the staff and dentist are nice . I’m not sure they know what they are doing . Never had a good feeling, shoulda listened to my gut the first visit. I think every dentist is Chinese. Had a hard time understanding them during conversation.

I live in the State of Missouri, but I was working a project in Eugene, Or, when I developed a severe tooth ache. So I went to the internet to investigate reviews on local dentists. Sunrise Dental had by far the highest reviews, so I thought I would take a chance. I went to their office on Country Club Road anticipating not being able to get in for at least a day or more. I explained my situation was told if I could wait 30 minutes, they would see me today. The cost was more than reasonable, everybody was polite, nice, and always making sure I wasnt feeling any pain. They were all great. I dont often write reviews, but in this case, they are extremely deserving. This was the best dentist I have ever gone to. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of dental care.

Everyone was extremely nice and thoughtful! There were only 2 things that bothered me. 1)The other dentist coming in the room while I was being treated to review financial information. I understand and appreciate them wanting to be upfront, however I felt uncomfortable and overwhelmed while trying to remain calm for procedure. 2) the assistant, who was also very nice and thoughtful, was bouncing all over grabbing whatever was needed, and the noise and constant motion stressed me. Maybe if everything was more readily available( within arms reach) the atmosphere would be more relaxing. When a person has to undergo any type of physical procedure Doctor related its better to be in quiet, calm environment, I feel.

From the moment someone at this office picked up the phone, to the moment I walked out the door the staff at this facility were professional and courteous! I had an unexpected, emergency root canal and the staff worked me in almost immediately. They were extremely kind and made everything so much easier. Im beyond thankful this was where we went in our time of need!

We live in Coos Bay and have good insurance thru my husbands union but the dentist we had been seeing was so expensive that after insurance we still had a huge balance on any work. Permanent crowns our out of pocket was still over $600 so I only had temporary crowns until I heard about Sunrise Dental; now Im getting all my permanent crowns. The only out of pocket expenses here are for crowns and at $150 this place is a godsend.From my 1st phone call Kim made me feel like she had known me for years, that instant feeling of comfort was wonderful and I look forward to going to the dentist now. That great comforting feeling didnt stop at the front desk, the dental assistants and doctor take time to explain what they are doing, ask for my input and truly make each visit a pleasure. They even saved 2 of my teeth the previous dentist said couldnt be saved. This place is wonderful & affordable but not very convenient for me with a 2hr drive, but for the treatment I receive here and the savings I would drive 4 hours to see this crew of great people.BTW I am a real patient and I recommend this place 100%.

I have a irrational fear of the dentist..I dread going. These people that work here ACTUALLY CARE which is refreshing. I dont have insurance and Dr. Lee and Staff went above and beyond to.make me the best deal possible. Not because he had to but because he wanted to and felt bad I didnt have insurance. They constantly checking in during a procedure. Theyre quick and efficient and honestly make me so comfortable and much more relaxed. You can tell their doctors and staff truly care about dental health and their paitents well-being. I cant forgot the front counter ladies. They are exceeding helpful always up-beat and have extremely excellent customer service. Could ask for better doctors, hygeinists, or staff. Had a root canal. The first visit they extracted the root and put in a temporary filling went fairly uneventful. They wouldnt listen when I told them that I have a high tolerance to pain medications due to years of chronic migraines and lower back issues. They had to inject me two more times to make it barable.One week later I came back to have the temporary filling drilled out and replaced with a permanent one. I reminded them of my high tolerance to pain meds and they responded with the roots are out so it shouldnt take much. After two injections and then waiting 20 minutes instead of the 5 minutes I was told. The Dentist came back from working on the other 2 patients finally and started drilling....OHH MY GOD I FELT THE WORST PAIN OF MY LIFE!!! They were so surprised that I was in bad pain and had to inject me another 3 to 5 times. I was still having pain, but the Dentist didnt seem to care and just continued.I have to admit that all the staff and the Dentist were very nice, but that was the worst Dental experience ever. They couldnt admit that they didnt remove all of the roots the first time. I just wanted the truth. Absolutely no compensation, like a refund of the second visit. I am afraid that I will have to go to another dentist to fix this problem. I should have known that all the positive reviews were probably not real. I will never go back. Dont expect them to do the right thing and refund me. No conscience.

Im sitting in the chair as we speak. Called for a broken, open, infected tooth Tuesday, that would not numb the first visit. Dr prescribed antibiotics and I came back 3 days later and it numbed instantly. Dr. Lee and his staff are remarkable. Quickest visit, without all the anxiousness associated with the dentist, especially me a first timer(never had a tooth pulled!) will be finishing my dental needs with Sunrise for sure!! The Doctor and his Staff at Sunrise made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was able to get through my appointment quickly and pain free. My wife had a bad tooth that her OHP dentist refused to take seriously I called a few different places that said we can take her in a week etc etc all while my wife was crying in pain. I finally got ahold of these people and they acted immediately with care and concern scheduling a emergency root canal they where also flexible on payments and the dentist gave us an almost 500.00$ discount since we had no insurance. The staff was patient and kind as well even in their very busy setting I highly recommend them to anyone with dental needs

It was pleasant. I was very nervous at first, but I as soon as I was told I could listen to my music, I relaxed.I had an infected and abscessed tooth, but they got me in and took care of it as soon as possibly.That tooth has been bothering me for years now, Im so glad its gone.

I came in for an emergency tooth extraction- there are a few places that do emergency dental work but its hard getting in. Theyre usually full or walk in only and I live in the sticks, the hills, the woods so its not easy getting there especially when they open at 8 which is when I drop my kids at school and then I have an hour drive. After a week of excruciatingly wasting my time driving back and forth for dentists who didnt, couldnt, or wouldnt make time, Dr. KHANG (?spelling, I lost his card) did. His office was SO busy but not a single bit of service was lost. Seriously, Kim was outrageously patient and friendly- Im bipolar and walked in hating the world and walked out feeling like I went to the day spa thats how infectious her positive attitude and overall happiness was. That was just the receptionist! The dental hygienist, Leah, was able to squash the humiliation I felt coming in there while they were overloaded with a hole in my mouth. I told her the tooth hurt so bad it definitely wasnt saveable and she reassured me very genuinely that it was possible. And it was. She never let me wonder what was going on but also didnt hover. But the Doctor himself.... he gets his own EXTRA five stars. Maybe its because I can eat and sleep and breathe and think without sending white hot fire throughout my body, or maybe its because 3 dentists before him said i had to have it pulled and he fixed it without taking my tooth, or maybe because for the first time ever at a dentists he was able to fully numb my face without putting me to sleep so I literally felt nothing, not even that needle, from the v moment he began working on my tooth. Its 4 days later and Im still waiting for that migraine and pleasantly surprised that all the physical issues I thought I had were actually this tooth and hasnt come back. He was professional, gentle and kind, meticulous and observant. I thought Id need pain meds as Im allergic to all NSAIDs but he quickly deliberated and reassured me I would be ok without condescending me or treating me like I was lying and he was right. He gave me all the information I needed without repetition and used language that we all understood. I genuinely just cant Express enough how SUPERB of a visit this truly was for me. I know, youre like... it was just a dentist visit. No, it was genuine care. That was healthcare should feel like. Seriously, hug these guys (with permission) -if you ever see them and especially if you get the treatment I did. Theyre a blessing. Im sure the rest of the office is just as amazing as Kim, Leah and Dr. Khang were. Thank you guys!

I really felt comfortable here. I have alot of anxiety over dental appts. This place was gentle and efficient and really tried to make me comfortable. Great hygienist and Drs. Great office.
