My own oral surgeon couldn’t fit me in for several weeks even though it was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain. I called Dr. Butler‘s office and they got me in immediately for an infected tooth. The staff was friendly and they were prompt. I signed up for their annual member plan as I don’t have dental insurance. The prices are much more reasonable then my previous dentist. I am relieved to know Dr Butler can take care of most or all of my dental needs in the future.

I love this office and couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Christ Butler has been my dentist now for close to 10 years and could not ask for any better. The staff has always been very friendly and care about your overall comfort during your appointment In addition to providing information to make the right decision to meet your needs. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a quality dentist office.

The staff was friendly and professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment and use my dental insurance. The hygienist clearly explained the procedures being done to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Butler was kind and thorough and I feel good about his work. This was my first visit and Im happy to have found a new dentist to take care of my dental health in Eugene, OR.

They are very kind people, I found out after scheduling an appointment that my insurance wasn’t specifically taken (it’s insurance fault for being so confusing to navigate). Butler dental helped me by suggesting alternate locations and were overall very supportive of my health even if though I was no longer going to be a new patient.It’s nice to have a business with people who clearly appreciate how difficult finding a doctor, that takes your insurance, can be.

Dr. Butler and the staff at Butler Family Dental is great. The office is clean and welcoming, and the hygienists, dental assistants and office staff are friendly and caring and make patients feel very comfortable. I have been a patient since 2015 and have always been satisfied with my care and experiences with this practice.

Friendly and competent professionals

Dr. Butler and his caring staff are wonderful! I had some phobias about the dentist and they worked with me to relieve my anxiety. They also diagnosed me with having severe tounge-tied issues, which my mother had thought was the cause of some long standing speech issues that speech therapy has never corrected. I was referred to a specialist in Portland to have this corrected. This is a life changing procedure that no one else paid any attention to until Dr. Butler and his team. My family and myself will always be grateful! Thank you to everyone at Butler Family Dentist!

Dr Butler is wonderful. I have had anxiety in the past at dentists office but he and his entire staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and relaxed (as relaxed as anyone can really be at the dentist office).

Totally the best Dental experience, for me! From the Front Desk to the Doctor, Hygienist, Assistants, and the Art on the walls, I would recommend you check them out. Im 70, so I have had a few experiences to compare them to. Just go visit and decide for yourself.

Dr. Butler and his staff are awesome! I had a cavity filled and a small cosmetic chip fixed and he did great. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience and Im eager to go back to begin the semi-long process of whitening my teeth.

I was a new patient here and the whole process was very easy with online registration and a welcoming reception. The imaging tech, hygienist and dentist were all very knowledgeable, communicated well and were pleasant to boot.

Very terrible experience, do not go to their dentist, I paid for 200dollars to do 2 refill but I recently receive another bill for 130 dollar. Most other dentist they will help me make Shute how much insurance company will cover but they just said I should pay 200 so I decide to do the refill, if they told me the price is 300+ I will not do it. The worst things is after I did refill my I cannot chew anything hard!! My teeth is not even so worse before I did the refill. I have some more deep cavity and I did refill in other dentist but none of them makes me feel so worse, Now I have problem chewing hard food which is terrible, really regret go to this dentist.

My Grandmother booked an appointment with this establishment as she needed a new dentist. She was fortunate to get a next day appointment, yay! During the scheduling phone call, she was told to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork on a tablet. Being older [but totally with it before you think what youre thinking] she advised that shell need help with the tablet. Someone will be there to help you. Fast forward, next day, she arrives 10 minutes early as directed and is told the team she is seeing is still at lunch and the receptionist doesnt know anything about new hire paperwork. Shes told to have a seat. Twelve minutes later, she goes back to the desk, attempts to check if the staff is back from lunch and is finally checked in. She is handed the tablet and told to do her best, even after asking for help AGAIN. After 45 minutes, yes FORTY FIVE, someone finally comes out and informs my Grandma that because its now, 45 minutes after her appointment time, shell have to reschedule as they have another appointment coming in...... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! You, Butler Family Dental, are beyond LUCKY I wasnt there in person.
