Overall they did a great job. They were professional and friendly. There were a few stains that did not come out and a little dog hair. The dog odor is all gone and again overall looks great.

Loved the work these guys did! Cleaned up our staircase carpet (full of pet fur and there had been some recent puppy accidents) and did the best they could getting water stains out of our outdoor furniture Sunbrella cushions. Not all of the cushions came out looking perfect but I think there wasnt much more these guys could have done; most now look like new. Thanks for setting my mind at ease! I was afraid I was going to have to replace most of them.

The service we were given from Emerald Valley Chem-Dry was exactly what we needed and exceptionally happy with the results. Our service technician was Andy; he was friendly, professional and realistic with what services we may need and what the outcome would be. We were renting our house out and the previous tenants had animals that had pet odor and stains throughout the house. After Andy cleaned the designated areas there was no signs of odor or stains. We highly recommend Andy and EVCD for any of your carpet needs!

Andy serviced our apartment after we had just moved in and found dog urine all over the apartment. He was very professional, polite, funny, and extremely nice. He answered all of our questions and concerns, cleaned up after himself very well.

These guys were GREAT! Got appointment fast. On time, personable and professional. These guys are pros, know exactly what theyre doing, do it well and timely. Paid a bit less than I would have, treated well and dealt with my nasty, Hugh traffic carpet. 2 dogs and 3 cats in the house, I wont say more. Excellent, will be using more frequently.

My mother-in-law lives in a two bedroom apartment in an assisted living facility. Her husband recently passed and she needed a thorough cleaning of all the carpets and the upholstered furniture. Liam to the rescue! He arrived promptly at 2:30pm and stayed until EVERYTHING was done (at 9:45pm). He was, to say the least, AMAZING. My FIL’s chair was badly soiled and now it looks like new. The carpets are amazing. Some stains could not be removed (Liam warned us that could happen) but they are CONSIDERABLY improved.I cannot say enough about this young man. He explained all the different processes involved and worked tirelessly to get things clean. He was an absolute GEM.This was the second time we used this carpet cleaning service, last time Ian was involved, but he had the sniffles and the center would not allow him in, due to COVID. We are 100% satisfied and impressed by this service! Service was performed on 11/3/2020.

Very prompt, good communication for appointment and serviceman. Carpet looks very clean, and stain removed well. Super professional guy who came to clean- texted me when done.Chem Dry cost a lot more than regular carpet cleaners, but the did a “sanitize” prior to cleaning as well, and they use a different kind of cleaning process than regular carpet cleaners.Was just done today, so I’ll try to follow up in a month or two with how well it’s holding up. (1000 sq ft= $800 for Chem Dry VS $450 for Anderson janitorial last year).

Iain was prompt, professional, and absolutely fantastic at his job. I had 4 bedrooms, a living room, hallways, and a den all in very dirty shape. I didnt expect that Iain could get them so clean. I was very pleasantly surprised! Iain was kind, courteous, and explained a lot to us as he went. He worked on that carpet for a good 4 hours! I was very impressed. Give that kid a raise!!! 😊

Chem Dry/Ian saved me from buyers remorse re: my new luxury vinyl plank floor from which I could not remove fine dust residue after a remodeling despite multiple attempts @ vacuuming/dusting/mopping with microfiber cloth.However, their carbonated H2O cleaning solution in combination with their heavy duty buffer/ cloth buffing pads did the trick. Atlast, I can enjoy my refurbished kitchen/family room. Thank you, thank you!

I thought about going with another company, but I didnt like the idea of adding more water to clean the carpets with when we already live in a wet state, so I opted for Chem Dry and the result was more than Id hoped for. Tiger and Austin were polite, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend them. (oh....and the drying time was cut in half!)

Lain did a fantastic job detailing out the P.U.R.T. process for pet stains...my hallway was my dogs marking ground..and the black light made the spots glow! Very fascinating trick. My dad is in an assisted living and Lain did a fantastic job on his furniture. I asked the team at his home and they said his furniture smelled and looked so much better. Lain is now going out every 6 months to clean his furniture. Highly recommend this company.

So thankful for the customer service I received when I called to make the appt and when they arrived! Due to a family emergency we needed the carpets and sofa cleaned immediately, they arrived the following day and communicated everything so it involved zero stress. The carpet and sofa look brand NEW and I could not be more impressed. 5 STARS more LIKE 10, I will use them again in a heart beat. Reasonably priced, thorough and timely.

They did a fantastic job. I was worried about my wool carpets warping from the heat and the water but they look great. They use a carbonated water system that makes the dirt and debris rise to the top without saturating through to the pad. I would definitely use EVCDCC again!

Somehow there was a misunderstanding as for the time of the appointment. I needed to have my carpet shampooed late Friday because we had an early open house scheduled Saturday. They thought it was scheduled during the open house. Since they were all booked the owner of the company (himself) came by after hours Friday night and shampooed the carpet and they did an excellent job! I highly recommend Emerald Valley Chem Dry

Family owned in Oregon, the owner came and gave me a deal, excellent work and quickly done and quickly dry, defiantly recommend them!

Not good. Carpet was too wet for too long and I still have some problem spots. Didnt put anything under feet of furniture to protect them against the damp carpet. Wont use them again. I used them several times before they were bought out by someone else and recommended them to my friends only to have them unhappy with the results.
