I dropped off my wool Persian rug to get repaired and cleaned. They did an EXCELLENT job with the repair and if I need a rug repaired, Ill definitely use them again.The first time we got our rug back, it was a little crunchy in spots and there was a little bit of dye bleed: the beautiful reds, oranges, and blues bled into the light beige parts of the carpet. I took the carpet back and they told me theyd do a color correction on it to remove the bleed.When I got it back the second time, theyd vacuumed the carpet so that its nice and fluffy, which feels really nice. But the bleed was WORSE. The beige spots are no longer a clean, light beige--the dyes have bled into the beige so it looks dirty. I didnt see the point of taking it back.The service was great, but my rug doesnt look like it used to and this rug means a lot to me, so Im bummed. Everyone at Atiyeh was great to work with, but Ill likely only get my cheap synthetic rugs cleaned there from now on.

Is an amazing firm that anyone should choose for expert cleaning and repair of valuable Persian and other oriental carpets and rugs..Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, even down to pronouncing my difficult to pronounce last name.I’m very picky about my rugs and carpets and they did not disappoint. With that kind of detail, a customer can’t go wrong.I will always enthusiastically use their services, and I suggest you do, too!

Even when they are unable to remove a stain, I am always amazed by the amount of effort they put into trying to get it out. Wow my rugs came back looking good as new! Very reasonable too. Much cheaper than buying new. They are proof if you buy quality rugs to begin with and take care of them they’ll last you forever!

Our puppy chewed two holes in a wool 8 x 10 rug that was in our bedroom. I was super upset and doubtful the rug could be salvaged but after calling around to some carpet stores (none of which could help) I was referred to Atiyeh Bro’s. They were able to repair the rug using a sample swatch of the same rug. It looks amazing and it was very affordable. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell it’s a family owned business, they make you feel like family when you walk in the door. I’ll use them again and again..although I hope I don’t have to 😉

Gracious and helpful, fair pricing, good work. I ordered a rug pad, and then called to say that I had given them the wrong measurements. Although they had already cut the pad, they didn’t charge me for it and cut a new pad of the size I needed. I’ve had several rugs cleaned here and they’ve always done excellent work. They were able to rescue a carpet that had been soiled with dog urine, then a failed home cleaning attempt which had the colors bleed then a failed commercial cleaning attempt that couldn’t remove bled colors. So glad they could repair the damage from the dog and the humans!
