20 year old white berber carpet looks like new!Stable Steemer did an amazing job!

I’ve used them for the last couple of years. They are thorough and my carpets and tile always look brand new when they leave. One of the guys has been the same one the whole time and he is terrific.

The two men who performed the cleaning were very professional, efficient and friendly. They did an excellent job. It can quickly get very expensive if you buy the rug protection guard, their cleaning products, their entry mats, and add on to your service. There wasn’t pressure to buy, but they make it sound so good. He offered to pressure wash my 5’ x 5’ shower for $450. & came down to $350. It seems incredibly high, soI declined. Anyway, I was impressed with how clean they got our living room carpet which had big areas of dirt from our dog. They did 5 rooms, stairway, landing, closet & 2 area rugs in a couple of hours. I recommend this company.

I have used Stanley Steemer for years to take care of my carpet and furniture cleaning. I choose them over all others because of the personal care they show me and my home, the thoroughness of the cleaning and the price for their outstanding service! Tim the tech was just here again this last time and he cares to do his best!

Ive never been unhappy with Stanley Steamers service. Yesterday they made my pet-stained carpet look great again. I appreciate that they send two people, not just one, to clean. They were fast, efficient and courteous.

After a year of having a puppy we definitely needed to have our carpets professionally cleaned--and I cant believe the difference! I thought we would need to buy all new carpets, but now we know that we can just have them cleaned every year. thank you!

Fantastic team of two guys did a good job of cleaning old carpets that had been cleaned by the previous owner at my daughters new house in Eugene. I bought the odor neutralizer treatment for two rooms at all extra $25/ea. Cant say it did or did not do anything better, but there was no smell before or after. Maybe it would have been worse without it after the carpets were wet. Also got a protective spray for the high traffic hallway. My main beef is that after 24 hours everything is still way too wet to walk on. I have a service I use in Corvallis in my home that I love, and we can walk on the carpets within a few hours, even in the winter. Move-in is tomorrow, 48 hrs after cleaning and were seriously concerned theyll still be wet, they are that wet now. Mushy soaking wet. 😡 (Yes, running all fans, vents, and windows open in high summer).

WOW! Had some people live with us and our carpets were absolutely trashed. Bought a commercial carpet cleaner for several hundred dollars and spent 8+ hours a day for three days on just one room (this was least damaged carpets). Was getting nowhere so we calledStanley Steamer (highly recommended by my MIL). Told them to do best they could and wasnt expecting a miracle, but they sure delivered one! There was a huge lump of gunk we had sadly accepted we would have to cut out of carpet and they removed it!! Coffee stains gone, pet stains and odor gone! Even managed to get some paint stains out! Our older light colored carpets looked new. Am still shocked that they were able to do such magic on such nightmare carpets. Have tried savy saver coupon deals to save a few bucks only to be extremely disappointed. No more! Not messing around with others deals and am selling my carpet cleaner. Am going to just leave it to these professionals and have it done right. Two rooms and hallway were $165. They have promos and coupon codes. On time, pleasant, professional. THANK YOU!!!

Had Tim and his team come out and clean our sectional and cloth headboard and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They called ahead of time to let me know they were about 30 minutes out from arrival and after they arrived they got straight to work. I am extremely pleased with the final result and will absolutely be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs as well as recommending them to everyone I know. I was especially impressed with the great customer service. This was my first time getting upholstery cleaned and they were very friendly and informative on the services they provide.

Shane and Caleb arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning our carpets. They especially had good success removing several small and large spots and stains. The carpets have been drying much more rapidly than in the past, likely aided by the nice weather, which allowed us to keep the screens open for increased air flow. Shane was the lead and very knowledgeable about our carpet type, providing helpful info about why prior treatments by us and others for stains on this type of carpet (berber) may have been unsuccessful.

Courteous technician did a great job on my living rm, dining rm & hallway. It was last done a few years ago and was looking dull and spotty. Now it looks fresh and the pile seems to be fluffed up. Steam cleaning is the way to go.Stanley Steemer never disappoints

The service was very professional and done by a great team that cared about the quality of their work and the condition of my home when they were finished. Tim explained everything very clearly to me.

We had Stanley Steemer come clean all floors in our new (to us) home before we moved in, but after wed done some wall repair/patch painting. We left the home for 24 hours as requested to let the floors dry, when we returned there was damage to two corner walls. Called them about it, they sent out someone to take a look at said that the manager would call me about it. That was 2.5 weeks ago. Weve also noticed parts of our hardwood that was missed with the maintenance coat. Not sure I would use them again.

Most times, you get what you pay for! Went with a lesser known company initially at half the cost. I had to call the cleaners back twice with no real results (took 2 weeks) and still was not satisfied.Called Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner (SSCC) for an emergency cleaning of a rental property. They could not get in the same day I called (Why???, joke!), understandable for last minute calls. However, what they did do was come sooner than any of the other 10+ companies that I had called. The charge was nearly double (my own fault, trying to go CHEAP for the rental:))Then they completed the job within 2.5 hours (gotta be as bad as the others, right?) I met with SSCC at the property because I wanted to see the services first hand. Short story long. I am a professional within an extremely high stress profession. These guys are freggin true pros, Shane and his assistant exude pride in their work, go above and beyond, and the best part about it is that the smell is no longer lingering in the home and the carpet looks brand new.Thank you SSCC, in particular to Shane and his guy. SSCC in now the only carpet cleaner I will use from now on.

The technicians did a great job. i am completely satisfied.

Carpets look great however they seem to have bent my recliner brackets and the foot pad is crooked. They also have chipped my coffee table. We have called their corporate number and filed a complaint. Well see what happens. I will give more stars if this is settled is satisfactory manner. Update pending...

They did a good job, I found a couple spots that were hard to see, but they are coming out to take care of it. I would use them again in 6 months.

We were not that impressed with the level of carpet cleaning compared to previous services we have used over the years. Seems Stanley’s steam method cleans the surface OK, but it is not a deep cleaning. In some areas darker spots came back as the carpet dried. Will try another carpet cleaning service next time.

Great experience with Stanley Steamer! The men were very polite, wore their masks indoors at all times (thanks, COVID), managed our expectations of what they could/couldn’t do with our floors, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire cleaning. I had to leave toward the end of the cleaning, and they picked everything up and locked the door on the way out. Very professional, and I will definitely use them again. Our carpets look brand new, and our couches smell and look divine!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim and Tim (yes they have the same name lol) they were very polite and got right to work; thanks for the phone call prior to your arrival, I was able to be prepared in that way. My carpet looks amazing! I have lived in a very tiny studio for five years and there was a lot of build up on my carpet; Some of the stains I had were even questionable as to whether or not they were going to come out and they were able to lift and remove them. I appreciate that they let me know that due to the severity of some of the stains that they might not be able to be removed, this was a nice added touch as I would have been very upset to see that there were still stains on my carpet after I assumed that they would be able to be removed; I was quite impressed! I also appreciate the timeframe as I assumed it would take an hour even though I have a very extremely small space; it took them 25 minutes to do my entire studio. Thank you Tim and Tim for an awesome job and great customer service! I will definitely be returning to Stanley Steemer in the future. Im rewriting my review, below is my original review, however after posting this, Stanley Steemer reached out and paid me back the extra money I wasnt expecting to pay. Thank you for fixing this and I will definitely have them work on my home carpets.The work the two gentlemen did was great, very friendly and thorough work. However I was very frustrated that adding cleaning to a closet and a walk in closet was an additional 45 dollars!!!!! It’s already apart of the bedroom, and the gentlemen did not bother to tell me the add in price until they were done. A warning before starting the cleaning would have been appreciated.

Heard around that these guys were great and we’re glad we tried them out. They were on time, friendly and quick. Competitive price too! Our old carpet looks brand new.

I paid $109 to get an 8x10 area rug cleaned and deodorized after I realized my steam cleaner had been leaking dirty water all over it. I don’t know if I just need to take it in to a professional rug cleaner at this point, but I was hoping that the odor would go away at least. It seemed fine at first but within a few hours came back :( I don’t notice any improvement. $109 and I’m sitting next to a stinky rug again. 2 stars because of the ease of scheduling and the men that did the service were polite and professional.

Two talented workers arrived on time, ask good questions, complimented our home decor and rug choices and left us with a great impression and will definately call them again.

I thought they were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They spent 6 hours stripping and cleaning our hardwood floors and carpet sand they look great. Would recommend them and use them again for any of my floor cleaning needs.

We had them out today to clean our carpets. They did a good job on the cleaning but their prices and the area they clean are awful. We have a small living room and a very small hallway and were informed that they wanted an extra $50 to clean a six foot section of hall that is part of the living room. They didn’t have to move one piece of furniture and they would Not clean a small 6 foot section. Ridiculous to pay $137 for one small room and then have them refuse to clean that small section. You are getting taken advantage of if you use this company!!

Perfect!I was able to make my appointment online, told them what I needed done and they gave me an estimate.I picked a time window 9AM-12noon. Andrew called me about 5 minutes to 9 and told me he was on his way.Andrew came in, told me everything I needed to know about the cleaning process, we went over which rooms we were doing and he got right to work!Andrew was super friendly and professional, and he did a really great job!The estimated price was right on! So no surprises when my bill came.Over all very happy! My carpets look great! Will be using Stanley Steemer again!

Very impressed with not only the results of how clean the carpet of the bedroom was, but they were able to come earlier than expected, gave me a call so I could reach the house from where I was, and the two gentlemen that worked on the carpet were very friendly and professional. They wore masks (we are still in the middle of Covid-19 precautions) and quickly went about the task at end while I worked outside. Will definitely call them again!

Two very professional and polite young men from Stanley Steemer came out to clean our area rugs this past Thursday. They did a great job and were friendly! In my opinion, they earn 5 stars.I would rate the company a 3.The reason I rate the company less is because the price for what we had done was too high. It took them way less than an hour. We have used Stanley Steemer in the past, apparently a different owner, and found their prices reasonable. I have recommended this company to several people over the years.We will likely not be having our area rugs or carpets cleaned by this company again, unless they decide to lower their prices, or have some special deal.

Andrew and Casey did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet, upholstery and some REALLY stained tile/grout in a bathroom. They were pleasant and fun and clearly cared about their work and wanted to make sure we were happy with the job they did. Also, our stuff looks brand new. Thanks, Stanley Steemer!

Ive used Stanley Steemer multiple times and each time the crew has been very courteous and has shown a sincere interest in my satisfaction with the job they did. They are also very careful when they move furniture. I always get a feeling that they take pride in the work that they do. Highly recommend.

I was medium satisfied with the outcome of my carpet cleaning. In the past I have been visited by a truck that was very modern and had the latest in equipment. This time it was a regular truck and the job that was done was about what my Hoover carpet cleaner can do. The man that did the cleaning were courteous and respectful. Will do my own in the future

It was a good experience. Nick worked really hard on stains, did a wonderful job on cleaning all areas, recliner, entrance way tile etc. I wish estimates were done on square feet, per room as rooms are different sizes, a very small hall was extra. Just a thought, makes it easier for the customer to know how much things are going to be and seems fairer to pay per foot.

The guys arrived in a timely manner after calling to say they were on their way. Our service men were very friendly and efficient. They were so happy we had emptied the room, they said many customers have not prepared which makes it harder to do as good of a job cleaning. They really made the carpet look great! I give 4 stars for their job done well. However, watch out for them selling you on double cleaning, and cleaning your furniture and anything else in the house. I fell for it and it cost a fortune!!!!! The young men were very personable and great salesmen. Did a thorough job. My leather furniture looks new and they did a fab job on the very spotted stained carpet!

I always use Stanley Steemer because they leave my carpets looking like new. Theyre always on time, call to confirm that theyre on the way, and are very careful with my furniture. We have pets and high traffic areas, and Stanley Steemer always leaves me very happy with the results---clean, good smelling carpet.

Shane and his colleague did a great job on 3 very dirty bedroom carpets. They arrived on time,, were polite and respectful of our property. They performed the cleaning efficiently and were done with 3 bedrooms within an hour. They had to treat a couple of stains and the pet smell had to be deodorized. I was a little concerned about the odor when they left but that dissipated by the next morning and there is no lingering smell. Carpets smell fresh and look and feel clean. I was very impressed and will use them again when we move into our next home shortly.

I have this company come out once a year. Highly recommend them. Have tried other companies and they do not compare. Worth every penny. I used them through COVID and they are the safest company I have had in my house. They wear clean booties to each house, gave me some too, they wear gloves masks, clean their equipment after each use, gave me a clean pen, and we kept our distance. I also wore a mask. My husband works in the farming fertilizer business and he brings home carbon which is similar to charcoal briquettes. Its on his clothes and shoes and no matter how much we try to keep it off his clothes it always gets tracked onto our carpet. Stanley steemer never leave my carpets wet or soggy. I refer friends all the time to them.

I dont know if there was a communication problem and the crew that showed up here didnt understand what I wanted done but, I was under the impression they were going to move the big pieces of furniture off the carpet pre-shampooing. I basically had everything off the carpet/moved into the kitchen but I couldnt move the two end tables or the couch. I was outside on my deck in the back yard when they came and said they were done. SO, I paid them and they left. While I noticed they hadnt moved those three things I didnt think much of it, but when I sat on my couch, they did NOT get under the television at all.. so now I can see how dirty it is under there everytime I sit on my couch. I paid the extra for the protection and paid the extra for the odor to be put on the carpet; bringing the total to almost two hundred dollars.. the job which I consider unfinished was worth that kind of money.

Really got the carpet cleaner than I thought possible. They also did a great job on cleaning marks from the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

Travis and Matt were very prompt and cleaned my 2 living room chairs that I purchased at a thrift store. They look brand new. They were super personable well mannered and super sweet young men. They will hopefully be back to clean the next couch or chair I purchase.!!

I called to get stubborn spots and stains removed as well as carpet cleaned and was told that was something they could accomplish. I was quoted a price and it was reasonable. When they came out we pointed out the problem spots and they cleaned the carpet and it ended up being $50 more and the stains were up again in no time at all. I called and they returned to go over the areas. I understand that not all spots will come out but I feel that more communication and treating the problem areas could have happened. I could have done the same job myself but wanted professionals to make sure the best results were accomplished

Arrived on time, efficient, thorough, great job as usual.

Very disappointed, they wanted to nickel and dime me for everything. Even tried to sell me a welcome matt for front door. Cost almost $400 for cleaning and sealing 3 rooms of hardwood floor. Wanted to charge an additional $40 to do a large closet. This was an empty house, no furniture moving, I would think Id get a break on a closet. 1.5 hours for $400 what a ripoff, should have rented a floor cleaner at Home Depot and did it myself. Definitely will next time. There were some stains I felt should be professionally dealt with, you guessed it they wanted to charge more for them. The floors looked very nice right after they finished while they were still wet. They were so very proud of themselves pointing that out. Once they dried however they looked the same to me as they did before. Never again.

The price was high for my small area of carpet. As soon as the guy came through the door, I have a disclaimer he says, the pet stains and odor may not come out. Then why are they here? Thats what I called a professional carpet cleaning company. They werent here very long and no special attention was given to the small hall were the stains and odor were in. I would not recommend Stanley Steemer to anyone. For the $159.00 and a small tip, it should definitely be re-cleaned by SS. Jody VineyardP.S......pet odor is still significant! $170.00 down the drain, now I have to try and treat it myself or waste more money.

We had a tenant destroy our carpet. Thankfully Stanley Steemer was able to come out and clean it. I did have to call them back a second time to go over it again (free of charge), but that was no fault of theirs the carpet was just that bad. The were able to get all spots out. I will be calling these guys again for all our carpet needs!
