ServiceMaster did a fantastic job cleaning a seal coating our vinyl floors!We had a large community center with a kitchen, fitness center, lobby, and bathrooms that desperately needed cleaned!I worked directly with John S. from start to finish for all the paperwork, pricing, scheduling, etc. and he more than helpful throughout the process! The technician(s) that did the floors - did an amazing job!The floors looks better than they did when they were new! Ive been recommending ServiceMaster to everybody!

I have gone through the gammit of hiring out and doing it ourselves. Cost, time, labor are always factors when deciding whether to do it yourself or hire out. We have done both. I have to say that Servicemaster, and Mark were the perfect combination of the two. Convenient, economical and quality of service. I was so appreciative of the fact that Servicemaster and Mark were able to fit us in last minute and the price was more than fair and reasonable. He was attentive to what we needed without trying to oversell us. Mark did an amazing job on the over 15 year old rugs that we are dealing with. Servicemaster may be part of a franchise situation and that is fine. I still consider them completely local and that they aim to serve a local population. So thank you Servicemaster and Mark for the excellent work, wonderful customer service and accommodating our schedule. We will definitely be calling you for the next run.
