Damien made it easy and affordable. when being quoted by another company, they said it would cost 75 more than Carpetmasters of Eugene and they said half of the stains wouldnt come out.Damien came in and got on his hands and knees and scrubbed the tough parts and pretty much got it out without a single complaint.They are amazing and I would definitely recommend them. I was in a pinch and needed some carpets cleaned. I called Carpetmasters of Eugene and they were able to squeeze me in that same day. They showed up on time and quickly cleaned up my carpets for a great price! The fella was very nice and efficient. Will be using Carpetmasters again if I ever need my carpets cleaned!

When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone was nice but not very organized. They were on time and the two men were very friendly and professional when they arrived. They never put on booties while working in our house and walked around in their shoes. We waited to see if they were going to put them on at the end but they never did. They did a good job and got a couple stains out but then walked in their shoes onto the carpet from outside for us to sign the check. We moved most of the furniture but the three items I didnt move, they didnt clean under very well. Overall we are happy with how our floors look and the service.
