Sports Clips is my go to place every time I need a haircut. It’s worth mentioning when I go, I always make sure I make an appointment with Cassie. Cassie consistently does an amazing job and also has really great energy. It’s always a positive experience and I would definitely recommend her any day. Thank you Cassie!

Presented my vaccination card when asked and the lady was so rude. My shot was 2 weeks and 3 days ago, so, I’m legal. I have no problem with business asking, no problem at all! BUT, when you can’t add and raise your voice at me, that’s it. Don’t need my hair cut that bad.

Cant schedule an appointment unless its in the time frame provided? Tried multiple times to sent up an appointment after work and it was impossible. Even tried calling and it was useless.

Ive had my haircut twice here and definitely plan on returning. Im usually able to call day of and get a walk in cut without making an appointment. The shampoo and scalp massage at the end of the haircut is the best. I dont ever want my haircut again without having it washed afterwards to get all of the hair off.

I have been taking my kids to get their hair cut the last FOUR YEARS. Today the stylist at Green Acres sportclips Eugene turned away my son and told him that she could not cut his type of hair, my son very frustrated came out to the car and gave me a list that the hair stylist said could cut is abnormal hair regardless of anything my son was dropped to an unimaginable level of rejection and humiliation.I took my son home and I returned to the stylist and told her we had been here for the last four years thinking she would search us on the computer, she said we werent in the system and told me she gave my son the list ofTHOSE PEOPLE because they would know how to cut his kind of hair.I was furious and left then drove over to Coburg Road Sportclips and the stylist there looked Joshua up and found him and the directions to how they have cut his hair for the past four years and I asked her to print me a copy.I went back to the stylist and asked for an apology and showed her that indeed my son was in the system, she told me I was rude and to call her manager. I wanted her to write to my son, that she should have looked him up on the computer and that he is absolutely welcome to come get his hair cut and sportclips. But NO, she wouldnt acknowledge her poor customer care!!This is so frustrating. My son did not need this.I am so upset and I wanted to share!V. RICHARDSON

This is is my go to place for a hair cut and my most recommended barber. Specifically, Hannah has been cutting my hair for years. Shes the only one I trust with my troublesome cowlicks! I wasnt sure Id dig the whole chain hair place experience, but these gals all make you feel right at home form the minute you walk in the door. If you splurge and go for the whole hot towel/wash treatment, it feels like youre really spoiling yourself - such an indulgence. Love this place!

I get my hair cut exclusively at sport clips by Hannah because of the sheer experience I get while Im there. They make everyone feel included in the convos when appropriate and are wonderful people to boot. Oh, forgot to mention, being so find of my (remaining) hair, they have done nothing but an amazing job to me and those that Ive seen leaving. Very good place, you get what you pay for. Been going here for a while now. Heide always gives me a nice cut. Staff is friendly and being able to get a good wash as well is a huge plus.

Went for a haircut today. Used the app, told me I needed to show up at around 12:30. I get there and am told to wait. That’s fine. I wait for a solid half hour outside in 80 degree direct sunlight. ONLY THEN does the girl at the front of the store decide to take my temp. 102. I explained to her it’d be a good idea to take people’s temps BEFORE having them wait in their car for half an hour in the heat. She seemed oblivious. You’ve lost a customer, SportClips. Not the brightest employees. PS..took my temp a half hour later after being at home in AC, back to 98.3. Make sure if you go to get haircut here you ask the Mensa member at the front to take your temp first before waiting in sun/car for another 30-40 minutes

I went in for a hair cut and they did amazing. Not only that but they asked how my day was and engaged in conversation with me. Very friendly clean environment. I will only get my hair cut there. Thank you all of greenacres crew.

Took my man to get a hair cut and did online check in we were next in line and he got skipped because apparently they knew the other person. Their online check in times were inaccurate and since you cant schedule an appointment youd think they would value your time and at least get you in in the order they have posted online. But they didnt we will not return to this location.

My partner was just in there for a haircut and he was turned away because his drivers license address says Beaverton. He was told by someone that they couldnt take the risk. Risk of what? There is not a massive spike in covid cases in Portland and if he wears a mask, social distances and follows the rules, how is the address on his license a factor in whether or not he can be served? He doesnt even physically live in Beaverton, he has lived in Lane County for about 4 months and just hasnt been able to change his address. Can we please get an explanation or some sort of reason on why a drivers license address would be an appropriate reason to turn someone away? Thanks.

The best place for guys who want to be pampered. My husband always looks 10 yrs younger. He said, having a relaxing place and the service is fanomial and haircut that makes you feel better and of course younger.. thats what my wife says., Its the place to go.. and my grandsons... all 5 go there. Hannah and her crew run a tight but friendly ship. I love that I can check to see if she’s available remotely, and even check-in. I get to the shop, receive a warm greeting and usually go right to the chair. 10-12 minutes later I’m checking out. Super easy if you take advantage of the internet connected check in system, either from your laptop or in the mobile app. The prices are reasonable and the hair cutters are great at their job. And there’s sports!

I am 72 YOA and had been ill since Nov. 1, 2018. My hair was really in need of a trim. I confess I dont recall my hair cutters name; sorry. But as with all of your hair cutters, she was really sweet and treated me like an ordinary customer; not an old man. Poor thing had a very painful back and kept on soldiering through cutting my hair skillfully and quickly. I like the electronic sign in and hope to be back often enough to remember how to use it properly. Sports Clips is the best hair care Ive ever had.

Hannah gave me the best Haircut Ive had in a long time. The employees here are top notch. Highly professional, I take my son here and always leave a happy customer. Honestly though this is not just a haircut for men, its a experience for the modern male. Haircut, hot towel, hair wash and leave styled up. I personally enjoy Hannah Hickson but you wont go wrong with anyone that works here.

My first time using Sports Clips and I am impressed, you have gained a new client. I had no idea there was a new location just blocks from my house, the Coburg Rd location can be difficult because its located in a high traffic area. I used the online check-in and text messages, arrived at my suggested time and only waited 5 minutes. Zelia was my stylist whom put the experience over the top. She was so respectful and patient while helping pick out a new hair style. The first time MVP experience is a great addition with the hot towels, massage chair and scalp treatment. I have never had such a relaxing haircut appointment. 5/5 will recommend and return soon for another visit!

I went into the store on a sleepy Saturday at about 240 in the afternoonThere were two people in front of me and three stylistsAfter 20 minutes I asked if I would be much longer before they could get me in....A minute later some guy comes in who apparently had registered online…And got in first before me…?!So if I dont register online before I come in I have to wait longer?The girls lack of communication to me irritated me so much that I left...If they were busy? That would be one thing…But there was no one in there… I wont be going back to this location ...And if this happens again at ANY location?Goodbye sports clips.

The lady who cut my hair was very distracted. She was on the phone with another coworker while she was cutting my hair, not really paying attention. She ended up cutting herself with the scissors and had to go and get a band aid. Not very impressive at all. I would have thought there would be no phones policy while working on a client. Aly did an exceptional job with my hair. My hair is what I like and want. She was very nice, smiled and was politely talkative. I love the fact I can check in online and wait time is always just a few minutes.Aly accidentally called me Tony when my name is Troy, but her dads name is Tony; I understand the mix up.
