My boyfriend went in and asked for his mullet to be trimmed, they cut his hair very short. He was extremely upset when he got into the car. I’ve never had someone do such a bad job at a TRIM that we have to call it a hair cut.

My son gets his haircut here and the first time we went he got Crystal who cuts his hair exactly how he wants it! Last week when we went Crystal wasnt working so we chose Aly...she did a great job on my sons hair but also a very kind and genuine soul!

I showed up to my scheduled appointment on time and was ignored completely. I watched 4 barbers sit people before I walked out. I was first on the list and watched everyone else get started. What a waste of time. Not even a hello when I walked in the door.

It was my first time at this establishment and I went because I’ve heard amazing reviews. When it was time for my hair cut, I politey showed the stylist a picture of a haircut/hair style that I had previously and asked her to do the same. She immediately hacked off my hair to the point where it could not have been cut in the style that I wanted. At the end, it was much shorter than I had anticipated and I was half expecting her to just buzz my hair off... I haven’t been this dissatisfied in a very long time. Hard to say if I’ll be back.

RIDICULOUS!!! I was given a time to check in. I then received a text saying my stylist was open so I came early. When I arrived the receptionist told me the stylist I was scheduled with went to lunch and that I should come back in a half hour. UNPROFESSIONAL

Haven’t had a good experience here, I’ve been here 2 times and each time they didn’t listen to me on hair length. They missed a bunch of extra long hairs around my ears and sides. The 2 girls who cut my hair seemed annoyed I was there, they had no attention to detail when cutting my hair. I never do reviews unless I’ve had a good enough reason. They need better skilled people working here. I won’t name any names but, one girl told me she hated her job, and hated the fact that her store was so busy all the time. She also said it was rude of me to come in an hour and a half before they closed!! My hair was so bad with her cutting it my friends and boss pointed out what a horrible job she did. She shaved my head a 4 all over and I asked for a 2 on the side, faded with finger length on top with. She took a 4 and went from side to side and ignored what I just told her. I’ve been going to sports clips for 5 years and never had an experience like I did here.

If I wanted to have an hour and 15 minutes long visit while being worked on by someone who is still being trained on how to cut hair, I wouldn’t pay full price for a hair cut, I would go to the beauty college. Next time, let your customer know that they are going to be worked on by someone with no experience before you begin doing the work instead of wasting their time. I only wanted a quick and simple haircut, yet I saw customers who had come in after my cut had begun to get a similar service to mine yet leave substantially earlier than me. I like coming to sports clips for the consistent quality and speed in which the barbers work, however I was quite disappointed with how long it took and poor quality my hair turned out. Highly unprofessional for you to take full price of a haircut, (not even a bloody mvp), and not tell the customer before hand that you will be practiced upon by an obvious amateur while a more experienced stylist has to go over all of the other girl’s work. I won’t be coming back to this location. Be professional.

I like that they keep records of what kind of haircut I got last time. I also like how relaxed I feel after a hot towel, scalp massage and tingly stuff on my head. Guys arent really used to this kind of thing yet in general, but its a real treat to me. Maybe its the sports theme that makes me feel more comfortable, but whatever the case I leave feeling very relaxed and most importantly, looking better.

I have never had a really bad haircut at Sports Clip in Eugene, Oregon on Coburg Rd. I did have (1) that I was not happy with but that person is no longer there. My barber, Charity, is very excellent in giving me the same haircut at each visit. She is very Friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone that would like to experience the quality of have a professional haircut go to Sports Clip.

From the website it said that the Varsity haircut was $19, and it always has been when I went there. Now all of a sudden its changed it and now Varsity isnt even on there anymore, so I couldnt afford my haircut. Very unfortunate.

Our son Orion sees Rachel, and he loves her!! He gets a great haircut every time and leaves feeling and looking awesome. We always ask for Rachel, Orion has been seeing her for quite some time. Orion is 11. He says shes a really great hair stylist and always knows what to talk about.

Kinda irritated this go around. Been coming here for awile. My haircut is pretty simple and Im not really too picky. But when I check in online I do it so I can avoid the wait. Apparently only one barber has a triple zero gaurd so I am stuck waiting for this one barber. Ive never asked for a triple zero.. I get a zero on the sides medium fade . I think it should be a requirement for every barber to have the ability to cut any persons hair the way they want it done and have the appropriate equipment. Not really too pleased with the experience today. Has not happened before.

I took my shy 14 year old brother to get his first professional hair cut. After waiting 45 minuets to be seen, we are finally walked to the chair by Debbie. My brother an I spoke about what he wanted prior to coming in. I tried explaining to Debbie what he wanted, but she was rushed an did not seem too concerned with his wants. She asked me to have a seat in the lobby, I explained I would like to take pictures during the hair cut to remember this moment. Also to help explain what he wants as she go, since he is quite an will not say no if she does something he does not like.( My brother is 14 an has only ever had home cuts, it was supposed to be a fun thing). She refused saying, you can just take pictures after, an proceeded to ask me to wait in the lobby. After he comes out to the lobby I see his hair is opposite of what we talked about. He wanted a tapered fade (amongst other things we wont go into for sake of review length) She tells me since she took it down all the way to a 2 already she can no longer fade it. After arguing with her to take it from skin at the bottom of a hair (side of head an neck) line an up into the two faded (0-1-2..) she rushes him back for a second go, 3 minuets later hes back. Now she has gone around his ears with a one, no fade an that concludes my little brothers first professional haircut

The shop is a great place to get a hair cut. Chelsea provides a great hair cut and a enjoyable person to talk with. She is an asset to the company and I am glad that the company has placed her a management role. Great decision!

I have been coming to Sports Clips on Coburg Road for about 2 years. I only had one bad haircut, needless to say that barbar is no longer there and Charity has been cutting my hair ever since and it is always a perfect cut.

First time using sports cuts, I was traveling through Eugene and stopped in for a cut. The hair stylist Jacie gave me a fantastic haircut. Really great service and experience.

The customer service was excellent and kind! They did an excellent job when I didnt know what I wanted, Jennifer helped me pick a style and gave me great advice on how to style it myself. They definitely earned a new regular!

This place is good if you like salons. Have yet to find any staff that know what A tapper is. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

Honestly one of my better haircutting experiences. Im usually a no frills, get it done kind of guy, but the slightly higher cost does get you a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Every stylist in here is great and the only men atmosphere is a breath of fresh air. Love this place. All they need to do now is serve beer and cigars.

Typical theme hype trend any thing to sell a haircut . Sports bars, sports stores selling hype and promotional overpriced items . Here in this case is a oversized barber shop made up to give an over the top sports experience while waiting for a cut such as watching ESPN on a super gigantic screen.The barbers Ive seen are all girls in their 20s looking dorky in sport related gotta have sex appeal uniforms that are any thing but ridiculous.Nothing special about the cuts except the cost. If your into sports and define your manhood by the game well heres another way to earn points for being that sports hero you never were. here you can pretend to be a major player or mvp .Without having to lose 100 pounds while dieting on Pepsi Beers and Pork Ribs roided out.Testosterone heaven enjoy your cut.

My first time ever to a Sport Clips and Im honestly upset it wasnt recommended to me sooner, the MVP experience is free for first time customers but I will be upgrading to it every time. I got a great haircut from Kylie and the MVP includes a hot towel, shampoo and head massage.

I’m not sure if it was a bad day or what, but the staff was not friendly at all. In fact, I found the person at the counter to be down right rude. I can’t comment on the haircut quality because I left and went to the Green Acres location — which I love! They are totally awesome at the one.

Ive gotten some great haircuts here and worked with amazing stylists. But the haircut I just got from Yani was the worst haircut experience to date. She said nothing to me, just spoke with her friends, rushed through my haircut like she was attempting a world record speed run, and nicked my neck multiple times. Never working with her again.

Not sure if someone called out or what, arrived 10 minutes after they opened and it was a 45 minute wait... no one said hello or anything when I walked in either, but we definitely made eye contact which makes it awkward. So, I called the one on 11th and they had 4 people working and no wait so I left.
