The lady who owns this shop needs to retire she ruined my hair with a weave and chopped it to death with her scissors I just wanted to look nice for my trip and to make the grey not so noticeable when my hair grew out not only was the top to blonde and the rest was very red but she didnt even cover the grey she told me i could she also offered to give me a trim to make it look healthier on the ends so i said okay but just a trim im trying to grow my hair out so she took a spot in the front trimmed it and said see how mush better it looks i agreed when she was done with my hair i asked her if she had finished the trim she said yes went home and was looking at my hair not only did she not trim my hair and left it with a small chunk missing but she bleached my work shirt i went back and let her know i wasnt happy she said i can fix it so she put what she said was light brown in the top and front to hide the grey she left and would finish the trim she exclaimed she didnt finish because i wanted to grow my hair out as she was cutting my hair she kept telling me how the last person who had cut it didnt layer it right i was like im letting the layers grow out when i saw what she was doing to my hair i started crying it was a mess how was i supposed to go on my trip now i didnt want to be seen in public she wanted me to come back a third time so she could make it like it was before i demanded my money back she told me she couldnt give it all back because of her time i told her shes suppose to be a professional this is not a professional job i could have done better than this i ended up getting $60 of the $85 and $17 for my shirt when at 50% off would have been $17.50 to replace plus i had to buy a shirt at st Vincent De Paul for $4 just to be able to have a shirt for work the day she ruined itWhat ever you do dont get this shop confused with the one connected to it as they are the ones that made my hair beautiful again thank you Lifestyles Hair Design

Oh my gosh she f’d up my hair! I asked for a bleach for a hard part haircut ( short ) and it started burning from the time she applied. It was ORANGE/YELLOW when I left and she said she didn’t know what happened and said sorry. Then she added her own tip to boot! Retire lady, you haven’t a clue what you are doing. Thanks for hair I can’t fix before my cruise.* one star because I can’t give a zero *

Ive been getting my hair cut here for several years with no problems. She has always done a good job and its a noticeably better hair cut and service than I have received from some other places in town.
