While every employee Ive spoken with has been an absolute pleasure, Robin M. is the one that stands out to me the most. When I call to ask questions, she always answers. She responds to emails almost instantaneously and is willing to find multiple ways to explain different concepts so all of my staff understands what their benefits entail. If youre working on renewing your companys benefits, there is no one else you want working with you. She is thorough with an exceptional attention to detail. I work for a company insured by Ward. One of our drivers hit my parked car. We submitted photos and 2 estimates on May 28th. The quotes were in the 4-5k range. Its June 18th and I STILL havent gotten approval to have the repair done.Thats confusing because a year a go, I was rear ended. My claim was approved quickly. In less than 48 hours the parts were ordered. I was in the shop once they arrived.This time its moving at a glacial pace even though I have been in frequent contact. When I asked why it took so long I was told that its our process.. If it takes nearly a month to figure things out in a clear cut, uncontested incident then I believe they should reconsider their process.

Dont count on this company to be accountable or do their job right. That failed to notify us of a cancellation so our car payment went up $100 due to the lapse. The manager and Sarah are rude and will not return phone calls.
