I have been with Candice Hook Allstate since 2019. Candice, Jen and Megan have all been exceptional in helping our family with all our insurance needs. Friendly, fun, relatable, and always willing to listen and answer your questions. They walked me through the process when my kiddos parked car was wrecked by an uninsured driver, and with getting towing, Collison repair, and rental car. Then again when my kiddo was rear-ended in the rental car just hours after picking it up. I like the discounts as well and the good driver rewards. My experience has been great!

I am grateful for their in person help with tailoring my policy. We are saving money and covering our butts!Candice follows through with us about our policy and is always available for questions and concerns that we have as homeowners and auto policy holders.

I debated 4 stars or 2 stars. I have good news and disturbing news. Id been with Allstate over 30 years and several agents had taken care of all my needs... and Ive needed them on several occasions over the decades and have been very satisfied with their service. Of course, I pay a hefty premium for their service.Last winter, I contacted my newest agent, Candice Hook, about our new roof and requested their new roof discount. Someone came out to check the roof & noticed the detached carport had not been done and had moss on it. We were informed that wed need to remove it before the policy could be renewed. I was preparing to leave the country for a month to lead a retreat. We got 3/4 of the work done, however, I got busy and didnt remember to call her office.Eight months later, I got a call from their office wanting to know if wed like to bundle our auto & home policy since we didnt have a home policy.We WHAT??? That was the first Id learned that we had been uninsured for EIGHT months. This was at the peak of our wildfire season with smoke billowing through our streets as I was getting this news. My emergency Go Bags were in the car awaiting evacuation news. How could I not know that we had no home insurance for eight months?She said her office sent letters to us warning of a policy lapse, which I dont recall seeing amidst all the junk mail. A personal call would have made all the difference. After 32 years of being a loyal customer, I should have received a call. Or two.Although Candice requested Allstate to reinstate our policy, they denied the request. So I had to go find another insurance company who ended up charging me twice as much because we were deemed a risk. I ended up moving our auto policies & motorcycle policy as well.So, its a sad and disappointing end to a 32-year relationship with Allstate. I guess thats the nature of the beast. To her credit, Candice was very helpful as I was needing various documents and information during the transition to a new insurance company. She seems like a very nice person, but fell short when i really needed her. I know we fell short too. Its just sad and unfortunate.

I have been with Allstate for many years and theyve been great absolutely no complaints really good service by call all the time for different things that I need and theyre always right there on the spot when I needed a tow they were there when that happened which is really important to a single gal so and theyre always cheerful and just really really good service and you cant beat the price either

We changed insurance carriers (for a few reasons) and have been trying to cancel our insurance with Allstate for seven months now. We have communicated with Candice and have sent her our new insurance information several times. We keep receiving bills and have been sent to collections. This should have been resolved seven months ago.

Candice and her associates are top notch professionals. They have consistently provided friendly and professional advice with our policies. She is always willing to go the extra mile to identify savings on our policy. I would recommend Allstate and Ms. Hooks again and again. A+++

We have been insured by All State at our present location since 2007. We are very happy with Allstate and the service our local All State agent/office offers. We get multiple calls a month from other insurance companies asking if they can quote us their rates and win our business, the few times in the past we have allowed them the opportunity to provide us quotes we find they cannot compete . The last try was with Farmers, and after a long lengthy process it proved to be a complete waste of time, as they could not come close to the rates or level of service All State provides us. Our current coverage with All State includes a home, auto umbrella and earthquake policy.

I got a much better deal than both Progressive and Geico and Allstate is a much better quality insurance provider for a way lower rate.

Team Allstate has always had our backs! You can use a cut rate company, but why have the worry about whether or not youre covered? Our daughter recently got her own policy, and they answered all her questions instantly!

The customer service was awful. My home owners insurance plan was automatically changed twice. Nobody reached out to let me know that my old plan was cancelled. Instead, I received a statement and bill that prompted me to call and ask what was going on. I let it slide once but when it happened again and nobody informed me, I cancelled my policy. I would assume this is not an Allstate problem but rather a branch problem. This branch I am referring to is the one at 3135 W. 11th Ave. in Eugene, Oregon. To further add to their incompetency, Candice Hook emailed me 3 times to remind me to fill out this review. Otherwise, I would not have thought to do so.
