In August 2020 I was less than a week from closing on my new home in Eugene. It was during the time of the Holiday Farm Fire, which was uncomfortably close. Suddenly the insurance company that I had had all my policies with for over 20 years wouldnt tell me if they would insure my house for the closing. (*cough* Amica Insurance *cough*)On a Saturday, with everything in confusion, the same day I frantically called him, Drue was able to sign me up for a home policy so the house sale could be completed.Through the whole process he was professional, but incredibly supportive. He made sure I understood all the pieces involved and metaphorically held my hand during this incredibly stressful time.I could not be more happy with Drue. I ended up moving all my policies over to Farmers with Drue and am glad I did. I recommend him highly.
