I had a very good experience getting a full set and pedicure here. I got in with little wait and the staff was very friendly and clean! I feel that they did more for me than other nail places have. I included the acrylic powder that was used on my nails. I will definitely be coming back, I appreciated my experience here!

Me and my sister had an appt at 5. They toke care of my sister right away, however didnt get to me till 5:50 . And I didnt leave till after closing . They overbooked them selves, there were several others that had an appt at 5 as well.Me and my sisters also have several cuts on our fingers from when they filed.I also asked for a certain color from the display and they kept showing me different colors without explaining why. I got tired of asking so I just picked a different color .

I got a male Brazilian wax here. Not bad but the therapist didn’t listen to me and ended up waxing more than I asked for.

I came here a few months ago to try it out & it was horrible the lady doing my pedicure was nice & did ok but the guy tommy doing the full sets was lazy! He was doing everything so rushed and kept making mistakes. At the end when I got home I realized My nails looked horrible uneven with big clumps. Last week the place I usually go to was closed so I went to this place again to give it one more try & I regret it. I regret giving them another chance. Once again the pedicure was ok but the guy tommy once again was very rushed and careless my nails look horrible I want to take them off also they changed 95 dollars for a basic pedicure & some small French tip full set. The nails are already lifting and when I touch my hair, my hair gets stuck on my nails. Super unprofessional rushed and rude! I’m going to my usual salon to get them removed & redone

Horrible customer service. Overpriced, and terrible work. I usually go to a different nail salon, but was in the area and decided to try this one out. The women who did my pedicure was so rough, she made me bleed bc she cut my skin with her machine. Maybe if she wasnt so busy talking to her co-workers, that wouldnt of happened. Same thing with the guy doing my nails. Maybe it was an off morning for them, but Ill def never be back.

A little costly, but I like it. They have a digital sign in sheet and I get texts from them. The shop is clean and I leave satisfied.

First time there they all did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning ☺

Poor quality, its only been 5 days and my full set nails are falling off. Nail tech ladies where arguing, one wasnt wearing a mask. Not going there ever again.

Told me that I was gonna get a discount and that it was gonna be $25 for my moms nails it All came out to be $120! Ive been here all the time and the one specific lady named ann or ana wasnt firm on a price charged me extra! Never coming here again! And lied to me . When me and my mom heard her say 25! She said it 3 times the other ladies sitting down said they heard and that she was rude

I’m upset I always ended up getting what they want instead of what I want ... 3rd time Been here and I regret it ... yesterday’s services was not good at all, just went for a fill and she push me to get a full ... ended up paying $ 55... stubborn... in addition she keep hurting my cuticles and now most of my fingers are In pain .

This has been long time to do my toe nails and gel manicure. The young lady did great on my toe nails which i have been itchy. She cleaned and sanitized completely my toe nails, especially my big toes. I feel so good and no pain and itchy now. Thank you so much. I will come back and highly recommended . Lilly Wen

Uneven nails. Chunky on some ends and not the colors I asked for. They messed up on a few nails and had to redo over and over again 👎🏼

My go to people are Elaine and Michael-the owners of the shop. They do such great work and will do whatever style or design you ask for. Their prices are very reasonable and I’m ALWAYS satisfied by their work. No better place in Escondido!

Thought I would check them out for a haircut.. Made a reservation and after waiting patiently, my appointment time went into about 15 minutes late with no explanation - I didnt have the time to wait it anymore and promptly walked out. I would Not Recommend this place for hair whatsoever.

Michael was the best there but ever since he left service has sucked really bad long wait even with appointment and my nails look like my 5 year old did them polish on my skin and unable to take off not mention their prices went up with horrible service. I do not recommend this place

They are very friendly, clean and they do great work!! I have had my pedicures, nails and hair cut and styled there. They are great at everything.

Went on a Sunday. They tried to do my mani and pedi at the same time to hurry me out and my nails looked so trashy and my toes looked so square.... The only reason i have more than one star is for theres massage chair

Substandard work and poor prioritization. A friend took my mom, my daughter, and me out for my birthday. We all got mani pedis but my mom had a strict 3 hour time limit. It shouldnt take 3 hours for a mani pedi so we went. We told the staff of her time constraint yet they basically finished me and my friend before starting my mom. 8 chairs and all of us soaking, a reservation, and only one tech to deal with all four of us was poor planning. Then all of our nails started to chip and peel next day to a week. Mine normally last 3 at least. To have them chipping less than a week later was very frustrating. I would not reccomend this location.

Had an appointment 2 times both times they fuc**d me over they set 2 appointments. Idk if the person answering the phone knows what shes doing cause this happened 2x already. Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
