If I could leave negative stars, I would!I have never in my life had such a terrible experience with my nails as I did here.I don’t even typically write negative reviews but this was such a catastrophe, I just hope to save someone else stress in the future.I went there to simply get my acrylic nails removed…that is all!To start, she didn’t check where my natural nails were underneath the acrylics before processing to just clip a decent amount off. After she clipped the first 2 I said “please be careful as my natural nails are long under there”.That should’ve been my first clue.I should’ve known to run when she didn’t even try to soak my nails at all! She simply used a discarded acrylic nail to get underneath my acrylics and proceeded to just pop them off.THEN without consulting me about my natural nails, she then clipped them to the point where there was almost no white tip left at all.At this point I decided to leave without her even filing or completing them because I was almost in tears. My natural nails were long underneath the acrylics before entering the studio and now they look like I have a nail biting problem.I paid (out of pure courtesy and manners) and left.However, when I got back to the car, my right ring finger was throbbing so I look down and see that while she was unprofessionally popping my nails off, she had actually ripped my nail halfway down the nail bed.I then went back in, now crying, to ask to speak to the manager and get my money back.The manager was not there but I did get my money back, although it is of little comfort to me as my nails look completely hideous and can’t be fixed till they grow back and I am at also risk of getting an infection in my nail bed due to the damage to my ring finger.Needless to say, I will NEVER be going back there and would strongly suggest no one ever goes there in the future.

Very nice people but the toes are not the best.

Very considerate and understanding staff. Took my elderly mom several times, and the staff were kind and considerate of her age and difficulty in ambulating into and out of the chair. They always do a great job on trimming nails, applying color, and defoliating skin on foot. Have been going here 3 years and never had to wait. Prices always very reasonable.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon in escondido. This place was fast but lacked quality

Very dissapointed. Gel came off after 2 days.. They didnt take the time to work on either my toe nails or finger nails, they did everything too fast. Only 2 days after and my nails look like if i got them done 2 months ago. I will not be going back to Gorjus nails.

Great pedicure, but manicure left me a bit disappointed. It felt rushed and the color looked faded immediately. For gel it should be shiny and look better than regular nail polish. It didnt. It looked as if I had painted my own nails.

The lady who work as # 4 is good and fast. She always does my full set nails very good. The bad thing is that now they re-opened their business the prices are more expensive.

Love my nails!! She (forgot her name, lady in the first chair ) did them fast and didnt cut me, perfect shape!! Only $34!!!!

They do a good job but the double the price. A fill is 40 bucks. I DONT THINK SO! I could get two fills for that price. I have to find a ne place

I was charged 35. For my 8 year old nieces nails to be painted with gel polish and 2 flowers on each hand. The owner didnt even do a full manicure for that price! Terrible work and I was totally ripped off. This is not to say what they did to my nails. I understand they have been closed but dont take advantage of people either. So unsatisfied.

Went in for a short almond fill and fix broken nail. She didn’t remove the old broken acrylic she just put a new nail over it. As for the shape, she did not compare the nails to see if they were even with each other. So I have short and long long nails. Not that happy about it

This place will make your nails look really pretty but they will not last long. Ive gone here several times and every time they looked nice but would fall off within a week. They also rush through it and hurt you. They also really pressure you into upgrading your service and are rude. Bad customer service. One time I asked for no gel and they gave me gel anyways and charged me $33 for a fill!!! They are expensive and dont go by the prices on the wall. They charge you whatever they feel like and will get mad if you ask questions.

This place is the worst Ive been to. They where very rude. They did a horrible job on my nails. Very, very pushy about payment before they where even done. Pushed me to my seat instead of greeting me. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible service the woman who did my nails had no idea what she was doing, they were horribly shaped and on top of that she burned my fingers with the LED light never going back for sure.
