Just had my first visit there and it was great! I have been going to the same salon all of my life and this was the first time I ventured out - so to say, Erick did full highlights on my hair and I absolutely love it! He was very attentive to detail and didnt leave any strand behind! My hair was not fried or mishandled at all. This is by far the best hi lights I have ever had in my life (coming from a blonde veteran). Staff was also friendly! Would recommend :)

Always love my experience at Allure. I found Erik about 5-6 years ago and won’t let anyone else color my hair. Recently got a curly cut with Alyssa and LOVE it! So happy to be able to get an amazing color and cut in one place. The place is so inviting staff is all so sweet and friendly. A little pricy but you get what you pay for. Covid precautions are excellent. Plexiglass in between booths. It felt very safe to get my hair done without any risk.

Raquel was recommended by a friend, she is the first stylist in all my half century on earth who I felt truly understood my hair. She listened, discussed, and overall did just an amazing job. I’ll never go elsewhere. Great talent –Farah

I get my hair dyed here and it always comes out great. I get fashion colors done and I always leave satisfied with whatever craziness I decide I want my hair color to be.

I went for the 1st time called ahead for an appt and was taken care of immediately. The Staff was very friendly and the location looks amazing!!! I got several compliments on how great my hair looked.Booking my next appointment now.

I went to Allure two weeks ago for full highlights and what should have been a simple trim with Raquel ($310 total) in preparation for a vacation. She blew it out with body and the color looked amazing; however, the first day I wore it straight I had the opportunity to see the problems with the cut. At the beginning of my appointment, I clearly stated that I was trying to grow my hair out, and wanted to trim as little as possible off the length - just to get rid of dead ends - and we agreed to take off about an inch. After she trimmed the ends, she said she wanted to add some long layers to take some weight out of the bottom. Fine. But then she cut another layer in the front to frame my face. The result was terrible. I ended up with two layers I did not want - one trimmed to the appropriate length, and one chopped more than two inches shorter that was not at all tapered or blended into the rest of my hair. So its not just that she didnt give me what I asked for - she gave me the worst haircut of my life. The part that upset me the most was realizing the past year I had spent growing it out was all for nothing.I couldnt find an email address to contact the owner, so I sent a private message on Facebook explaining the situation and asking for a refund or for someone else to fix my hair. When I got back from vacation a week later, no one had read or responded to my message, so I had to follow up by calling the salon. I explained the situation to the receptionist and instead of apologizing, she laughed, saying its really hard to get ahold of her boss. I dont find that funny. I reiterated my request for a refund or for someone else to fix my hair, and she called me back saying that the owner recommended I go to Tony.I went back to see Tony today, unfortunately only to leave extremely disappointed and upset once again. As I started explaining my issue and what I wanted him to do to fix it, he interrupted me and said, I see the problem, Ill blend it more. I explained that I did not want him to blend it - I wanted him to cut it to the length of the shorter layer, so that it was ALL one length. No. More. Layers. Yet he proceeded to give me a slightly better version of the exact same haircut Raquel did. Still not what I wanted, still not what I asked for, just even shorter now. More concerning, though, was that I noticed his hands shaking as he was cutting my hair.My expectations are that a stylist listens to the client, asks clarifying questions and gains alignment on the plan. That an owner acknowledges client complaints, takes responsibility, apologizes and appropriately resolves the issue. None of those expectations were met here. Such a huge waste of my time and money :(

I love allure! All of the stylists are great and their new salon is sleek and comfortable.
