I was very happy with my recent experience at this pack & mail. The staff was friendly and thorough. They added some packaging to keep the things I was shipping safe and my package arrived sooner than expected. I will use their service again and I recommend them.

Super friendly and helpful group of people. They make it easy to pack and ship anything anywhere. What really impressed me is that its not just a shipping store, they have a lot of gifts, greeting cards and supplies. Just a great local place to shop!

Large package sent out through Endwell Pack and Mail on 12/14/20, to be shipped via Fed Ex. Never arrived at destination. Tracking info shows it never left Pack and Mail. Called twice and never received a call back.

I have used Pack-n-Mail well over 14yrs. Packages including Christmas Items have always arrived on time to Cape Hatteras, Kansas and with no damage. I personnally think they do an awesome job packing and only use this group to trust handling my deliveries. Thank you!

Pack and Mail Endwell goes the extra mile! They have helped me on numerous occasions with getting things where they need to go. They work with UPS, FedEx (ground/express/air..), USPS, and probably others.. and they have super cute cards/gifts/art. Awesome place!

Very friendly staff, copiers are wonderful, and great to do business with! I have had my art there for years and I am very pleased working with them. They have a wonderful selection of locally made items and souvenirs.

This place is a collosal rip off. Stay as far away as possible. Their shipping prices are incredibly high (way higher than elsewhere) and dont even think about going here to copy or fax. I recently went to fax one sheet of paper somewhere. It was $4! For one sheet?? Ill never go here again. Cannot believe they would charge a price like that to fax one sheet.Avoid unless you like wasting money!

I went in to get an estimate to ship to a location in Indiana, and rather than getting a quick estimate I ended up having to go through the entire transaction process to get an actual amount which wasted my time and ended up being far more costly than I would have wanted to use the service for. A 2lb tiny package cost me almost $25 to ship at the slowest rate available. I was also told there was no cheaper alternative which is impossible.

They always take good care of me. Never seem put of when I am just dropping off a prepaid package but I try to buy something while I am there. Nice place to do business. RD Gilyard

This shop has saved me numbers times throughout the years and they do so with a smile.Of course the prices are higher than the PO. It is a private business offering services for those who dont want to drive to the PO or deal with their attitude after the PO abandoned Endwell completely.They also offer additional services, like faxing, wrapping up your shipment for you and now even a UHaul location.It is also a good place to find that last minute gift or card.Thanks for taking such good care of your customers.
