Terrible customer service, dirty and I don’t feel confident tools were washed before use. My polish was extremely crooked.

Wonderful family business! Ben and Jade have been serving the community for nearly 15 years with friendly and kind service. New remodel with updated equipment and massage chairs is terrific. The location is convenient, easy to make appointments or just walk in. Great prices and quality work!

The nail lounge in Encinitas is staffed with talented nail artisans and has a very clean facility. This is my go-to nail spot. Brittany is just the best.

Friendly, professional and very clean! I was hesitant to visit a salon with the current Covid situation. The Nail Lounge put me at ease and my nails look great! Give this place a shot, you wont be disappointed!!

I hate to talk negative about any business. However this nail place I do not recommend, I got a fill with them and two days later all my nails broke off. I explained to the man who owns the salon that the fill was very thin. And he did not make my nails think enough. I told him I did not expect a full refund. However I did expect them to make it right and I felt a discount was necessary do to their lack of quilting of my fill. The man said it was not his fault. And he was not going to help me. He had no problem losing me as a customer. I am a person who gets my nails done at least once a month. They lost a good paying costumer. That’s too bad for them. And I do not think this is a good salon.

They were very nice but my manicure was horrible and the nail polish was old cracked but the end of the day all over my whole nail bed. My feet were not even scrubbed correctly. Wouldnt go back
