Michelle is like magic with my crazy hair! I absolutely love coming in and letting her take over. The salon is so clean and beautiful. Great music selection and love that I can get my hair products while I am there!!

I absolutely love this place. Such an inviting environment. Very stylish and they use great products. Noelle is absolutely the best!! She always takes time to listen to your wishes and concerns and is very knowledgeable about what can and shouldn’t be achieved. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Tai has been cutting my hair for over 20yrs and does an incredible job at a decent price. He is very professional, thorough and personable - I highly recommend him. Stainless is in a great location and is always clean and the front desk staff are always very courteous.

Stainless is by far one of the best, most professional, and most well run salons in the area. I was very impressed with their adjustments for Covid-19 (although they have always practiced safe hygiene, long before now) and I was so happy to be able to visit there again. I never have any problems with appointment scheduling, which I appreciate. They are always very precise, on time and with no mixups, including being flexible when necessary. I would highly recommend Stainless to anybody!

Stainless has a friendly, safe atmosphere. I don’t feel to close to others. Safety protocols are in place. Bobbi Lynn does my hair. The color and cut are always what I want! The management appears to make sure the stylists have everything they need. I would highly recommend this salon.

Elaine is the best! I prefer natural appearing blonde highlights with dimension & Elaine is a pro at them. I have been going to her for over 7 years and she never disappoints! She really listens to her clients to ensure that she delivers exactly what they want. I have referred both my sister & a good friend to her and now they too will only go to her. She has also managed to get my hair healthy again by suggesting the right salon products. I can not recommend Elaine enough!

Arlette is wonderful - she is sweet and kind and enjoyable to be around which was important to me since I had to spend over 4hrs. with her while she straightened my hair. And let me tell you, I walked out of the salon with the straightest hair I have ever seen; my hair was just the way she promised it would be. Best of all, not once did she try to sell me on any of the products in the store. When she suggested that I use a sulfate free shampoo, her recommendation of where to find it was not necessarily in a salon but I could probably find it in a local Target, Walmart or something similar to that.Dont get me wrong, the straightening of my hair was definitely not cheap, I would say the pricing was on the higher end but I can say it was well worth it; I know that the Japanese straightening will keep for a long time.When I made my appointment with Arlette to get my hair straightened I was very nervous. It was to my understanding that if she made any mistakes on my hair, it could be terribly damaged for years to come. Thank goodness I chose to go to Arlette, she has over 11 years of experience - that in its self makes me feel very comfortable.

Ive been having my hair cut and colored by Stacy for a very long time. There were a few years when she was affiliated with a salon that was too far away, but then we ran into each other at a shopping center and we picked up where we left off. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The salon itself is a very warm and inviting atmosphere. I moved from Encinitas to Fallbrook and I have no intentions of going anywhere else (even though it would be a lot closer)!!!!
